How to remove tyres from honda atc70 restoration tires

Tyres on Honda ATC's can be an absolute pig to remove.
Here I used a hyraulic log splitter with a block of wood to break the beads then i took a bit of flat bar in the vice to lever them off.
The usual trouble is these split rims get water inside the tire which then rusts and pits the metal from inside.
My advice is keep the 2 halves of the rim together and break the beads, then use my lever trick.
Also in this video I disassemble the front forks and repaint them the correct honda red colour. I then put some clear coat on them.
When removing the front forks be aware that the headstock bearings are loose balls so they will go flying everywhere! OOPS. You can replace these with taper rollers.
