    It's so sad that Shimano power meters not only ruin athletes training data but also science papers :( It was bold of you to ask about that. Hope they can improve that and use reliable power meter in future.

    Maybe look at micronutrients. It’s so easy get caught up in hitting macros that we pay less attention to what we eat.

    So we spent a shitload of money and found that she burnt over 7,000 calories and consumed over 5,000. Amazing. Any other useful info? “It’s a great question to which I don’t have an answer.” What a waste of time and money.
