Sorry about audio issues! RUclips is having the issue for about half the people! If you have a second device to try, that seems to work for many people. I hope it clears up soon. Nothing else I can think of to do!
Finally got to watch with audio going through your website instead.. Amazing build mate, really enjoyed the series from everyone.. Rc hobby is awesome.. congratulations on the win and thanks for the effort you put in to this event. Cheers 👍
The amount on thought and effort gone into this is nothing less than spectacular. I’m always envious of your vision and ability to execute on these projects.
I saved your video till last it was great. Thank you and Matt for supplying me with 8hrs of video for work on Thursday. You guys made sure zero work was accomplished.😊
Firstly just wanna say a massive well done to all involved. This group build is definitely the best ive seen without doubt . As viewers I think we take for granted the work involved in producing a car and the filming aspect . So thank you to all involved its was absolutely superb viewing and made my day off even better, and and hopefully you guys can do this again . Many thanks darrall from uk
Exactly right. I’ve enjoyed all of these videos, as always I appreciate the different approaches to these builds. Good stuff. I’d love to see more of these multiple channel builds.
With as crazy as you, Matt and Francis went with aero the fact Phill managed to crack 70mph with next to none is nuts. I am even more surprised the axle housings stayed ridged getting as hot as they did. Congrats on the 74mph run. This was one of the best challenges yet and I am glad the two of you invited more people into the mayhem.
Wow Josh that was awesome multiple runs at the record speed that’s killer! Congrats man I’m not surprised, this build was so wild super cool to see it put in work
THANKS Josh for this GREAT idea monthly Mayhem. I have REALLY enjoyed watching all the videos. ESPECIALLY yours buddy. Your build was AMAZING. So cleverly designed and Expertly executed/built. Definitely got MORE in this truck but all in all CONGRATULATIONS SIR BRILLIANT really enjoyed the whole viewing voting experience 🇬🇧🇺🇲🇨🇦🕊️✌🏼🤙🏼
Ha, finally got the Audio, Josh your fabrication skills are off the chart. That's a fantastic effort, hats off to you and all the others, it's been brilliant. Next, moa, lcg with all parts from Amazon or printed... epic series. Congrats I think you got this. John
I’ve been posting my love for this everywhere. PLEASE do more collaborations like this in the future. It’s been so fun to watch everyone’s videos. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Rad job dude ! I think you took it. RC Review Bravo ! And CCXRC for bringing the comedy. Really everyone killed it ! Congratulations on a great Monthly Mayhem Guys
Awesome job Josh! The design, engineering and fabrication that went into this truck in 30days is crazy. The repeated runs at speed are a testament to your skills. Keep pushing the limits of what’s possible. Lastly, thank you for all the entertainment along the way.
Outstanding mate, and I don’t just mean your build. This whole series is outstanding. I’m impressed, I’m learning and I’m inspired with each video. Well done boys, really well done, concept and execution. I want more.
was awesome speed run contest!! all off them are brilyant, happy you got the aro's sorted out and managed to give it the beans in the end, intresting seeing all the build vids!! and how differant they are.
Spent most of today watching everyone's videos and I have to say well done! All the riggs are killer and the content was very entertaining, thanks to all of you guys for all the work that's put in to these competitions.
Had to save this video for the last one. Started with CCXRC because he’s the best. Then went to Matt’s. Randomly stumbled through the rest. Very fun series and what a great result from everyone. Congrats Josh on a big number.
Ouch, ouch, ouch…I have a hard time even watching someone else’s wrecks. I take no pleasure in the “action”. Damaging our “works of art” is tough, but no pain no gain…??? When it happens, our efforts & resourcefulness required in overcoming the damage is the good thing that comes out of it. A N D of course successfully achieving our goals is our reward. I am typing as I continue watching. Day 2 was great. 65, 65, 68…72!!! Very exciting & a lot of fun. 74! Very nice. Great work. I have been watching THE CHALLENGE videos all morning. Still have to watch another one of my favorites…RC REVIEW. You guys are fantastic.
Um, now I'm annoyed, still no audio, this series has been epic. I will keep trying to sort the sound. I've watched all the others, brilliant content. Hats off for your vision and effort. Brilliant. John
First… WOW, IMPRESSIVE !!! We can feel the speed at every shot. The amount of work you do, that last night trying to save the day and the way everything went together at last… These monthly mayhem’s Matt and you are doing came to a next level with this one. Hoping we will see more because it’s spectacular! BRAVO! From Montréal Canada
I'm off to watch all of the other videos, but wanted to comment before I leave. Once again Josh, you have amazed me with your vision and skill set. I would never have dreamed that you would get a crawler to 74 MPH. That's quite the achievement! Thank you and your group for the dedication you threw at this contest.
Dude, I'm just now to the 95% end run, and I missed something bad. Or not lol. Out of all of these, you've done the best at building tension. Seriously, the end of this video is like edge of the seat nail biting stuff! I've been a fan of tomly forever, and that has brought me to this competition, and seeing everyone BUT tomly for the first time. You seem like you coukd be a neighbor of mine lol. Funny I've been so limited on who I watch. I love the RC world. Dipped my toes in, and my wl 104001 is in pieces in an old tool box lol. I have totally torn down and reassembled it with a bunch of new parts, engine, ECU, diffs, gears, arms, etc, but my problem is.. I'm legally blind, and getting going at just 30mph, is too much for me to keep track of. I've got what's called nystagmus. It's an inability to properly focus. When my car gets say 20 yards away, I literally don't see it anymore. There aren't many things that I just "know" I can't do because of my lookin at crap issues, but driving a real car, anything airborne RC or otherwise, and now driving anything RC, but anything wheeled open air, 4 wheeler, the biggest vehicles at NASCAR world plus the dragsters, no problem, so it's not like I can't have fun. The thing that scares my people most is this combination (the faster the better, afraid of almost NOTHING, physically cannot focus in on anything quickly enough to drive safely, don't give a $hit) and that's exactly me lol. Rolled my Raven mpv7100 down an embankment, came out from under it laughing my ass off lol. No biggie. Just tuck in between the genny panel, and pedals, enjoy the ride lmao. Anyway, I still love RC, and live vicariously through you guys here, and that's good enough. Yeah, I could get into crawling, but "speed, no fear, can't see" crawling doesn't tick speed box.
Just came over here from tomley, considering all your mods, 5 mph, goes to show you how much you have to do to get that "little bit more" On to the other competitors....
2 down 6 more to go lol, if only Matt would of realized he needed better battery and should of put 2 for the amp draw! real curious to see what you guys end up with in the end after the competition, this has been a fantastic series, thanks for all the work/entertainment!
Impressive is not saying enough! Truly knocked this one out of the park. You definitely out did yourself. You had some hefty competition this time around. After seeing Matt's and rc review I thought for sure you would be in trouble after the live stream last night. Looking forward for the follow ups.
Fantastic as always!! You guys are inspiring in our hobby! I got to thinking about doing something like this maybe dragbolt style crawler drag trucks? Lol loved every bit thank you
I really am enjoying this series and seeing what you all came up with. I'm on my 3rd build video and it's awesome to see all the techniques and builds. One thing I'm curious about which I skimmed through your videos trying to find. Do you have a video on your vacuum former or the process of building custom lexan? I have a 3d filament and resin printer would love to be able to transform that into building some of my own lexan pieces. Again really enjoy the series and learned alot of techniques and ideas from your videos and this series as a whole!
I love the Ricky Bobby livery and all the custom engineering in there. That is a ridiculous speed for a solid axle truck!!! It looked so much more stable one the last outing with it and congrats on going so, so freaking fast!!! a few us us small channels wrapped up a speed challenge with Tamiya Lunch Box chassis kits and I hit 48mph with mine with some duct tape engineering, a hand full foo aftermarket parts and a 4000kv brushless system. It was way more sketchy than any of you runs for sure but it was fun!
Yup, rewatched they ends and you’re top dog on this one with 74mph! Harley 74mph RCReview 73mph KPop 71mph Tomley 71mph SBG 62 +5mph bonus = 67mph West 63mph Turks 54mph CCxRC 54mph
Wow! Now, personally, I picked the green Vanquish Velociraptor by Francis for the beauty contest, which would have made him the winner if he got the 5mph, but great job as always Josh. Congratulations. You are over the top dude!
Great job Josh!! Just finished watching all the videos. It was awesome seeing all the different way everyone put their rigs together. Very entertaining. Looks like I need to invest in a straight axle Pheonix!!
Incredible build your aspect for detail is impeccable just love how your bringing metal, carbon fiber & plastic together unbelievable to watch!!! To bad u didn’t get the speed of that wheel by itself lol great vid once again
That’s is awesome, looks great, I might be buying 2 of them now because I want a crawler , and a speed run vs4 . You always make some awesome rigs . I have been so wrapped in my motorcycle I haven’t touched any of my RC’s in a year. This made me start pulling out stuff. I had built a TRX-4 for speed. Thanks for the jumpstart
so entertaining to watch all fun great to see all you guys having a blast with these Pheonix kits is awesome hopefully this continues and we see more Mayhem and this build Josh is just out of this world remembering its a crawler is hard at those speeds cheers bro 🙂
What an awesome build Josh, looks fantastic and ran superbly. It's gotta be scary running at those speeds I would imagine, great job on that as well. I have a problem with the video quality though, it's only showing at 360p, no other options are available. I watched all 7 other videos and they were all in HD except yours. I've been watching all your other videos and they are all in HD as well so im not sure what's going on here. The studio and running footage was all the same at 360p in this video only, did you accidently upload in low resolution. Anyways huge thumbs up to you and Matt for putting this challenge together, what a great way to spend several hours watching all these fantastic videos, very entertaining.
Finally get to watch your video and that is awesome!!! I wonder if taking a leaf blower and getting the dust off the road would have helped with traction?? Maybe?
This was great, think this is the last video I'm watching, might of missed one... Amazing amount of work and engineering put into this thing. I bet with a proper tail, you could get another 10 mph.. "Kammback"... tear drop... with rear diffuser... all smoothed out.. and a long fin, not a wing. Do you think you could make/design a complete SendCutSend kit ??? (I do not have the bandwidth, haha) Next challenge.... we buy your kit and see what we can do...
I gotta ask. When using send cut send to make your parts for you, dose that disqualify you? Arnt you suppose to build the whole thing yourself? Minis the paint.
Great build! Seams like when it was jerking before the wreck that might have been the servo.. and the tires might have also made a difference.. overall that’s a damn good job!
Audios Working fine for me just got done watching. A couple of those runs had me tense. Nice job, I watched you first, it was your challenge. Be well, and have fun 😊
Sorry about audio issues! RUclips is having the issue for about half the people! If you have a second device to try, that seems to work for many people. I hope it clears up soon. Nothing else I can think of to do!
I ended up using a different device and it worked just fine
Still cant hear. Tried to update YT as suggested by a few others. No 🎲
Mine says no stream tap to try again
@@redbeard3303 so frustrating! Sorry! If you have another device try that.
My problem is not sounds related. I've tried on 4 devices and everyone will only play in 360p.
I wish all Josh's videos were like this one. So peaceful.
Fantastic! I knew it was wise to pick you as the winner. Knew you wouldn't disappoint. Superb in every way.
Great work! Next time count me in. 😃👍🏼
wow...this thing has so much more in it if you can sort the stability out or get a nice smooth long run! Impressed 🤘
It was only 2mph faster than yours and your build was pretty basic compared to this 🤣
Ok. That was impressive. VERY impressive. Nice build
Finally got to watch with audio going through your website instead..
Amazing build mate, really enjoyed the series from everyone.. Rc hobby is awesome.. congratulations on the win and thanks for the effort you put in to this event.
Cheers 👍

What a rig! I’ve watched 3/8 so far. Really great you guys included the other RUclipsrs. This has been a lot of fun to watch so far
Awesome job Josh! The design, engineering and fabrication that went into this truck in 30days is crazy. The repeated runs at speed are a testament to your skills. Keep pushing the limits of what’s possible. Lastly, thank you for all the entertainment along the way.
Wow really would like to watch. But there is no sound! Watching all the others. Looks like fun was had by all! Especially WDW! Think he's hooked!
Outstanding mate, and I don’t just mean your build. This whole series is outstanding. I’m impressed, I’m learning and I’m inspired with each video. Well done boys, really well done, concept and execution. I want more.
Well done, really like your design, very cool. I had no idea the windscreen was a problem. Very planted on the second day.

Incredible build!!! I love that you all do these challenges in good faith with one another!
Awesome Josh, very well done! Loved the narrowed body approach, badassed! It’s like a Caterham interbred with an FJ😂
Um, now I'm annoyed, still no audio, this series has been epic. I will keep trying to sort the sound. I've watched all the others, brilliant content. Hats off for your vision and effort. Brilliant. John
Nice job, Josh! Impressive fab as always and way to recover after that wreck!
Winner winner, wonder bread dinner. Nice job. Love the build great job.
Congrats Josh! Super trick build. Now....get it to 80! 😉
Impressive build but with your knowledge and tools at your disposal I was expecting that. Loved your truck and enjoyed your journey!
Kick ass!! Holy crap. That was crazy!! Well done!!

Why only 360 for quality of this video?
One of the most entertaining RUclips videos I’ve watched. I’m new to RC cars. Just bought the SCX6 Jeep (green). Again, great story and video.
I really enjoyed watching this series ! Loving the hobby ! Good job men !
on another level josh! good lord!

Just came over here from tomley, considering all your mods, 5 mph, goes to show you how much you have to do to get that "little bit more"
On to the other competitors....
Man! You are a "Master" builder. Impressive! Love this challenge and the ingenuity.

Super impressive build, really enjoyed watching all the videos, great fun had by all.
I've been trying to watch this since it came out. Still no sound
Awesome job!. The other part of the parking was awesome. Such a beast and hope you continue development. It’s amazing what you put together. 👍👍🔥

Mayhem. A competition designed to give Josh a reason to use all the tools…..impressive. Thanks for the content
Awesome truck work and great results. Congrats.

Boy thats alot of work. Great job!!!
This truck is bad ass dude, but man the carnage 🤣
Finally get to watch your video and that is awesome!!! I wonder if taking a leaf blower and getting the dust off the road would have helped with traction?? Maybe?
Silent movie.... Goin old school... should be in black and white too 😁👍 another great build and run, nicely done 🤘😎
Incredible!! Bravo Josh!!!
This was great, think this is the last video I'm watching,
might of missed one...
(I do not have the bandwidth, haha)
Next challenge.... we buy your kit and see what we can do...
Congratulations! You've won an award from the most unpopular RUclips Channel lol. Awarded " Spent Bread "
I have no sound for this video.
Very cool build! Also, I dig your gladiator!!
Nice build. I believe your testing at the boat ramp that is 11 miles from my home.
Amazing craftsmanship, and that speed?! I think you might have this one in the bag (only watched you and Matt so far - only people that matter, lol) 👍
I gotta ask. When using send cut send to make your parts for you, dose that disqualify you? Arnt you suppose to build the whole thing yourself? Minis the paint.
Great build! Seams like when it was jerking before the wreck that might have been the servo.. and the tires might have also made a difference.. overall that’s a damn good job!
is it just me or is video in 360p only?
That was a really fun and exciting watch!
Loved this series! Thanks
Can't wait to rewatch with audio
It had audio earlier on my earbuds but now it doesn't on my phones speakers 😰
Also, no audio. I'll try again in a few mins. Other guys epic so far. John
Awesome videos you guys need to do this twice a year.
2 different devices , and no audio.
Great Run, lived up to the livery!
Audios Working fine for me
just got done watching. A couple of those runs had me tense. Nice job, I watched you first, it was your challenge.
Be well, and have fun 😊
Awesome stuff bro wish I could of hopped in on this challenge money is the only issue with not being at work atm
So rad dude!!! Now to get it to 80…
Uploaded in 360p only, or just something wrong on my end?
Out of all the ones I’ve seen yours is the best looking. And I think I’ve seen all the others builds. RC Review probably second.
Great job and fun challenge. That rebuild was brutal but worth it. 👏🏼
Is that dust behind the car or are you smoken the tires?
