Looks good! You've probably already been asked but what's your source for the headlight grills, I have a '63.
It came with those, they are rather unique that is for sure!
Do you have more details on the 6 volt battery that your using and curious why your sticking with 6 volt asking for a friend.
The 6V battery is a regular acid battery from Oreillys/Advance. We are sticking with the 6volt simply because, that little generator looks sooooo good! Ha! No really, with the new fuse block and Tommie working on the grounds, the lights are all in tip top brightness. Plus, it's just cool to be original 6 volt!!!
Gotcha I have a 65 Bug still with 6 volt and I'm on the fence about switching to 12 volt thank you😊
Would also love to see all of the other details of this build.
