This is brilliant. The cone set up is good for another drill i have. I also think it would be good on exercise 2, the sole rolls, i see all the kids doing it with their right foot.. it would be better to go right foot to the middle, left foot back. Not criticism, just i am left footed and i wish i had a push from my coaches to practice my right foot more when i was a kid
Thanks for your comment. We did the 2nd and 3rd exercises with both feet, I shared the part we did with the right foot so that the video would not be too long.

Pardon me, is it necessary for kids to practice any headers in their drills?
I believe that head strikes should be initiated when athletes reach the age to compete. It is not recommended at younger ages.
