How do they get the squares so exactley the same size? When ill do it for kids its like a drunk man put it there
Don’t look down. find something in front of you to spot your walk.
Its because it is
Always walk backwards! The cone in front of you
great warmups.. conditioning players to be warmed up to switching entire field from left to right on the attack.. brilliant!!
Not a fan of the static stretches during warm-up. Been scientifically proven not to have a good effect on the muscle once you start loading it. Dynamic stretching is the way to go. Still seeing it a lot in different team warm-ups though.
