Have you ever used rapid tac application fluid ? You have almost no bubbles especially on coroplast and banner material

Have you ever tried the USCUTTER Greenstar CV1? Its the upgraded vinyl. I love it and its almost half the price of Orcal 651.
Hello! We have used it a few times, mostly for smaller projects that require a 12” or 15” inch rolls. It is a good vinyl except when using it as a background for magnets, for some reason it takes way longer to dry when using a wet method application but other than that it works good too

Im new to this stuff. Once getting a vinyl cutter, what else do you need? What computer program runs it on your pc? Etc etc. Thanks
Hello Samuel! We use CorelDRAW full version to vector our images and right now costs around 400 dls one time payment only. Just make sure to get the right version since they have for Mac and Windows. Depending on what cutter you get but more likely you will need another software for the cutter - most cutters come with it free. Examples: Graphtec - CM3, Camoe - Silhouette studio, Cricut - Design space, ETC.
Can I use a heat press for yard signs? Or no?
Hello so I bought some polypropylene yard signs and I tried cutting vinyl with a circuit machine and transferring it to the plastic with transfer paper but it won’t stick any suggestions?
Hello! What type of vinyl did you use? We aren’t familiar with any Cricut materials. To make our signs we mainly use Oracal 651 and Greenstar once in a while.
Hello I used a permanent vinyl, I ended up ordering the oracle 651 to see if I have better luck with that, do you think I would need the same transfer tape you used?
I have a question. When you were showing everything from US Cutter you specifically showed all of the products you order. When you got to the vinyl you didn't show what size?
If I'm getting black or white vinyl I usually get the 24 inch by 50 yard - these are the colors I use the most - other not so popular colors I usually get 24 inch by 10 yard but it really depends on your vinyl cutter size. Hope this helps
I have a customer wanting safety signs on an orange background. Any suggestions?
Hello Janna! I have been looking for that type of signs, We know soon or later we are going to work on this type of project. We've used reflective vinyl for nighttime,I don't know if this will help. I will leave a link to it to show you what we are talking about.

@@RDIdecals thank you. Where do you get your reflective vinyl? I actually spray painted the corrugated board with orange spray paint. I think the customer is going to be happy. A bit more work but can't find orange anywhere. Now I just need reflective vinyl in larger than a 12x12 sheet. Found you the other day and love your videos. Sometimes you talk really fast but not hard to understand what you are doing. Thanks again!

What tack tape do you use

How much you charged for this yard sign?
We charged 25 per sign. We try to sell minimum 3 signs so it is worth our time. This customer ordered several items so we try to be flexible with quantities. Hope this helps, thanks for watching.
