    can you help me?
do u think i should see a doctor for OCD or nah
im 13 and to be honest, im very unorganised and my rooms a mess lol so i dont have the cleaning type if i do have it xDD
but like, this always happens every day before i turn of my light to go to bed,
i get scared that if i dont stand outside my door, stare at my mirror next to my door (in a angle from which i cant see myself) and say '' (insert loved ones name) will live forever no matter what'' that they will die, and usually it takes me around 10 minutes because i have to say it without any intrusive thoughts interrupting me e.g ''no they will die''
another one is that after i turn off my lights if I look into one of the mirrors in my room (there are 3 big mirrors in my room) that someone will break into my house and kill me
and i always have arguments inside my head with my self for example like i watch my older brother play video games, he wants to do it as a career and get money from it so it is important and he really likes it when i watch him play tournaments and such
its literally just me sitting there for 2 hours in my head being like
    ''i hope he wins''
    ''no, you hope he dies''
''no i want him to live''
''everything you say is the opposite of what happens''
''okay fine i want him to die''
''oh my, you want your brother to die?''
    ''he died because of you''
''if you look at him in the first 10 secounds of the game he will die''
and i always end up saying stuff in my head like ''no please nothing i say or think matters for the next ten minutes starting now'' (which doesnt even work usually) because i get so many thoughts like everytime i say something positive 4 things come at me at once that are the opposite of what i want xD
but i am DIAGNOSED with adhd, so could this just be part of that?? aaaaahhh

I think that you could be experiencing OCD, but I’m not a professional so don’t take my word for it, they sound like real symptoms. I’d say talk to your doctor about it. Even if they say it’s not OCD, it could be something else. I don’t think it’s related to adhd but that’s coming from me, someone with adhd lol as well. Autism, ocd, and adhd can have similar symptoms sometimes so you never know, sometimes even professionals don’t get it right the first try. But yeah, I’d say it’s important to talk to a doctor about that if it’s causing you stress and it seems like it does, hope that helps ❤️❤️❤️
