Thank you for the announcement of the next Ark Survivor Stories Ned but why would you choose Super Bowl Sunday? You better release the video around 3:00 P.M other wise every American Football fan is going to wait until the following Monday to watch it, especially if they are in the Philadelphia or Kansas City areas.

Ned, you consistently give more depth and meaning to my ARK play. Our tribe is now on Extinction and enjoying it immensely. I'm so immersed in the lore of ARK and you have played a huge part in that. Thank you. Excellent job on this video, as always.

What if the "beams of of light" Raia saw was a supply drop? Here me out, what if supply drops were pods survivers were being delivered in and the ark gave them loot/weapons? I know thats not true but it was a hypothetical i thought of.
I can't wait for more of these, they're amazing and entertaining as hell
I wish ark was more like the lore with different factions thriving. Instead it's just cheesing the best strategy and making sure no one else builds up :(

The thing I always have the most questions about is the gap between extinction and genesis 1. Is our player the same character? Or did our first character retire after extinction and the genesis one is someone else.
So... after Earth was reseeded, Helena was beamed into the Genesis Simulation by Mei-Yin and Diana, who finally made it to Arat Prime. Then she made HLN-A, before disappearing from our reality. Fast forward a bit, and Aberration crashed near Arat Prime, freeing Rockwell. He went to Arat Prime and used the superluminal link Mei-Yin and Diana left open to get onto the Genesis-Ship. We dunno what actually happens to Mei-Yin and Diana after they beam Helena into Genesis, unfortunately. As for who we play as, it's not clear. There's evidence pointing towards us being the same Survivor, and evidence pointing towards us being a different one. There's more evidence saying we're the same Survivor, though. How did we get onto the Genesis-Ship? No clue.

I have seen your previous video with the Aberration dossiers, but I kind of wish I hadn’t so I would have been completely blind to the Reaper birth. The first time I saw it I felt like I had blinked and missed something.

Mae has always been able to tame things in ways we cant... she passes down the easiest of the ways to other survivors but unless you are the beast queen you cant tame the stuff the way she did.
You forgot to mention Raia is from Ancient Egypt and John was from the Old West.

As a solo pvp player the game doesn’t allow for me to discover this stuff myself so I guess I’ll watch this video, they should do something about that
You can, definitely. It's all in the Explorer Notes, but to go through each and every one, and look at (not to mention memorize) every minute detail is a ridiculous way to tell the story. This isn't the last video, so stay tuned.
@@stelxmarie uhh no you can’t, no way a solo player is ever gonna stumble upon all the notes, most artifact caves have alphas in them, if you start breeding 30 rexes for the fight you’ll get wiped, I’m not talking about “In theory” in reality as a solo player the game doesn’t allow for me to discover stuff myself so I guess I’ll watch this video, they should do something about that
@@thegodofsilence5580 You make a good point, not only do you have to deal with that, but even if you COULD 'hypothetically' collect all of them, let alone half of them- scratch that, a FRACTION of the Explorer Notes is an exhausting experience. It's not worth it for 99.9% of players.

Ned I have a question . How implants get on people which were not respawned by the system/ overseer for example a new born baby. It is created before birth or implanted somehow after?

It’s supposed to train them for the challenge survivors will face on extinction.

The plan the URE had for the ARKs was to train super strong Survivors to populate the *reseeded* Earth, kind of like how the Genesis Simulation trains Colonists for Arat. The only problem is that the URE's plan was created assuming Element would eventually go away on Earth- so the ARKs could bring Survivors back down and purge whatever remained- but it never did. It was Helena's plan for The Ones Who Try Again (all players), or at least *our* Survivor, to follow in her footsteps and make it down to Extinction in order to slay the remaining Titans so she can start the Reseed Protocol.
So... close, but we were supposed to be getting trained for the revived Earth- not the Corrupted one.
