Hello If the system is connected to your panel in your house the front plugs on the inverter disengage and do not work. That’s normal feature as a protection. If you disconnect it from your house try to verify that they work. If it doesn’t work then you should get a replacement free of charge.
The property is completely off grid so there is no house panel we can connect or disconnect with our EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra. But thank you for trying to help.
@@adamcarter4398 No it does not work at all. You should try to plug in something into 240V outlet and then another appliance into 120V outlet and you will see that they would not work simultaneously.
Even if not all DPUs are so horrible and I am an unlucky one to have a faulty unit EcoFlow offers no support, but just firmware updates that is no help because my firmware is already all up to date.

Also your fire alarms needs batteries
I do not know what fire alarm you are talking about because the property is fully off grid and has no fire alarms installed anywhere.
Did you connect it to wifi an get the firmware updates? This could be the cause of most of your issues.
Yes, I did right away, but it did not improve anything.
@@ZapovednikESMAmy DPU outputs 240v and also the 120v plugs work fine on the front

Sounds like you may have a faulty unit
