  • Just over 30 days successfully propagated an Orchid species
    You can propagate to grow this orchid species on the balcony to decorate your house, the flower is very beautiful and very fragrant
    Purple Dendrobium Orchid, Scientific name is Dendrobium Anosmum. This is an orchid species belonging to the Dendrobium orchid lineage, belonging to the Dendrobium orchid lineage.
    The leaves of the purple Dendrobium orchid grow alternately and are succulent. Each leaf has an average length of 7-12cm and a width of 4-7cm. There are orchids with round leaves or long slender leaves depending on the living conditions. The leaves of the Dendrobium orchid also have purple dots.
    When the plant enters the flowering period, the leaves will fall and the stem will turn gray-white and mottled with black spots. When the stem is old, it will dry and shrink, turning purple-brown or straw-yellow and quite shiny.
    Purple Dendrobium orchids often grow at the joints of the stem, growing quite evenly. Each orchid flower is about 6-10cm in diameter. The flower is white with a little purple and has a gentle, pleasant scent.

    Truly inspirational.
    I usually throw orchid once no more flower.
    Now can try stryofoam + rooting hormone to grow roots.
    I threw all the orchid clay pot away cos too many.
    Now I can repurpose with styrofoam, bark, coconut husk & clothes hanger to support baby plants & hanging plants.
    Thanks for the tips on possibilities.
    Have you try growing herbs & vegetables in a pot with space constrain with recycle material?

      you need to find the dormant buds, and use stryofoam + hormone to stimulate germination and rooting
