Well I had teachers under and over ~50 in the '70s. Guess who was willing to tell the gory parts? Guess who couched all history invariably with a romanticized Roman feel? I was fortunate (?) to have learned about Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Enver Hoxa and Augusto Pinochet as they presided. Since then, I see few students grasp their importance.
In school, we had to learn a song about Henry VIII’s wives. “Divorced, Beheaded, and died. Divorced, beheaded, survived.” That’s how we had to learn the order of what happened to each wife. This was when I was in primary school, and I still remember it. But, now, I’m in high school, and I still have to do it for GCSEs.

There were a ton more mistakes here, but those are the two I picked up first
Right !!! It is estimated Conservatively that he killed 20 million of his own citizens . Pretty much the textbook definition of paranoid schizophrenia unchecked and unmedicated
Much more could have been said about Leopold. Right hands effectively became a form of currency under his rule. If the congolese could not meet their quota, they had their right hand taken off. This effectively exchange rated one hand into one day (I think) of production, resulting in a widespread quest for right hands. Collecting right hands became a business within the business.

What about that queen that murdered and tortured like 3000 people for fun and she drank their blood I can’t remember her name but I remember hearing about her
I think you're talking about Elizabeth Bathory,, who was a Baroness (not a Queen, a member of the nobility of Hungary...which basically means she was really rich, owned land (and the people on it), and hung out with other nobles and monarchs). She was accused of killing around 650 girls, not 3000, and its not known if she did actually drink and bathe in their blood in real life (though she, like her father, who also killed servants, was known to be brutal, though unlike her father (who never lost any status despite being well known for his cruelty) the nobility started having a problem with Elizabeth when she started killing the nobel's own daughters, which was the only reason anyone every actually tried her).
He was ruthless, he grew up with the ottomans, he knows everything about them. He was determined to avenge his father who was killed by the ottoman. He killed and did guerrilla warfare to destroy the ottoman.
He was not the most evil ruler even in Chinese history. in 2st century, he was brutal. In imperial China, he was mediocre evil emperor. People have been brainwashed by Confucius historian. In one instance, th military has killed tens of thousand of civilian because of suspicious of witchcraft. witchcraft was not the only reason killed people. Some people were just kiled because they said wrong thing. That was very typical in Chinese history. Historians have found out some family names were wiped out because one person said something incorrectly. Liu Ce also had a business trip. it is not like movies that glorified emperor trips. Emperor's trips increased the people financial and labor burden. Liu ce business trips were even worst. Other emperor's trips tortured people but helped corrupted local government officials rich. Each Liu Ce will generate multiple government officials deaths. The first massive killing was execution of royal member, Liu An. Liu An did commit treason, but 80,000 people were executed. These included Liu An family members, slaves, government officials friends and their family members. God knows who else. t his execution happened when Liu Ce was young. From what I was told the mongols allowed people to peacefully surrender, and only killed those who refused or rebelled. I addition, living under mongol rule was actually better when compared to other nations at the time as they allowed freedom of religion, gender equality, and promoted people based on skill rather than birth.
You said that Caligula ruled from 41 AD to 37 AD. The numbers in this order would have been okay if you were talking about BC, rather than AD, but they go the other way around on this side of the birth of Christ. He ruled from 37 to 41 AD, thank you very much.

What i meant was that khans and batars (lords/dukes and hero's/generals) wouldn't go to war trying to "avenge" the khagans (king/emperor) relative, the conquests and wars were all economic ventures i.e raids, invasions, colonization etc. Like i'm sure that assassination would've been a motive, but the khurultai (the council) would only sanction wars if it were massively lucrative, which it was ;D
