Needs carrot, yams or beets for color...never all green. This looks so slow n labor intensive, when all can be chopped very quickly and stir fried tgthr, or just popped in oven and roasted.

This is really boring...u should see the Indian cuisine..we have platters and platters of vegan and vegetarian dishes...this just seems like something which pretend vegetarians or hipsters wud eat😂😀😀

i haven't tried indian food so i don't know if it's difficult to cook but the point was that the dishes here are very simple to make so that people who don't eat veggies often can introduce them more into their diets

@@brittany3498 agree...it's really difficult to make people eat veggie food on occasions like Christmas 👍👍

What is wrong with you? Go and look some indian ytbers or do it yourself then, i don't understand

I think perhaps you haven’t actually tasted any of these because the taste is definitely not boring! You get the natural fresh flavours of each vegetable coming through. I have a lot of experience with Indian food having close Indian friends but indian cuisine cooks the vegetables to death so they lose their real colour and flavour. When you overcook the brassicas (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage) the sulphurous aspects are released with their foul odour and Indian cooking masks it with a heavy load of spices. Spicy food is wonderful but if they let the vegetables be quickly cooked it would be SO much better!

I like Indian food and I know it's very good. However, it's more complicated to cook it daily. I cook healthy, tasty and simple food that I can do every day. These ideas are for anyone who wants to add more vegetables to their diet but can't think of easy ways to do that, whether or not they are vegetarian.
