As someone with a vtec mini and looking at ev options, something a little crazy would have my interest. Do you reckon with an lsd and some mapping you could have a bit of a beast to rival a vtec Mini with your kit?

Great conversion kit on a great car! The only problem is that the drivers seat is on the wrong side to drive on the wrong side of the road. Now seriously if you sell a EV restored left hand drive unit, I would probably buy it. I also have an MX5 NB that I think you sell a EV kit conversion Kit right ?
So… there is this company in the UK that makes polyester classic mini Pickup shells correct? And you lads make a drop in conversion kit to turn a mini into EV… Can you two somehow work together and build an EU street legal EV powered classic Mini pickup? Or is the problem that it would then be a kit car which would never pass modern day safety regulations?

I’ve jumped that bridge 30 plus years ago in my white base model Metro. I’ve used the ‘drag strip’ for top speed runs as well.

Love it... next mod must be to stick a couple of hub motors in the rear wheels... an AWD classic mini.
😂 not sure how we would do that given the rear end design of the mini but the Arrival race van will be 4 wheel drive

There are companies like Mini Sport that will build you a restored LHD car fully electric.

why is it still registered as a 998cc petrol?
Because it has a roll cage before it was rebuilt so could not have dvla inspection, it will soon be inspected and updated

The full bolt in kit is about £27,000 that includes everything
Have you ever used other BMS on some cars.
We tried a dilithium bms a few years ago but the Orion bms is a lot better.
