I think they will not add it, but since they added a demogorgon that is similar to it, and it will be difficult to come up with interesting mechanics for it. Even if they came up with it, it would probably be something similar to the other killers. As it was with the shooter and the trickster, for example. Most of the shit are just models or files in general you can find out there. You can find many ideas by searching "xenomorph dbd concept" so he may have taken that from there as well, look at the credits at the start of the video. The only thing he did was incorporate the files and script a few things, because most assets are taken from BI as well. Not saying he didn't do much, but he didn't do as much as you think.
Now bruh. The fact that you made first an introducing lobby with the awesome stranded spaceship accompanied with transition to the actual Alien. Then also showed the power, perks and backstory. Not only that but fuggin' gameplay, where can I play that XD. Seriously awesome job!

My reasoning behind not making maps look like THAT has been the consoles we had DBD on when it came out for console, plus being accessible to everyone(feel like a map that dark could cause issues) HOWEVER, the fact its not a graphic option to be like "yes include rain" and other stuff at like an "ultra" graphics setting sucks

Better concept of HUNT IMO would be, “Once HUNT is activated, survivors in the radius of HUNT are frightened by your terrifying hiss and go into a state of panic, survivors affected by the panic will suffer from the EXHAUSTED status effect until THE ALIEN ends HUNT or until the survivor is away from the HUNT radius.

I just really like the thunder, the color, and the sounds of the map-gives me a sense of overall unease and emptiness, like I’m somewhere I’m really not supposed to be.
@@lavender.0777 The issue is that it does add a layer of atmosphere but the fog and lighting in the end will make a lot more issues of sight lines and hearing for audio cues. Its why things like the fog can be affected by offerings but do very little. Its basically like trying to make the game scarier: it only works for the first couple of matches before it wears off.

I feel like if you’re gonna do Alien, catching a character and hanging them should place them in front of an Ovimorph, and when they run out of time, they are attacked by a facehugger and let go. That’s the downside the Xenomorphs OP speed and such. Character who loose get to keep playing on a timer, then a chestburster comes out and behaves like a scout to help you spot players.
I think because it would counter some perks or hearing abilities and some people would be angry about it... but yes, atmo like, it would be super awesome.
This is one of my favorite dbd concepts I've ever seen. I especially like the perk ideas, particularly Isolating Dread and Hex: Stowaway. In terms of the power though, the main problem I see is the Maiming Rake ability. It seems a bit overpowered, especially if you use Hunt first, so you know exactly where nearby survivors are before charging at them with almost no hit cooldown. Having survivors hear a distant terror radius no matter how close you are while in your power is a great idea, and really reflects the tense atmosphere and feelings of constant danger that the Xenomorph's presence creates in the movies. I have a few ideas for possible other abilities: Before I get into my suggestions, I would start by changing the power recovery time to 30 seconds (the default recharge of ghost face's night shroud) as opposed to 50. This will make more sense when I explain my ideas. 1) Crawl: While skulking, press the active ability button (default ctrl on PC) to drop onto all fours and crawl. This would replace Hunt as the Active Ability, and Hunt's effect would instead trigger automatically upon entering skulk, without needing to expend 30% of your gauge. While crawling, you move slower and cannot attack, but are harder to see and make significantly less noise. Your eye level is about that of Pig crouching and whatever sounds the alien itself would make (i.e. hissing or growling) are silenced. Your footsteps are barely audible, if at all. The only sounds survivors hear that indicate your presence would be rustling grass or cawing crows. Press the active ability button again while crawling to stand up. Standing up takes about the same time as Pig uncrouching. This keeps survivors constantly on their toes, scanning the area around them and checking the underbrush for movement. 2) Sting (special attack): while in skulk mode, your basic attack is replaced by a thrust of the Alien's barbed tail. Hitting a survivor with sting will injure them and inject acid into the wound, applying the mangled status effect and briefly stunning them. This stun would be similar to being hit by the doctor's shock, where it would interrupt whatever they are doing, as well as prevent them from performing any other actions (i.e. vaulting, dropping pallets or unhooking other survivors) for a brief moment. Pressing and holding the attack button increases the range of the attack, allowing the Alien to hit survivors through windows and over pallets (a fully wound-up sting would reach over approximately 1.5 - 2 downed pallets). The Alien will telegraph the move briefly, allowing for survivors to avoid it if they can react fast enough. A successful sting would deactivate Lethal Lifeform and empty the power gauge completely. Lethal Lifeform remains active until either a survivor is hit by sting, or the power is manually cancelled (which depletes the power gauge by 50%). This is why I recommend making the power recovery shorter, so you won't have to wait almost a full minute for it to recharge after a hit. 3) Wall cling: One of the Xenomorph's well known strengths is its supernatural agility. While facing a nearby wall, tap the power button to grab onto it and scurry to the top. The Alien can move freely along the wall, and can climb through windows and doorways. While on a wall, its moments are silent, but its hissing/growling is still somewhat audible to nearby survivors. Tap the power button while on a wall to let go and drop to the surface below. The Alien cannot attack while on a wall. That last one may be a bit much, but I'd LOVE to see a killer that can walk on walls. Anyway, thanks for reading my wall of text. I hope you like my ideas :)
I mean, they'd need to get the rights to use the xenomorph and it'd probably be a metric fuckton of money because of how popular it is so I'd cut them some slack
Why was my new teaser taken down? So, yesterday I posted a teaser for an upcoming chapter concept. Unfortunately it got taken down several hours later because I included BHVR's logos in it, which I did to make the teaser look as official as possible. I won't be reuploading it since I don't even have the files for it anymore, it's a 15 second teaser I whipped out in like 5 minutes without even saving the project file. I guess some of you may consider yourself lucky to have seen it beforehand!

Quite honestly i might prefer this concept to what we got. Maybe replacing the hiss detection with the tunnels would be fun but as it stands the tail attack just doesn’t feel like the xenomorph
That’s really looks good. The map looks really scary cause of the fog and the rain. The sound ist superb. Really hope the devs will watch it and make something of it and give the actual game a little more horror touch. They could easily add some weather elements like rain and thunder into the game.
Many horror characters have more potential for example The Walrider from Outlast,Mr X from RE 2 remake and way more but No they just want to Please Kpop simps who don't even Play their fucking game

This is pure art. The way the model looks is amazing, so detailed, and the menu animation is just stunning. Now i really want a map of a crashing spaceship, or at least, a mini-section that can be randomly added to other maps. That's would make the game much more insteresting.

I was always wondering how they'd make the Xenomoprh sufficiently different from the Demogorgon who feels like a very similair character. This is a very cool spin on things!
@TENZTIK Why? I can decimate whole teams with Pyramid Head or Michael Myers. Even Leatherface is devastating. Bamboozle and you can be very lethal. Licensed killers are very strong. Its not their fault that people are lazy enough to understand to their mechanics.
Suggestions for this great concept : New ability right click will activate a 5 second timer witch will activate a heavy attack that will injure a survivor and give them the bt effect with its tail and has a 45 second cool down When the alien is in the trail 3 to 4 egg nets will spawn. The eggs will slowly hatch when a survivor is near the nest a facehugger will come out and Shriek at the survivor and begin chasing him/her. Once the face hugger has caught up to the survivor in a 3 metre range it will pounce on the survivor and the survivor will have to do 2 to 3 skill checks to successfully throw the facehugger off and stomp on it. Once stopped the survivor will have a bt effect from the acid the acid will leak from them like a trail of blood but brighter. If the survivor fails the skill check the facehugger will latch on fully to the head slowing the survivors movement speed and will have a timer. If another survivor comes to the victim to call the survivor affect by the facehugger they can pull it off if the timer didn’t run out. If it did run out the facehugger will detach it self then die the survivors vision will slowly fade and in 2 minutes the survivor will die and alien will come out as a little mori then run off.

Maybe him being a long range killer and shooting chains or some thing to do with Cenobites? That might be too similar to Deathslinger though. That’s why I love this game though, the possibilities of Licensed chapters they could bring in are endless and all would be equally appreciated. I just love that movie.

So they'd be able to run around the loop but the chain restricts them from running away, and they'd have to remove the chain to get away. That could be interesting. Maybe include the Lament Configuration somehow too

I feel like if you’re gonna do Alien, catching a character and hanging them should place them in front of an Ovimorph, and when they run out of time, they are attacked by a facehugger and let go. That’s the downside the Xenomorphs OP speed and such. Character who loose get to keep playing on a timer, then a chestburster comes out and behaves like a scout to help you spot players.

This is one of my favorite dbd concepts I've ever seen. I especially like the perk ideas, particularly Isolating Dread and Hex: Stowaway. In terms of the power though, the main problem I see is the Maiming Rake ability. It seems a bit overpowered, especially if you use Hunt first, so you know exactly where nearby survivors are before charging at them with almost no hit cooldown. Having survivors hear a distant terror radius no matter how close you are while in your power is a great idea, and really reflects the tense atmosphere and feelings of constant danger that the Xenomorph's presence creates in the movies. I have a few ideas for possible other abilities:
Before I get into my suggestions, I would start by changing the power recovery time to 30 seconds (the default recharge of ghost face's night shroud) as opposed to 50. This will make more sense when I explain my ideas.
1) Crawl: While skulking, press the active ability button (default ctrl on PC) to drop onto all fours and crawl. This would replace Hunt as the Active Ability, and Hunt's effect would instead trigger automatically upon entering skulk, without needing to expend 30% of your gauge. While crawling, you move slower and cannot attack, but are harder to see and make significantly less noise. Your eye level is about that of Pig crouching and whatever sounds the alien itself would make (i.e. hissing or growling) are silenced. Your footsteps are barely audible, if at all. The only sounds survivors hear that indicate your presence would be rustling grass or cawing crows. Press the active ability button again while crawling to stand up. Standing up takes about the same time as Pig uncrouching. This keeps survivors constantly on their toes, scanning the area around them and checking the underbrush for movement.
2) Sting (special attack): while in skulk mode, your basic attack is replaced by a thrust of the Alien's barbed tail. Hitting a survivor with sting will injure them and inject acid into the wound, applying the mangled status effect and briefly stunning them. This stun would be similar to being hit by the doctor's shock, where it would interrupt whatever they are doing, as well as prevent them from performing any other actions (i.e. vaulting, dropping pallets or unhooking other survivors) for a brief moment. Pressing and holding the attack button increases the range of the attack, allowing the Alien to hit survivors through windows and over pallets (a fully wound-up sting would reach over approximately 1.5 - 2 downed pallets). The Alien will telegraph the move briefly, allowing for survivors to avoid it if they can react fast enough. A successful sting would deactivate Lethal Lifeform and empty the power gauge completely. Lethal Lifeform remains active until either a survivor is hit by sting, or the power is manually cancelled (which depletes the power gauge by 50%). This is why I recommend making the power recovery shorter, so you won't have to wait almost a full minute for it to recharge after a hit.
3) Wall cling: One of the Xenomorph's well known strengths is its supernatural agility. While facing a nearby wall, tap the power button to grab onto it and scurry to the top. The Alien can move freely along the wall, and can climb through windows and doorways. While on a wall, its moments are silent, but its hissing/growling is still somewhat audible to nearby survivors. Tap the power button while on a wall to let go and drop to the surface below. The Alien cannot attack while on a wall.
That last one may be a bit much, but I'd LOVE to see a killer that can walk on walls. Anyway, thanks for reading my wall of text. I hope you like my ideas :)

Why was my new teaser taken down?
So, yesterday I posted a teaser for an upcoming chapter concept. Unfortunately it got taken down several hours later because I included BHVR's logos in it, which I did to make the teaser look as official as possible.
I won't be reuploading it since I don't even have the files for it anymore, it's a 15 second teaser I whipped out in like 5 minutes without even saving the project file. I guess some of you may consider yourself lucky to have seen it beforehand!
I can't wait until I do a spring trap gameplay I know you did it before and the menu that I would like to see gameplay

That’s really looks good. The map looks really scary cause of the fog and the rain. The sound ist superb. Really hope the devs will watch it and make something of it and give the actual game a little more horror touch. They could easily add some weather elements like rain and thunder into the game.

This is pure art. The way the model looks is amazing, so detailed, and the menu animation is just stunning. Now i really want a map of a crashing spaceship, or at least, a mini-section that can be randomly added to other maps. That's would make the game much more insteresting.

Suggestions for this great concept :
New ability right click will activate a 5 second timer witch will activate a heavy attack that will injure a survivor and give them the bt effect with its tail and has a 45 second cool down
When the alien is in the trail 3 to 4 egg nets will spawn. The eggs will slowly hatch when a survivor is near the nest a facehugger will come out and Shriek at the survivor and begin chasing him/her. Once the face hugger has caught up to the survivor in a 3 metre range it will pounce on the survivor and the survivor will have to do 2 to 3 skill checks to successfully throw the facehugger off and stomp on it. Once stopped the survivor will have a bt effect from the acid the acid will leak from them like a trail of blood but brighter. If the survivor fails the skill check the facehugger will latch on fully to the head slowing the survivors movement speed and will have a timer. If another survivor comes to the victim to call the survivor affect by the facehugger they can pull it off if the timer didn’t run out. If it did run out the facehugger will detach it self then die the survivors vision will slowly fade and in 2 minutes the survivor will die and alien will come out as a little mori then run off.

Maybe him being a long range killer and shooting chains or some thing to do with Cenobites? That might be too similar to Deathslinger though. That’s why I love this game though, the possibilities of Licensed chapters they could bring in are endless and all would be equally appreciated. I just love that movie.

So they'd be able to run around the loop but the chain restricts them from running away, and they'd have to remove the chain to get away. That could be interesting. Maybe include the Lament Configuration somehow too
