i wonder how the slenderman is going to be. "can't attack" but phases in and out of invisibility. no terror radius but whenever you're close to a survivor (TERROR RADIUS LIKE) they gain visual glitchs like the DOC where they see fake slendermans. every slenderman the survivors see, will do absolute nothing other than misleading them and increasing madness by a slow rate. (standing in front of vaults or main paths) whenever you phase out of your invisibility survivors can see slenderman, tho they will get static images on their screen whenever they're facing it, increasing their madness. reached the 3 stadium of MADNESS they will get injured. in this state they can't do anything, they can clear the madness debuff by finding pages around the map (slenderman can see pages behind walls but not survivors interacting) when survivors are cleansing madness slenderman can stalk the survivor interacting with the page and if gets stalked by more than 3 seconds they get hooked in a weird way.(so you should be careful about fake slendermans, maybe there's the real one) Survivors will stay on the ground, can't move or interact like they're hooked but with a constant static noise on the screen with madness at max level. (once they get rescued they will lose madness and automatically collect the page they were interacting) after 3 pages are collected, the slenderman can't go invisible anymore (or maybe yes but the invisibility isn't istantaneous and he plays an animation when gets out of the invisibility) his speed increases by quite a bit from being very slow and can attack. (very slow wind up time but decent range) every page stolen will boost the fast attack speed but reduces the maximum range for the fast attack, survivors can't get injured by madness anymore and will not block their actions, just makes them longer. standing still will make him taller and slow, making him able to watch over the basic walls, moving will reduce his scale to normal gradualy. (being tall will increase your terror radius)
@YourUsualGamerDude i don't know any. tho vhs looks fine, i was thinking like original slenderman game where when he's near you, you start see static noise on the screen
Yeah, not a bad idea, though, I feel like shape-shifting as different killers would kinda make buying the other killers kinda useless, yk? I feel like his shape-shifting ability should be reserved for shape-shifting into other survivors instead, it would make more sense and can be more effective. I hate to say this, but it could be kinda like Among Us where everyone doesn't know who is secretly the Imposter among them.
@@PieTheYummy I also would like that, I'm just unsure how to implement that idea without making it unfair. My best guess would be similar to Wraith who has to uncloak before he can attack, you'd need to change back before hitting survivors but with that being the case it just sounds like a worse Wraith since the survivors can see you. I'd love it to be implemented but it'd need some major playtesting
@@PieTheYummy Well it could be used strategically. Like if the survivors are expecting to encounter one killer, you've basically threw off their entire game plan if they were taking that time in the lobby to prepare for said killer before readying up.
Tremendous thanks to James A. Janisse from Dead Meat for providing the narration for this Spotlight, and everyone else who helped create this concept! The voiceover for Pennywise was provided by the talented horr_n_stuff on Instagram. Be sure to check him out!

Escalating Resonance sounds like it would be such a good perk to run to combat gen rushing. Really like it as a perk idea. And Funhouse Trickery feels like a really unique perk that would be interesting to see in the game.
I think another idea for a perk for Pennywise is something that happens when survivors are alone, since It likes to prey on those alone and even separates them sometimes. I’m thinking something along the lines of making survivors oblivious when there’s no other survivors within a certain range Edit: Just realized there’s kinda already a perk like that, Deathbound

It is so nice seeing him taking part in content related to the game, especially being something made by the community! He's my favorite person when it comes to horror content and DBD is also the game I play the most so this is truly a big delight
I'm not personally a fan of IT or the way Pennywise looks, but this whole concept is fantastic and would honestly be great within DbD. Amazing job to everyone who worked on this.
Dark dealings is an amazing perk. Would be the cherry on top if it also stops regressing the timer. (It would be too op if the timer went on) but it would for sure teach survivors to not unhook immediately when killer is around
This narrator is extremely good and has a calming voice. He should start a youtube channel and maybe make a podcast. I feel like making videos about kills in movies would also suit this narrator.
The M1 attack is almost exactly how I envisioned it, when you're just walking around you stare at the innocent and harmless white gloved hand, but when you attack the fingers elongate unnaturally, and the gloves are quickly shred open, claws erupt forth ripping through the fingertips of the gloves and when the transformation is complete- slashing at the survivors with a monstrous werewolf claw Exactly like the cover art of the original IT, but this also shows up in one of the most iconic scenes in the remade IT movie.
right now we have a killer in the game very similar called "The Unknown" and when he infects a survivor he can create hallucinations, which is like the balloons The Unknown can teleport from the hallucinations and survivors can remove hallucinations made by The Unknown. its pretty cool to see dead meat voice over the guy in the vid!
The thing with Pennywise is he strong enough to go toe to toe with the Entity, as they’re both elder gods, but what’s scary about Pennywise is he can enter the Entity’s realm whenever he wants.
IT would make the Entity a pet. In order for the devs to actually add IT, they would honestly be better off making it IT’s realm or an agreement between IT and the Entity.
Add ons: Richies balloon: all balloons change their colors to correspond with the type of balloons you place. (Basically all balloons switch to the color of the balloon you placed) Blood splattered lighter: if a survivor pops a balloon a zombie spawns close behind them. This zombie says within the trial for 15 seconds and renders no sound. Placebo pills: after a survivor pops a balloon, they survivor hears a terror radius as if the killer was right behind them. Toy boat: a survivor who pops a balloon becomes the obsession. Survivors who become the obsession have their aura shown for 6 seconds. Pond stone: disables the killer’s ability to teleport to balloons. When a balloon is popped, the killer instantly teleports to it. Disables use of red balloon. Other basic add ons: change in appearance add ons shown in video, number of balloons, cooldown to teleporting, balloon effect range, etc. Meme add on: decreases balloon range by 12 meters, extra blood points in balloon related events
You guys did a great job on the sewer level! The balloons are also a really cool idea, too! Though I think there might be a little too much overlap with Freddy, Hag, and Demo, the fact Pennywise has to return to his original location is very clever. Dark Dealings pretty much breaks the game, though. I'd say the only way you could make it fair is for the perk to only activate for its duration if the Killer is further than 32 meters from the hook. That would hopefully discourage them from camping, and is very doable for a teleporter like Pennywise.
@@ZockEnderLP true but then that gives them a chance to leave and get survivors and then come back, and this perk would be especially broken if the survivor hooked hook progress still goes down
They’re not at all the same creature. That’s the dumbest lie I’ve ever read on here. The people who designed The Entity were very inspired by IT and drew the Entity out to be like IT, but IT is far more powerful than the Entity.
Amazing concept! The only thing you forgot to add would be a mori animation. The best option that I see here is Pennywise lifting the victim by the throat and showing them the deadlights, instantly driving them insane and robbing them of their conscious minds, rendering them catatonic and afloat mid-air, same way It did to Beverly in the first movie. Besides that, 10/10! BHVR better start taking notes. James narrating the whole thing makes it ever better!
yeah definitely the deadlights. i'd suggest adding in a part where pennywise grabs a bit of the survivor so he actually eats, but that'd conflict with behaviors whole "no dismmebemrEbent!!!!" thing, besides it'd make more sense to assume he just eats everyone afterwards

This is extremely well done. The video itself the perks the power, everything I hope someone at BHVR sees this video actually implement it into the game
This is INCREDIBLY cool, and I'm so very awestruck by the work you put into making these as realistic and cool as possible. If BHVR had more people like you on its staff, the game would be in a much better place. Not to mention the incredible talents of James A. Janisse? Awesome that you swung that. I don't necessarily agree with EVERY decision made here-- the perk that blocks hook saves seems very overpowered in its current state (I'd make it a Scourge Hook perk, or give it some kind of trigger at least) and the decision to have differently coloured balloons with different effects is... odd from a lore perspective when red is the only iconic color from the source material. But overall? You should be very proud of what you're making here, and I can't wait to see more in future. I'd love to see your take on characters like Leslie Vernon, Candyman, Mick Taylor from Wolf Creek, Victor Crowley, the Tall Man from Phantasm or even some crazy takes like Billy Chapman from Silent Night Deadly Night, Jack Torrance or Norman Bates himself!
This was so good and James was a pleasant surprise. Would love to see you guys do concepts for Candyman, My Bloody Valentine, American Psycho, Hostel, and Hatchet chapters.
Everything about this killer concept. Just wow. An excellent power that puts pressure on survivors in a unique way through those pseudo trap-balloons while still incentivizing them to come trigger them. Perks look awesome too. I like the idea behind Funhouse trickery.
Way to op. Can place 5 balloons that basically hinder a survivors progress/blocks pallets or provides a false terror radius. Why don’t you just give the killer the win automatically.
@@KozaBezNosa and on top of that you think being able to block a survivor from being rescued and being able to teleport is fair. You aren’t even allowing the survivors a chance to play the damn game. Disgustingly op
I really think Pennywise should come with a three stage fear mechanic, where survivor's in its terror radius gradually gain fear, which grants it a slight speed boost, and a bit of a visual transformation (gaining monstrous traits like massive teeth) when chasing survivors in stage 1 or 2, and survivors in the 3rd stage would perceive Pennywise as "their greatest fear" which in this case would be whatever killer is associated with that particular survivor. It would look like the Nemesis for Jill or Leon, for instance. They would have to add a couple models for survivors that didn't come with a killer, like a Tank for Bill, and Evil Ash for Ash Williams, and... whatever they decide to come up with for Mikaela. It wouldn't take on their abilities, but it would be an amazing visual effect for enhancing gameplay, in my opinion. I would do this in place of the add on shape-shifting.

I always thought the hag mixed with Meyers could have been slenderman.
I saw a very good Slenderman concept in FirstEncounterAssault's menu/terror radius/chase theme concept. You could scroll down a bit and find it.
Tell me why this is basically the Onryo? Can you see the future?
@@dontreadmyprofilepicture8817 well.... it's basically a simple concept. altho mine it's a bit different but still something similar to theringu
I like the idea of the add ons making you appear as different killers, I’ve been wanting that kind of thing for a bit
@@PieTheYummy no? it's not like you're playing the other killers, you just appear as them until you injure a survivor
Tremendous thanks to James A. Janisse from Dead Meat for providing the narration for this Spotlight, and everyone else who helped create this concept!
The voiceover for Pennywise was provided by the talented horr_n_stuff on Instagram. Be sure to check him out!
Hell yeah
This is just perfect thank u for doing something so amazing keep up the good job mate
It sounded like him!
The killer should have been named the deadlights since that his true form and the survivor should be all 7 of the losers club
After you do the Slenderman concept can you do the 2011 the thing please and the final appearance will be from The near ending of Teh movie when it is monstrous when Kate threw a grenade in It’s mouth please
Amazing concept and video!
Escalating Resonance sounds like it would be such a good perk to run to combat gen rushing. Really like it as a perk idea. And Funhouse Trickery feels like a really unique perk that would be interesting to see in the game.
But does “Funhouse Trickery” perk remove the original red stain?
I think another idea for a perk for Pennywise is something that happens when survivors are alone, since It likes to prey on those alone and even separates them sometimes. I’m thinking something along the lines of making survivors oblivious when there’s no other survivors within a certain range
Edit: Just realized there’s kinda already a perk like that, Deathbound
that'd be really cool and I think it'd pair well with the legion disguise addon, since survivors will usually split up when it's a legion!
omg I was so taken by surprise when I recognized James' voice that I almost couldn't believe it! It is so nice seeing him taking part in content related to the game, especially being something made by the community! He's my favorite person when it comes to horror content and DBD is also the game I play the most so this is truly a big delight
This concept is so cool, and the detail in the map itself is stunning!
I really hope this will be in the game someday!!!
I also think it ties well with the game now too with the dark dealings perk being a scorched hook perk that would make it better
If at the beginning of the video (00:06) The captions said "Title Cardddddd!!" I would love this video more than I do already
I'm not personally a fan of IT or the way Pennywise looks, but this whole concept is fantastic and would honestly be great within DbD. Amazing job to everyone who worked on this.
Alright, I think we can all agree that this is incredibly well made. Props to everyone who worked on this! So cool!!!
I know, right?
I mean good idea but there’s already a RUclips Channel that’s pretty famous for doing that. It’s called Dead Meat.
@@aydanmeilahn6951 Darn it! Then we should cancel that channel and make this narrator make one instead.
@@YourDogDed u know the narrator on this video is the dead meat channel🤨 hes already famous
@@vipswando It's a joke
The M1 attack is almost exactly how I envisioned it, when you're just walking around you stare at the innocent and harmless white gloved hand, but when you attack the fingers elongate unnaturally, and the gloves are quickly shred open, claws erupt forth ripping through the fingertips of the gloves and when the transformation is complete- slashing at the survivors with a monstrous werewolf claw
Exactly like the cover art of the original IT, but this also shows up in one of the most iconic scenes in the remade IT movie.
The Icon for Funhouse Trickery is frickin lovely. Nicely done WheatDraws!
♥ :)
If we dont get him as a main killer i would rather have an ultra rare clown 1990s IT
I would have the 2017 one as the default, but have the 1990’s IT as a legendary skin.
right now we have a killer in the game very similar called "The Unknown" and when he infects a survivor he can create hallucinations, which is like the balloons The Unknown can teleport from the hallucinations and survivors can remove hallucinations made by The Unknown. its pretty cool to see dead meat voice over the guy in the vid!
The jingles, laughs and music sounds from the power is just great
Gotta love James's Narration! 10/10
I thought for SO long that ”Damn this voice sounds familiar” then I finally realized IT’S FUCKING JAMES!!
No WAY you got James to voice this! Insane job as always!
@Sledger LMAO
No, it's James Janisse, the host of Dead Meat
@Sledger This killed me inside
@Sledger bro this better be satire
@Sledger you weren’t trying to be funny were you…
@Sledger I am hurt
Let’s all be honest here, Pennywise would be a Mid A-Tier Killer but maybe DEFINITELY bring more people to the game, as long as the play him right.
Nah, we don't need more tunneling slugging trash in the game.
it's a survivor sided game, he'd be shit just like any other killer
Imagine calling a killer sided game "a survivor sided game" lmao.
Nope
@@_Walex It's a fact DBD's survivor sided, you're just a noob if you think otherwise
I loved how you teased that Pennywise would be your next project in the FNAF DBD project you made!
Love his power. Super unique and fun for both sides
Please keep these coming! There are so many monsters that deserve the spotlight in dead by daylight... liked and shared!!!
This channel really awesome guys, hope DBD developer can buy content/ideas this channel for DBD next update
why would they have to buy anything from this channel. this channel is making concepts for THEIR game. meaning nothing would need to be bought
the manifest ability is so freakin cool, like the concept, animation, demonstration, everything about it was perfection
Guess what boys. Alien has officially made it to Dead By Daylight!
Add ons:
Richies balloon: all balloons change their colors to correspond with the type of balloons you place. (Basically all balloons switch to the color of the balloon you placed)
Blood splattered lighter: if a survivor pops a balloon a zombie spawns close behind them.
These are pretty good, but I'm a bit iffy about Pond Stone. What if it made you undetectable instead?
I got a idea : switch blade : when a survivor pop a balloon , the survivor will be mark exposed for 30 second
" It's ... My knife "
Who ever designed the map is a OUTSTANDING designer! Feels exactly like the movie 🔥
I love the shapeshift add-ons and them having an effect similar to the killer you are shape-shifted into.
Discovered this channel and i must say you guys ARE AWESOME ! Really thought for a bit this was actually posted by DBD devs, the work is impeccable
I love how every one of his abilities is just "Fuck with survivors as much as possible"
I mean no need to camp if he cant be unhooked anyways
@@ZockEnderLP true but then that gives them a chance to leave and get survivors and then come back, and this perk would be especially broken if the survivor hooked hook progress still goes down
This is incredibly good!! The effort put into this is insane, and it's so saddening that it's not actually in the game 😭
Didn't you know? The Entity is IT. The comparisons are obvious throughout DBD, down to its physical appearance being spider-like.
They’re not at all the same creature. That’s the dumbest lie I’ve ever read on here. The people who designed The Entity were very inspired by IT and drew the Entity out to be like IT, but IT is far more powerful than the Entity.
Thank you so much for getting dead meat to voice this. We all appreciate you for asking him.
IT eating some kid who fell down a well: *IT'S RAW*
not funny
@@Yekiim and
Was about to comment "this dude sounds like James" but realized it was actually him
Amazing concept!
This is by far the best dead by daylight video I’ve ever seen, AMAZING JOB! So much thought into this and it’s all amazing. 100% The Dead By Daylight Team needs to reach out to you!
Ughh I can’t wait to see what you do with this concept ! Looking forward to it!
Ive seen a lot of concepts just being talked about, but seeing this level of work added into the idea of concepts is amazing. Loved watching it and already wishing for more!
OKAY THIS IS LITERALLY AMAZING OMFG YOU DID SO WELL LOVE THIS SM WHAT
I love the lore implications of this. It almost just seems like the entity and the deadlights are just two friends sharing a dinner
this was purely amazing and i wish this was in the game also i love james and his voice over was amazing i do hope dbd recognizes this very well made and good job to all that worked on this
You're insanely talented, I hope you really know that and have consciousness of how stunning, amazing, detailed, mesmerizing this is
Move over, Infinity War. THIS is the greatest crossover of all time.
This is SO freaking cool! The map looks intense (in an awesome way), and I never knew I could be scared of balloons LOL. Also the voice actor for Pennywise was spot on! Freaking incredible. James of course always kills his narrations 🙏🏻 Thank you for creating this masterpiece! Looking forward to seeing Slendy~ 🖤
Holy crap! I would love to see this come to dbd. This was so well done and i loved everything especially the balloons. The map itself looks like it went be really enjoyable. Also james with the cameo is so perfect
If you created this, you’re ridiculously talented.
James did a great job narrating, this video was very well made just like the other ones
Dude you’re creating such incredible masterpieces! I hope in behaviour will hire you!
The amount of effort that is put into this is insane! Amazing work.
I have waited for so long! Excitement is an understatement!
I love how everyone instantly recognized James's voice for this. Awesome ideas.
James narrating a DBD spotlight trailer is a dream come true.
This is extremely well done. The video itself the perks the power, everything I hope someone at BHVR sees this video actually implement it into the game
Well done, great concept and well needed. The devs of this game need to start doing something good for the game and community.
the concept all out is amazing dude the animations and such it is a true beauty
I'm sure they have alot planned. Probably gonna take a while though 😆
This was great! Can’t wait for the next spotlight concept
This was so good and James was a pleasant surprise. Would love to see you guys do concepts for Candyman, My Bloody Valentine, American Psycho, Hostel, and Hatchet chapters.
American Psycho would be cool, not sure how that would really work though
Everything about this killer concept. Just wow. An excellent power that puts pressure on survivors in a unique way through those pseudo trap-balloons while still incentivizing them to come trigger them.
Perks look awesome too. I like the idea behind Funhouse trickery.
Way to op. Can place 5 balloons that basically hinder a survivors progress/blocks pallets or provides a false terror radius. Why don’t you just give the killer the win automatically.
@@tj9287 it's just boon but for survivors
@@KozaBezNosa and on top of that you think being able to block a survivor from being rescued and being able to teleport is fair. You aren’t even allowing the survivors a chance to play the damn game. Disgustingly op
@@tj9287 preventing from rescue is perk not killer and about teleport.....
Demogorgon/nurse/hag/cenobite/twins(kinda)/freddy: are we joke to you?
Even if im not a huge fan of IT, you made an amazing spotlight and of course the new map, it looks fantastic :0
Cant wait the next video 🌲🌫️
I didn't expect James a Janisse to be the narrator in this
This was so impressive i loved it, i hope they add this chapter in the game soon
