- I love violinmaking! But if you are hungry you can not work properly since you can't focus on what really matters. So here a short video of what I like to cook in a one hour lunch break.
Today I invite you ate my house a few minutes out of Cremona and I cook for you and the the rest of my workshop a delicious plate of Pasta with home made tomato sauce.
Hope you enjoy it and looking forward to the next violinmaking video next Friday.
Thanks for leaving a comment, like and your subscription.
Meanwhile all the best from Cremona

i hope you get 500 likes quickly because it is a really great video, like those you make in the workshop, but adds another angle of the humanistic approach to craftsmanship, proportions, harmony and taste of life, which music is part of and food, of course! Thank you 🙏
Love the cutting board!
Oh boy! Save me some, I'll be right there!
I cook with Barilla always. Yes, the shape is important and a different sauce (some call it gravy) would do better with a different pasta shape.
I have Linguine frequently.
In fact, at work they call me "Noodles".
Oh yes, a stock cube is good as well. I always do that.
Don't forget the garlic and herbs please.
Ha! You use a violin form for a cutting board. NOW I know what I have been missing all these years.
I have a feeling that soon enough you will have a cooking channel as well 😊
Definitely want to see more cooking videos!!
Edgar ... I would happily take all your recipes!!!
I give you the 500 likes...Thank you!!!Buen provecho..!!!
If you sir make pasta as you make violins I have no doubts it's gonna be delicious.

Thank you for the recipe and please make more ❤😊👍
I will try this and I hope I will be transported and experience a taste of Cremona Italy in my pasta. Thanks Mr. Edgar Russ from the Philippines. Come visit us sometimes.

🤣🤣 your cutting board is of the shape of a violin…
It's actually the shape of and inside mold ... But yes... Very funny

It's always from scratch
