    I love this recipe. Tip: place dough between two sheets of parchment and fold four sides under to contain dough before rolling.

    I wonder if we can use almond flour instead of-regular flour ? And I would add salt and garlic powder 🤷🏼‍♀️

      I think you might need a little regular flour to act as bonding agent for almond flour

      Hello Sana, thank you for writing! Honestly the longest that I have kept them was about five days stored in a plastic container in my pantry. They were almost as good as the first day, kept their crunchiness and flavor. I really can't say how much more than a week could they be stored, because I never had any left for longer than that.     Can I use cheddar instead of parmesan??

      I am not sure, cheddar is very different from parmesan. I would suggest if you don't have parmesan on hand, simply leave it out, the crackers will be just as good.

      Usually I use all purpose flour, haven't made it with whole meal, especially not only whole meal. Please let me know how they turn out?

      You can. Use flax seed, brown rice or coconut flour instead but half as much.
      After adding water let soak for a couple hours or overnight.

    Nice photography. Your measurements are WAY out. Quadruple the water at least and you could nearly double the seeds and the Parmesan with the amount of flour you are using. Or else you’re winging it with your cups, T-spoons and table spoons. It doesn’t add up. I just tried it and had to adapt and try desperately not to overwork the dough. Provide weights and measures it works out a cracking recipe.

      From my experience only, people and myself included, are really lacking in creative solutions or remembering the concept of improvisation.
      Get yourself some kinda nutty flour and....boom your gluten free👍

      Hi Shravya, honestly I haven't tried, even though the idea is on my mind for quite some time now:) I believe you can, the flavor might be different, but not necessarily worse, just different. Maybe mixing plain flour with whole wheat flour for one batch can give you better idea of the change in flavor that should be expected.
