This was very helpful! Thank you! I am also a freelancer, but had never used ASANA for managing my content calendar and I have a new client that requested this to me, as they use the platform for their workflow. I've use Sprinklr, Google sheets, Trello and others, but never ASANA. Thanks for the tutorial, you've made it easy and simple to digest!
I’m so happy to hear that! 🤗 Asana is such an amazing, intuitive tool and I’m sure it’s going to serve you well. I’ve used many platforms like this but over the years, Asana has remained one of my absolute favorites. Good luck with your new client! ✨
Thanks so much for this tutorial Natalia! I've been so overwhelmed this Asana recently and this has been incredibly useful for helping me organise my ideas :)
Really appreciate this video! I was wondering though, where would you assign your content pillars in asana? Would it just be adding additional tags in the same location you tagged the different platforms? Or is that a reason why you’d want to upgrade to the paid version?
I have gone down the rabbit hole and watched a bunch of your videos. Wondering, if someone is just getting into using an online digital calendar with either Asana or Notion....which do I go for? I have looked on both and now I feel confused. Do you solely use notion now?
Great question Heidi! 🙏 It really depends on your needs. I solely use Notion now and it’s become my headquarters for absolutely everything. It’s allowing me to set up databases, share notes and assets with my clients and create my content effortlessly. I prefer it because of how adjustable it is and how much more comfortable it feels for me to write there, especially with some of the templates I set for myself. That being said, Notion can be quite intimidating and complex. That’s why I also share tutorials on Asana because it’s much more beginner friendly. The upside here is that it’s amazing for managing projects and tasks. It’s better than Notion in that regard. So it really depends on what you’re looking for. I’d recommend to try out both and see what feels better for you. And thank you for this question, you just gave me an idea for a video! ❤️😊
Quick question I know this was a while ago but I was wondering if I duplicate the task can I move it to a different project or just a different section in the the same project ??
Absolutely, you can! All you need to do after duplicating is to change the project from the project tab and remove the current one this task belongs to. When you then go to this other project, you’ll see the task there. Everything is very customizable in Asana

You are that amazing speaker & teacher ❤
That’s so wonderful to hear, thank you! 🙏🏻❤️
Thanks for sharing this process. How do you get all the saved images from asana to the scheduler platform? Is there a way you do this efficiently?
Love your videos

I’m so happy to hear it! I would use tags in the same location on the free account or create a custom field for pillars if you have a paid plan 😊
Thanks so much Natalia, just set mine all up :)

Hey hey! ✨ So good to see you here right after publishing!
There's something wrong with the sound for this video. It's muffled somehow.
Yes, I had an issue with the mic for this one and placed it in the wrong spot. So sorry about this, not going to happen again!
