Can I just tell you that i am only 4 minutes in and this has been the most helpful tutorial so far. I love that you didn't jump right into clickup and broked down to identify the things we need first. Everytime I open click i just get a bit overwhelmed so this time to just gather my thoughts is great! Thank you
I like the idea to have the status as simple as possible and add stages! Question: how do you handle postings of the same content to multiple platforms eg. you use a posting tool and schedule Facebook, Instagram, Twitter at the same time? This makes not so much sense to have the same content in multiple lists with your Layout 2?
good video, thank you. as a feedback, it would have helped to explain where you are clicking at each step. Users who are starting out with clickup like myself will struggle to keep up with you
Thank you Sheena 🙂 Client work has been insane, but I've found some balance and have a video coming out on Wednesday!! After that I'll be releasing videos in series on a consistent basis. So excited to get back to content creation! 🎉 If there are any specific topics you'd like me to cover please let me know.
Great video it can vs tons of time. thank you for your valuable time :). I'm trying to submit the form on your website to get the template but it's show "An error occured."
Thank you very much for the content you provided. I have a question about time planning and daily tasks or works. Can I make the program send notifications or alerts, for example, to remind or what should I do at this time according to the plan?
Thank you! Now, what are the next steps? this is the question i can never seem to find the answer to. Now that the content is planned how do o get it out of clickup into to my scheduler?
To tell you I know how to use click up but never know I could use it to plan content 😌. Thank you so much this is a great step forward for planning my RUclips contents on my channel.
Is there a way to automate this...meaning that you set a status where once the status is changed to "push" the item is automatically added to your social media scheduling tool... That way i din't have to do double work Is there a way we can automate the actual publishing straight from clickup to my SM scheduler?
Hmmm there may be a connection you can create with a tool like Integromat but I've always needed to approve and review things in small chunks at a time. Others I've seen allow you to bulk upload with data in CSV
This is great! For layout 2, would the content from the Campaigns and Events lists be added to the Content Calendar list once they are "scheduled"? It seems like the Campaign and Events folder is for planning and the Content Calendar folder is for the posting of the content itself. Is that correct, or is there another way these folders are intended to flow with each other?
That's correct! In this example the Campaign and Events folder is mainly for planning similar. Then the Content Calendar is anything being posted whether or not it's related to a specific campaign.
