Agreed. The Blue Captain Cook is still on my radar though because it has a 48 mm lug-lug and wears closer to a 40 mm watch, but still sucks haha.

I rarely see any Rado watches reviewed by any watch enthusiast channels and don’t know why aren’t they good enough?
They are slept on. In many enthusiasts and expert opinions they are on the same level as very high end brands.
In certain parts of the world they are as collectible as Rolex, from the Middle East to SE Asia, especially India / Pakistan, you get a Rado when you make it
Could you please review the rado "diastar" collection? I think they offer great value for the money
RADO is not one of the first watches that come to mind when talking about dive watches ... and it's ISO certified? I'm impressed.
For 99% of the watch enthusiasts out there, chipping that ceramic case and bracelet is a non-issue I'm sure, including me.

I love this! I wish #Hamilton would make Khaki Field in white, black, green and this sandy or muddy ceramic! I'm waiting for that, but I might just have to snag this. This feels purposeful and finally what Rado intended with their ceramic endeavors.

I purchased 2x of these watches this week. One with a rubber strap and one with the ceramic. It's gorgeous.

I wonder how good will this watch hold up against bumps, will ceramic break?
The ceramic is incredibly tough and can take more bumps than one might think. However, there is always the possibility of shattering if it takes a significant hit. Though at that point you are most likely doing other damage to the watch as well.

Does your personal preference lean more toward the opaque dial or the sapphire dial?
drop the power reserve for a smoother sweep of the seconds hand.. use titanium for the crown and the case back to get a finish similar to the ceramic in appearance.. colour scheme dark grey with the black fume dial from another captain cook model.. you will have a hit and i will definitely buy one .. or just make an overall titanium version!

Not my cup of tea, nice looking watch but I think it's really over priced with a basic movement at this price point should have a better movement like a ETA 2892-A2 but that's just my opinion, great video tho teddy 👍 keep them coming buddy
I wouldn’t call it overpriced since nobody has a ceramic of this quality at this price!
I think you're paying more for a fully ceramic diver watch more than compared to the movement.
If you don't care about the ceramic , then go for Tissot Seastar 1000 which has the same movement for a lot less price.
Since we are talking ceramic here, would you consider doing a video/review on the Chanel J12?
I may add this one to the collection, but definitely with the green rubber strap; ceramic band is too much for me.

Why? I have both and I prefer this watch by far. It comes down to preference. Don't be blinkered by branding. This is definitely a better watch.
What idiot spec'd that MALE end link on the bracelet? Fail. The 21mm lugs is ... questionable... While I am a big advocate of choosing the right size lug width for correct proportions, I think if this math yields a 21mm answer, then the manufacturer should scale the watch up or down to hit 20 or 22. I would have liked to have seen a quick release on the bracelet instead of having to jimmy around with a strap tool to take it off and on. That said most people will probably never take it off the included bracelet so ... moot points? Rado is crushing Chanel J31 at this price point lol.
I'd rather buy a Tudor Bb 58 for this price...
