Nearly one minute recharge for a quite unlikely chance for that surge to land in the right spot and actually do 299k damage on a behemoth enemy who has at least 1m hp (not counting wild doge, ragin gory or formiwtfisthat ant) isnt the ultimate thing you can have probably. Naala is better as anti behemoth legend though
