Fun fact about Filibuster's bossfight: The song actually takes 40 seconds to loop which is exactly the amount of time it takes for Filibuster to attack.
I'd like to mention something, urs's stage, life saving shovels, could be a reference to ururun's stage, the great escaper, as a shovel is a tool often used to escape
@@MysteryMusic512 I thought it was fairly obvious, the boss you fight is literally an ancestor of Ururun, all the sub-chapters leading up to the Ururun fight reference Alcatraz and breaking out of prison, and the only use of shovels is to dig, that, combined with the other connections made it fairly clear to me that it was referencing the Ururun stage.
It completely flew over my head how Ururun is such a good boss because I took the weird progression route back in the day of doing all of Into the Future first, simply due to the fact the stages took less energy to play than SoL. It was however very cool and funny to watch my newly Awakened Bahamut Cat just bully some middle school girl from the suburbs. Great first impression Bahamut. You're still my favorite legend unit. If you were to ask me about my favorite boss, it would without a doubt be Bun Bun. Back when the game first released, Bun Bun was the final boss and the apex enemy. Bun Bun required serious dedication to take down from treasure grinding to getting your units to max level. Of course that was 10 years ago but when looking at the scope of Empire of Cats alone, Bun Bun delivers a much different tone compared to The Face and Nyandam. Whereas the former two were rather slow and long, Bun Bun forced you to play fast. Nowadays, Bun Bun is just a drop in the vast ocean that is this game, but Bun Bun is still one of, if not the most important boss in the entire game. Bun Bun is almost impossible if you don't learn one of the core aspects of the game. Meatshielding. Think about how many stages in EoC you could beat without thinking about your Macho or Wall Cats since the enemy spawns were slow and the enemies themselves aren't too threatening, with only One Horn really having a fast attack rate, but their low range makes them rather easy to stall. Bun Bun on the other hand has some strong support, along with being really beefy and hitting hard. Most people may not know this, but you fight Bun Bun at 400%, so he has nearly 400k health and deals 9k damage. If the players doesn't learn how to both grind the previous stages for treasures and levels, as well as meatshielding, then they will basically never get through this level. Also, the reward from this stage being Bahamut Cat is one of the best ways to reward the player for being such a difficult boss. Bahamut is probably one of the most important units over the course of the entire game, even to the end of UL and the fact you get him so early will only make Bun Bun more memorable, as it jams the idea of meatshielding into the core of your head. If you didn't learn that core aspect of the game, then you would never have gotten arguably one of the best units in the game, to the point where most of SoL is balanced around him. TL;DR Bun Bun forces the player how to meatshield, build the patience to grind and rewards Bahamut, who is one of the most important units in the game.
I still remember getting home from school one day, hopping on my iPad, and deciding “I’m beating Bun Bun today.” And after hours of attempts, I defeated him. For Filibuster Obstructa, I always hold a high level of love for him. When I first saw Evangelist Cat (the serial, unobtainable in mobile) on the wiki, I thought he was so sick and wanted him badly, even if he was completely unviable. But then, when Obstructa dropped, I was completely floored. Like he has a sick theme, really fun stage, a new sicker design, AND he's obtainable for use? Needless to say he became one of my favorites despite his uselessness and weakness.
Agreed, his new tf stage is insane and his atk animation literally has him absorbing planets into a big 1 shot attack.....needless to say hes a sick boss with a good theme
Ngl i believe the face deserved a higher spot. When you first fought it, every single time it would attack, NEXT TO EVERYTHING GETS INSTAKILLED, and the fact that it seemed nigh untouchable compared to everything before hand. Having over 10x the hp of any enemy before it. Then when you first knock it back and realize that it isnt immortal and your hope fills up with each time it gets knocked back. Arguably the face is very intimidating compared to everything else in the battle cats. Oh and ururun totally deserves that second spot. She also signifies a change in the game.
What I think it does super good is showing how the game is played. Battle cats was played by a lot of people who weren’t familiar with games and children. As a young child who didn’t play games you used a lot of the melee units and the face would crush them and put fear into me
Also give credit to the base hp, the the 99999 base hp makes you think your meant to kill the boss and the stage ends, but the sheer shock of seeing your basic cat units chip down that base health still stays to me today.
I think zero luza is a good final boss for UL as like relic bun bun it checks your UL legend true forms before letting you proceed to the egg unit check
I actually like the Cat God fights, cuz how I interpret it is that it’s meant to show your so powerful that even God falls easily. Kind of like Undertale’s Mettaton NEO fight
I think heavenly tower floor 30 is not only the best stage in Battle Cats but one of the best boss fights in games because nothing the stage throws at you feels cheap and every thing you do feels meaningful
For me, fighting Ururun was really underwhelming since I beat ITF 3 before having any crazed cats or ururun, so when I reached her stage. I just beat her without getting pushed back at all.
Chapter 3 empire of cats moon has been, and will always be the single most important stage in the entire game. It sets the stage for how practically the entire game plays out, it gives you access to one of the most important units in the game and it also allows access to catfruits (an extremely important resource).
Because of all that, most people consider EoC to be a tutorial. I agree cause you need to learn the basics to beat and that's about it. It's not to difficult, you just need to learn to play to beat him
i just really want to say that i really appreciate the effort you put into the videos. can’t believe you’re at 2k subs, you’ve got some of the best and most interesting funny cat game content i see on this platform
Great vid! My only complaint would be the lack of the ITF mid-bosses. Considering they remained exclusive for a long time (besides im phace), have the same time score rewards as the moons, and are in a weird new stage, I feel like they should count.
I think the most interesting case of a boss for me would be master uril. On release I really disliked the stage as you would just stack cyber and deadeye while spamming slapstick and pizza and hoping for the best making the overal experience feel pretty sad for what would be the conclusion for heavenly tower. Despite what you said it didn't really feel like a celebration to me, but just a "oh it's done" type of stage. After kaxzerthe1337 started to use different strats for the stage I was motivated to give the stage another shot and uril became one of my favorite bosses afterwards. It felt like I was actually strategizing now and interacting with the boss instead of putting him into slow status jail. Stringing all those bahamut chains together while defending jagando with good inputs to maximise the amount of dmg he delt to uril before he died. What amplified the feeling was my first genuine usage of superfeline instead of smal bits of dmg like slapstick, superfeline dealt more heavy and direct dmg allowing me to more quickly deal with the relic peons. Uril felt like this wall of death constantly approaching which I had to keep back via either raw dmg or status. After the first time beating uril this way I popped on and went "wooh yeaah let's goo". Other then that pretty good list despite not being such a fan of floor 30 anymore I do agree with it's placement as the day he came out still is one of the most memorable experiences I have with this game.
For me Teacher bun bun deserves the highest Which may sound weird but Considering how hard the stage used to be, And he will make you understand more about how good meatshields are and have a good statergy And the unit that it drops (bahamut) is so good carrying you in many stages And beating him just feels so satisfying
I like it very much too. The money is really tight, meaning you can't send everything mindlessely, you WILL loose grounds due to Idi killing your units and the peons avancing, and the restriction makes it even harder.
Favourite stage in the whole game! Did it before really starting UL so that was definitely an experience. 2 stages have made me quit attempts on them due to being hard, IDI and no return flight 3* and I like IDI because it’s actually well designed.
This is a great analysis of boss stages! But now you gotta do a stories of legend ranking! I'd love to see which chapters you think are best, considering how everyone usually hates the one they didn't have the right units for and all the unique stage gimmicks.
I think idi is my favorite one lol and floor 50 is indeed the best song also I think the main problem with Mecha-Bun testing your crowd-control skill was that the cyclones already did that, by the time you reach Mecha-Bun you probably beat most the cyclones
Even as someone who watched some youtube videos 6 years ago, it feels like I understand but need just a little bit more to comprehend the meaning. Very cool video
This was a great video to watch! I’ve played battle cats on and off for years, across 2 save files. It was great to hear bosses I struggled with as a kid explained, as well as see units I haven’t encountered yet. It’s also neat how you talked about stages having different play styles for some stages
Inferal40 is just no the same experince and difficulty as Heavenly Tower 40. in Heavenly Tower, Yulala was a real challenge when it came out due to a lack of anti-traitless cats, and a few months after Infernal 40 was released, units like Dogumaru, Doron, and Luza quickly powercerpt the stage.
...both stages got powercreeped a few months later, so they really are the same in that regard. IF40 might've just been less tense because we already knew what to expect.
when u were talking about #6 (techer bun bun), you just told my whole life story. I found your chanel from searching for awnsers and u hit the nail in the head with the discription.
suprised to see ururun so high up, i never really thought of it as a 100% really good boss, just solid, and certainly not as good as mina, who i'd rank at that spot instead of ururun, and inumusha, who (before powercreep) was such a really fun boss
As someone who originally played Inumusha before most power creep, he was still piss easy. Hit him into the base, combo him, then do the cycle a couple more times. I fail to get his hype when housewife and can can render him useless.
While watching video, I was already thinking how I'd put cat god in A tier, but then SS-tier appeared. But I still think that Jagandro is underrated and should be in S tier. It may be somewhat RNG based, because of aku researcher, but in general constant pressure from Jagandro and that you somewhat need to play around its' surge makes battle engaging, exhausting you only at the end of battle which gives you sense of such relieve.
The Face is also a nice introduction to cat stacking and meat shielding. It teaches you to stack long legs and lizards while teaching the player how to constantly keep Eraser and normal in front of your legs. It teaches you the strategy that will be used throughout the entire game.
Ururun teaches you that some stages before can be harder than getting the actual prize in a somewhat easier and enjoyable stage. In my opinion getting Ururun is a very accomplishing task that will make you really happy about finally beating all 18 sub chapters and getting all the ‘free’ cat food
My experience with Mina was probably a lot diffirent then most people. I procrastinated on SOL a lot. That's how I beat it: Lineup: biobone, maglev (40), m.lion (30), m.eraser (40), can can (40+3?), zamboney (40). The stage: I spavned 1 m.lion to kill The squirel, then zamboney, and afterwards, i just spawned can cans, couriers, m.erasers with ocasional maglev and zamboney. Couriers LD almost destroyed the base before I killed Mina. I'm not even sure of Jones managed to spawn.
You should’ve mentioned filibuster cat being a super old unused cat unit. I had been aware of unused filibuster’s existence for years before filibuster was officially added, so seeing him finally added to the game as an entire boss elevated the fight for me and others.
I remember reaching moon chapter 3. I was so scared I went to past chapters for treasures. Not all of them were superior to soon I realized I needed them. I realized around turkey that I need the treasures as superior
Are you by any chance planning on making a similar list for the advent/limited time bosses? I'd love to see how bosses like Daboo, the Crazed Cats, and that one R'ost from River Styx rank up against one another.
i would love to see that. im really hoping cruel angel clionel high up in my opinion the fight was really fun (even though i did ubercarry using zeus and sarukani).
Floor 30 will be a memory I will always keep. I could not manage to beat him the first time I thought i was ready, my units failing to because they were not leveled enough or me not having the right ones. The other one is where i literally beat the stage a few minutes before it went away. I retried and played the whole night, being unlucky every time, but at the last try, actually winning is such a good reward. The third time was when i just used witchy neneko and won the stage due to ranged wave block and having good ubers
Nah, I don’t really disagree with anything on this list. Even though I haven’t beaten some of these endgame bosses yet, I still think their placements on this list were valid and deserved. Thanks for making this tier list. I usually don’t enjoy tier list videos, but this was structured in such a way not only to make it interesting but also made room for commentary and discussion on the various mechanics of each boss. This is definitely the best tier list video I’ve ever seen, so again, thanks for dedicating the time to create this
42:36 actually the background is referencing the lookout from dragon ball :) the whole tower is one big dragon ball reference after all, with hermit referencing korin and uril wearing clothes similar to dende
It’s awesome getting to see the start of a new legend series. I can’t wait for zero legends (whatever it’s called) to introduce possibly a new enemy type!
A minor nitpick, Spore is not an instant win. I prefer lvl 1 cottonee with sash, Leech Seed, Substitute, Protect and Toxic. This more or less guarantees a victory outside of running out of PP.
Tbh as somebody who just beat the first boss of the game i feel inclined to say that i loved it so much and i think it was an amazing introduction to boss fights
Great video! I would love to see you rank Advent stages/cyclone. If you do though, it would be smart to take the "official" rematches into account, it would be more fun that way!
The battle with mecha bun was one of my favourites, sure he can get cheesed with necrodancer but every other part of the stage is perfect, the bosses design, the stage design, and the music are all perfect, me personally I wouldn't use necrodancer to cheese the stage because it makes for a much more intense and epic final fight, with the struggle of keeping mecha bun at bay and the epic music playing in the backround makes for in my opinion the perfect final boss of one of the biggest parts of the game
I am adoring these analyses, I've always been an analytical person so tearing apart just what makes this game work is super interesting to me. I actually came up with some possible video topics if those would be of interest: The Legend Ends vs Humanity Catified (which is the better penultimate chapter and why it's The Legend Ends) Advent boss ranking How the basic cats (and maybe EoC1 as a whole) teach the player about the game Why Into The Future is the best story saga
Is Humanity Catified the penultimate chapter of UL? I’ve been playing this game for 2 1/2 years, maybe 3 and I’m only on Barking Bay in UL, so could you mind teaching me about what Humanity Catified is?
@SRG Humanity Catified is the final full subchapter of Uncanny Legends. The first four stages are rematches against the UL Legend units, the fifth stage has you face all four of said legends at once, then the last three stages pit you against a new enemy, Great Ape Luza, with the eighth stage in particular (Birth of True Man) being one of the most hated stages in the game due to Pterowl Hazuku.
@@maglev0789 thanks for the explanation (btw I just got past Barking Bay after using 2 continues cuz of the damn Lorises and Dark Otters, why am I sharing my experiences? It’s fun ig)
Can i mention somwthing. This entire videos turned from a tier list to a story telling video dient it. His theories and story ideas makes me think how would an actual battle cats story movie would be
This video is almost obe hoyr but it is so good i felt like it went flying so fast please do more videos like this because they are so good i loved this one especially more than any other of your videos so simple yet so entertaining and well thought out
a little thing i like is that some bosses like raging bahamut will have their boss wave physically shake the screen in order to really catch the player by surprise
How to beat bun bun: 1. Get every single treasure from Eoc 1, 2 and 3 2. Learn how to meatshield (I use samba+wall) 3. Go to EoC Ch.3 moon 4. Win after a few attempts
I would have to say that Bun Bun is my favorite of the story bosses. Back when I first started playing, Into the Future was either just being released or a couple of months out from being released, and Bun Bun seemed like an impossible wall preventing me from beating the game. I remember thinking that there was no way to make a boss any more difficult without being impossible haha. I guess what I am trying to say is that Bun Bun is very nostalgic and brings me back to a simpler time both in my life as well as the game's. Not to say the game hasn't improved, because it absolutely has and it isn't even comparable to how it was back in 2013. When I first started playing I could have never imagined I would still be playing it 10 years later, and that there would be about double the amount of enemy types, true forms, talents, at this point well over twice the number of abilities, etc. etc.. Anyways, tangent aside, I just can't think of any other boss that has remained quite as vivid in memory as Bun Bun
When I first started I was scared of losing to nyandam so I held off from doing the moon and went to ITF chapter 1 but randomly I decided to fight him and he was actually surprisingly easy in my opinion
I really like Luza’s design. There’s not many enemies in tbc that are just a huge titan like Luza. It really feels like you’re fighting a “behemoth,” or “colossus” that isn’t just a furry version of another enemy or a big version of an enemy with a black orb inside of them
Jagundo has a cool design probably the best music track in the game Lots of health decent damage Very high Omni strike And rewards a platinum ticket and Jagundo jr Truly an amazing stage design I really wish we could replay Invasions though
Bun Bun has been definetly is the most iconic enemy boss in the moon , Chapter 3 On EOC. He's made appearances on Collab games , such as the metal slug Collab which SNK Playmore did well and improved the sprite and movesets on bun bun.
I feel that Cat God 2 is actually quite fun. Rushing him down while using his own abilities to help yourself out makes it feel quite fun, especially since Cat God as a character doesn't take things too seriously (even past his description and the Cat God's messages when you use his miracles, which I'd like to note is missing from Big Bang stages which is a neat touch, Cat God 2 claims to have the trait Cool Dude). It's also the 2nd chapter which is generally the least important chapter. And if you fail to kb Cat God, all your units do get killed by the third attack unlike Cat God 3.
30:10 honestly, I think the ITF Moon theme fits Cli-one more. The beginning chord progression sounds super alien and kinda freaky, which kind of contrasts with Corrupted Valkyrie, even if it might be kind of climactic with how easy ITF chapter 1 Moon is
Bun bun is really just a "fuck around and find out" kinda boss, coming off the cakewalks that were face and nyandam, suddenly you get absolutely slapped down
I'm still in the early game and completely disagree with ururun's placement, didn't even know there was an assassin bear timer I'd say it was too easy and a bit forgettable Also great video really enjoyed it
Battle Cats seems to have moved away from bosses becoming regularly occurring enemies as the game progresses. I've noticed that the UL bosses have severe potential to become "basic enemies" but don't, potentially out of a sense of rarity towards them; Dogumaru could act like how other "bosses" had become, like Cli-One and her switch from a boss to an average backliner, but instead only chooses to return in Humanity Catified. Doron as well has that potential, being an enemy that's spammed in its stage, and being the only boss to self-destruct upon attacking, yet it too stays a boss until Humanity Catified. This is something that's kind of neat to look back on, because the only bosses to become "enemies" as far as I know, are the original four.

I actually like the Cat God fights, cuz how I interpret it is that it’s meant to show your so powerful that even God falls easily. Kind of like Undertale’s Mettaton NEO fight
W take
that’s a pretty cool thought, but I think god just doesn’t really want to try hard / kill his children
I think heavenly tower floor 30 is not only the best stage in Battle Cats but one of the best boss fights in games because nothing the stage throws at you feels cheap and every thing you do feels meaningful
In mobile games, maybe, in games in general, there are lots a better bosses
@pengeyboss So you're saying the only parts that make the stage a legitimate challenge are cheap? Okay. Just use maglev
best boss fights in a game? nah bro
Bonus points for being cute
Eva unit 0 go brrrr
Thank you for being one of the only BC youtubers who actually talk 🙏
For me, fighting Ururun was really underwhelming since I beat ITF 3 before having any crazed cats or ururun, so when I reached her stage. I just beat her without getting pushed back at all.
Bruh how did u beat ururun without having ururun
@@CardGameAcolyte ...you're literally supposed to do that.
@@alexpineda5960 you missed the joke
@@CardGameAcolyte sorry, my bad
@@alexpineda5960 it's alright, you can show me you're sorry by beating flow like the stream for the first time using only teacher bearcat ;p
Luza is my favorite, just a really epic and intimidating fight to end off a long, very challenging saga
It's not to difficult, you just need to learn to play to beat him
Is bunbun floating? I'm on ch 3 moon and haven't beaten it yet

Great vid! My only complaint would be the lack of the ITF mid-bosses. Considering they remained exclusive for a long time (besides im phace), have the same time score rewards as the moons, and are in a weird new stage, I feel like they should count.
The amount of time and effort you put into all these vids is insane. The commentary, editing, etc. is really great.
I think he forgot about relic bun bun
I mean he’s really in just at the beginning but still I can agreed
Beating floor 30 for the first time was one of the most satisfying fight for me. Back when I only have Sakura Matou and Anubis for anti wave
for me it wasnt cuz funy black fox with guns that IT DOESNT USE detroyed it
For me
Teacher bun bun deserves the highest
Which may sound weird but
Considering how hard the stage used to be,
And he will make you understand more about how good meatshields are and have a good statergy
And the unit that it drops (bahamut) is so good carrying you in many stages
And beating him just feels so satisfying
The Idi stage is HANDS DOWN my favorite stage in the entire game. It is an absolutely perfect fight.
Fax, its perfect
It has its flaws. The main one being a bit too time taking, with it taking up to 10 minutes. 5 minutes is perfect for me
I like it very much too. The money is really tight, meaning you can't send everything mindlessely, you WILL loose grounds due to Idi killing your units and the peons avancing, and the restriction makes it even harder.
Favourite stage in the whole game! Did it before really starting UL so that was definitely an experience. 2 stages have made me quit attempts on them due to being hard, IDI and no return flight 3* and I like IDI because it’s actually well designed.
jagando before powercreep makes me want to implode. god that stage was hell.
anyways, i love your content! keep up the great work
I mean “hell on earth” is quite literally the theme of Aku Realms lol
“not every boss is equal”

This is a great analysis of boss stages! But now you gotta do a stories of legend ranking! I'd love to see which chapters you think are best, considering how everyone usually hates the one they didn't have the right units for and all the unique stage gimmicks.
I think idi is my favorite one lol
and floor 50 is indeed the best song
also I think the main problem with Mecha-Bun testing your crowd-control skill was that the cyclones already did that, by the time you reach Mecha-Bun you probably beat most the cyclones
Fillbusters song is goated

I think in theory giga god’s multi hit would allow the enemies push forward but it wasn’t well executed
If the frst 2 hits slowed instead it would have probably worked like 100x better
Cat god isn't trying to kill the cats, he's just testing their might.
when u were talking about #6 (techer bun bun), you just told my whole life story.
@@kaepora66 if you played inumusha when vaulter TF was a thing, you didnt play it before powercreep.
@@toxicspikes098 Oh no I didn't, I just call her housewife anyway. I didn't get vaulter TF for a very long time (About halfway through UL)
Now, biobone + Shinghong go brrrr
This was a great video. I think an advent boss version would be pretty cool too.
Here when 8.16k subs and 320k views on the video. Seeing a 2 digit sub and view disparity is already nostalgic tbh but it shows how good the video is
While watching video, I was already thinking how I'd put cat god in A tier, but then SS-tier appeared.
5:47 the captions are peak, “cancer the cosmos”
My experience with Mina was probably a lot diffirent then most people. I procrastinated on SOL a lot.
That's how I beat it:
Lineup: biobone, maglev (40), m.lion (30), m.eraser (40), can can (40+3?), zamboney (40).
Powercreep be like
You should’ve mentioned filibuster cat being a super old unused cat unit.
I realized around turkey that I need the treasures as superior
beating cotc with no treasures or itf no treasures
New challenge: do that with all of starred sol and UL
Is this even possible
Are you by any chance planning on making a similar list for the advent/limited time bosses? I'd love to see how bosses like Daboo, the Crazed Cats, and that one R'ost from River Styx rank up against one another.
I hate that R Ost
i would love to see that. im really hoping cruel angel clionel high up
in my opinion the fight was really fun (even though i did ubercarry using zeus and sarukani).
@@zpooky6076 Honestly same. but without Sarukani.
Raging Bahamut was the reason i got Crazed Tank, because he was too hard for me to beat lmao. He has a special place in my heart
18:37 that dancing flasher hit was synced so good for no reason
Good video chap!
Edit: Hell yeah #1 is also my favourite in the game
I’m still waiting for the relic bun bun rating
A minor nitpick, Spore is not an instant win. I prefer lvl 1 cottonee with sash, Leech Seed, Substitute, Protect and Toxic. This more or less guarantees a victory outside of running out of PP.
Also magic guard, steels/poisons that have a way to heal, multihit moves, infiltrator, sand, etc. Spore is infinitely stronger.
Fair enough. Spore does have counterplay, notably Grass types, which is honestly for the best.
@@Random-person-on-the-internet leech seed also can’t hit grass types and would make this lose to them lol
Are you guys on the right video?
Tbh as somebody who just beat the first boss of the game i feel inclined to say that i loved it so much and i think it was an amazing introduction to boss fights
Great video! I would love to see you rank Advent stages/cyclone. If you do though, it would be smart to take the "official" rematches into account, it would be more fun that way!
Thank you for your calming voice, the only RUclipsr that I can listen to when I sleep.

It would have been noice to see Great Ape Luza and Relic Bun Bun placement. They were pretty memorable to me.
Imagine itf bosses were just cli-one, cli-two, and cli-three? Kinda like catgod showing up 3 times
I actually came up with some possible video topics if those would be of interest:
The Legend Ends vs Humanity Catified (which is the better penultimate chapter and why it's The Legend Ends)
Advent boss ranking
How the basic cats (and maybe EoC1 as a whole) teach the player about the game
Why Into The Future is the best story saga

I like your new style of videos
This video is almost obe hoyr but it is so good i felt like it went flying so fast please do more videos like this because they are so good i loved this one especially more than any other of your videos so simple yet so entertaining and well thought out
a little thing i like is that some bosses like raging bahamut will have their boss wave physically shake the screen in order to really catch the player by surprise
Bomber cat awakens is one of the most well made and challenging stages the fact that it isnt mentioned is criminal
The best story boss is clearly Primeval Cyclone because without him we wouldn't have Future Cat, the best cat in The Battle Cats
I managed to unlock Cronos really early, and I remember that she ended up making Raging Bahamut her bitch
How to beat bun bun:
1. Get every single treasure from Eoc 1, 2 and 3
2. Learn how to meatshield (I use samba+wall)
3. Go to EoC Ch.3 moon
4. Win after a few attempts
I love cli-one, it feels like you are fighting the alien goddess, and it just feels fun in my opinion
urs was actually one of my favorite bosses because I didnt have idi and didnt know about the cheese so the stage was actually challenging
When you pulled out the SS tier I felt my heritage come out 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪
oh god no
The funny mustache man’s army got nothing on the battle cats’ army
The legendary Battle Cats Commentated Video
I really like Luza’s design. There’s not many enemies in tbc that are just a huge titan like Luza. It really feels like you’re fighting a “behemoth,” or “colossus” that isn’t just a furry version of another enemy or a big version of an enemy with a black orb inside of them
ponos knows their only players are furries and anime watchers so it makes sense
Hippoe's bossfight was so cool. It was so cool it didn't even appear in the list because we all knew it would be number 1
Jagundo has a cool design probably the best music track in the game
Lots of health decent damage
Very high Omni strike
And rewards a platinum ticket and Jagundo jr
Truly an amazing stage design
I really wish we could replay Invasions though
Bun Bun has been definetly is the most iconic enemy boss in the moon , Chapter 3 On EOC.
He's made appearances on Collab games , such as the metal slug Collab which SNK Playmore did well and improved the sprite and movesets on bun bun.
I struggled with Cli-One when ItF was released. It was rough bc I wasn't good at SoL at the time, and I struggled with the weaken.
7:02
Only one mention of her (Ururun) name was enough for me to remember the unholy place of BC comminuty that I was a part of in the past...
30:10 honestly, I think the ITF Moon theme fits Cli-one more. The beginning chord progression sounds super alien and kinda freaky, which kind of contrasts with Corrupted Valkyrie, even if it might be kind of climactic with how easy ITF chapter 1 Moon is
Beating Hermit cat is probably the most satisfying thing I've ever done in my life
My favourite boss is probably the head because leading up in EoC there are only animals and I was rly excited when the big boss was, well, us
Bun bun is really just a "fuck around and find out" kinda boss, coming off the cakewalks that were face and nyandam, suddenly you get absolutely slapped down
quite ironic how, Urs & Fenir, the "harder" counterpart to ururun is the second to worst, while ururun wolf herself is second to best
Jagando is probably my favorite just cuz how dope the music is and how sick the boss looks
I'm still in the early game and completely disagree with ururun's placement, didn't even know there was an assassin bear timer
I'd say it was too easy and a bit forgettable
Also great video really enjoyed it
The most iconic boss for me is
Teacher Bun Bun the very boss that literally wrecks new players unexpectedly
Great Video, but, ehm, where the heck is Relic Bun Bun????? Where would you place him if you didn't forget about him?
I like Fillabuster music the most because hits me with nostalgia of playing Kirby on the super Nintendo.
Btw SoL isn't longer than the story. It has under 48*8 and story chapters have 48 stages per chapter with 9 chapters (not including aku)
very good video, we need more commentary channels in the battle cats content. i dont wanna read text for 30 minutes lmao
