    For anyone having trouble on this. If you’re attempting the second design. There is one small step he goes over at the very beginning that must be included but he doesn’t go over it for the second design. The new fill layer. If you can get the gradient to work it may be because your clouds are too scaled in. So either mess with your clouds zoom in or out or adjust the color gradient droppers to be closer to the center

    It has lots of artifacts, one extra step to make it better would be taking it to Illustrator to image trace it, it will remove the imperfections and also make it upscalable. Pretty cool and trendy effect, I use it all the time.

      Yup, this tutorial was assuming people wanted to create solely in photoshop. I'd create in illustrator for the cleanest, most scalable version

    Is there any way to reduce the amount of those small circles on top of the "hills"? Or is it just a matter of trying it a couple of times and seeing what comes out?

    Nice, thanks! Just a quick question why did you double the size of the canvas in between and why not start with that size right from the beginning? Thanks

    To vector it would you just image trace the original find edges version?

    • @EvanEckard
      @EvanEckard  4 года назад +2

      Yup, you could image trace it no problem. Just remember to bring the lines into illustrator in black and white for better results. After tracing, then apply color in illustrator.
