Chef this is an awesome dish and we do cook it at home as a kerala special dish the only difference is at last when u added crushed pepper I also add dry roasted cumin crushed to it so it is more fragrant as the name goes

Omg chef u just said something smart that i always did ...that is reserving the bones to make stock . Extra stock i would freeze for another time . That stock could be used later for soups or curries. Good to hear that i was doing it right 😁
