Day 10 Done I love those standing Fire hydrants! Legs bum and quads are burning lol! I don't know if it was the espresso or this workout but I have a lot of energy! Thanks again for the workout PJ. 💓Thank you just isn't enough...PJ over the past few months you have whipped my wobbly 51 year old body into shape, with challenging, innovate and fun workouts using little more than a few weights and resistant bands. Not only is my booty toned, I actually can see and am proud of my abs...never thought I'd see them again. You are truely inspirational and I am so grateful.🥰
Challenge complete! Second time doing this challenge and I can definitely see gains in strength and balance. First time through I really struggled with those 1 legged bridges, but this time I was able to complete each round with good form. I also increased my weight for all the moves. I need strong legs to do what I do every day (tending all the gardens on our 3 acres is a LOT of work, not to mention caring for the animals). I'm moving all day long and thanks to your workouts I'm strong enough to keep going. Thank you so much PJ- you totally rock!
I did 8 out of the 10 (weekend off) but still feel great. Love the mix of exercises throughout plus the different equipment. I've had some achy days which is just what I need to push through my training plateau. Thanks PJ!

While I’m working out for own well-being, my husband is really happy to see me so happy that I found PJ. Every morning he pops in towards the end of my workout with a lovely cup of coffee, a smile and a kiss.
Had to missing training for a few days but so happy I could finish Day 10 today. Totally loved this challenge 👌 I can really feel the extra range in my hips and am amazed that at the age of 60 my legs are looking fitter and more toned than they ever have. I just love catching up with you each morning PJ, thank you 😊

Just finished the 10 day challenge. Ok, so I didn't do it consecutively, but I finished it. Don't worry, I was doing other Fitness with PJ routines in between. High-Fives all around. Without your words of encouragement, PJ, I would never have made it to the end! This one was torture, but well worth it! Thank you!!
10 days of killer leg and booty workouts DONE!! Loved this workout, and the entire challenge! I actually kind of enjoyed that first tabata with the pivot squats, although those prone squats were brutal on the quads. Thank you , thank you, thank you PJ, for putting together these awesome and effective workouts!
Just completed the fire hydrant, I mean, booty love challenge! Phew! I think Iv'e done more fire hydrants in the past ten days than the entire last year-lol! Tush like the twenties!! Great challenge!! I can attest, stick with it and you will see results :-) Love it. Happy belated birthday! I know these were all prerecorded but I keep waiting to hear what was better than knives this year ....

Challenge completed, not in real time due to several days (and nights) stuck in bed by fever. Recovery is very long, fever is coming back if I move too much. I learned the story of a woman who did 48 workouts in 3 weeks and conclued : learn to rest - not quit. That's what I did ! And I'll be back in april for a month of workouts !
Don't be frightened by big crowds, though public transit might freak me out a little, too! 💞 I appreciate these workouts so much! But being at home alone isn't the reason I do them. It's because you're such a good trainer! 🏋♀️🙌

You're so funny. I'm 66 yrs young. I use wrist wraps with copper, a stretchy knee brace for the frayed meniscus, have yoga blocks with hand/finger cut outs for planks if needed, wrist discs to alleviate pressure on the wrists when on the mat, and use THREE (3) yup, THREE mats, the bottom 2 are cushy and the tip one is a good, slip resistant, yoga mat. I think that's everything. And although i don't think I've injured myself in the moment, i'm told by my ortho doc that stuff just wears away with time, especially if you're active. Then he said just keep doing what you're doing and use anything you need to use to keep going so, there it is. And this work out rocks. grateful for the alternate side leg lifts. as soon as you said KNEES I hit the mat for that one.
PJ love, love, love your workouts. I did have to reply to your Covid comments. I too was concerned about catching Covid from others, but there’s absolutely no need to be afraid with early and preventative treatment. Yes, use wisdom, keep your distance, and just follow Dr. Peter McCullough’s Covid prevention treatment. Also the FLCCC is good too! Covid is not scary when you stop listening to the main stream news and take the proper precautions.💕💕💕

I have previously used ankle weights on some of my leg lift exercises but you don't seem to use them, preferring, it seems, resistance bands. What is your opinion on ankle weights?
Ankle weights are great, however because the load is low they can add stress to the knees and hips with certain moves. This is why I love the booty band. You can adjust it up and down the legs and it's also super easy to travel with.
You said we were doing plank squats. I’m thinking no problem. Then, very quickly you said “eight rounds.” That’s when I thought “WHAT?” 😂 Booty is much stronger. Thanks for the pain in the ass. ❤️
