I think Xm is in some kind of trouble,it’s been weird with all their releases whether it’s super long delays or overall designs of their statues,something ain’t quite right

Thanks for doing this. A lot of big name collectors are staying quiet due to inside information, so appreciate you stepping up. I have many preorders with XM to include a Carnage that they have gone quite on.
I was Hype when I first saw that Wolverine, now I guess my LBS Hulk will probably be my only piece for a while.
Maybe Wolverine just needed some time to heal before making a comeback in statue form! I will update this story tomorrow!!

XM is a statue company by itself and they has the license. Why must they collaborate with other statue companies to produce statues? They have been making statues by themselves in the past and their products have been popular. 🤔
Maybe they thought two heads are better than one for designing statues!
My guess is XM is having pretty big financial issues. I'm really bummed though, because having talked to Jay at LBS, I know they were working on a 1/3 OG black costume Storm, so I'm pretty devastated that won't be happening now.

Over a month ago after a 3rd party studio company’s statue award show, a former LBS employee replied to me the difference between XM and LBS over their Hulk 1/3 and other 1/3 pieces and briefly why he left LBS for the current company he’s with. He didn’t like conflicts. More than coincidence brewing?

I think it’s a great idea that both companies are separating. XM still produce great products in the samurai line and I think legendary beast is going to bring an exciting and fresh line in their prestige lines.
I knew a retailer that went bust due to cash flow- alot of people are not buying now unfortunately
It's tough times for businesses, hopefully things pick up soon.
I order from the official Queen studios retailer in Europe and they asked me to stop my payment plan en pay in full as they have cash flow problems

I think LBS are doing well and XM is not. The quality of XM has really gone down over the last 2 years! LBS 1/3 is dynamite even in the current market. Or maybe XM is jealous?

Obviously theres been a falling out between the two companies probably in the direction and production of pieces , have to wait and see what results from this in the coming months hopefully they both can survive but who knows .
It's always concerning when such issues arise between companies. Let's hope for the best for both parties involved.

Too many companies making statues. It's not us collectors. Some of the most expensive statue and busts sell out quickly.

So as a collection investment, does it mean that the Marvel LBS 1/3 will go up in Value ? ( like the Hulk ) or on the contrary loose value overtime .. ? Thanks Chris
This news is disappointing, & concerning. I hope this isn’t a sign of XM Studios on the same path as Oniri Creations. XM is like a championship winning team when it comes to statue production, & I would hate to see their pieces no longer being available to the community. Fingers crossed this situation is minor.

I think XM may be having some major difficulties here. Which would be unfortunate considering that half of my 102 statue collection are XM. Several of their pieces have literally dropped off the map and when you mention it to them in the groups…crickets
It sucks for LBS. Prerty damn good pieces Jay had coming out. Idk whats up with XM. They've been pushing out so much stuff and sometimes they look of low quality. Not all just some. I left the xm Facebook group. It was so quiet in there and there is a weird aura with xm at the moment.
It's a shame to hear about the issues with the statue company. Hopefully, they can resolve their problems and continue creating great pieces.

I have my doubt, that I will ever get the White Knight Joker from XM. I probably will cancel him - he is way overpriced anyway and the Harley was such a Letdown, I can't pair him with nothing anyway
Hey, don't stress about it! There are plenty of collectibles to choose from, maybe the next one will be a perfect match for you!
Its simple. Times are hard. People dont have money. Companies are greedy and hiking prices. Production quality is dropping. Not surprised so many are selling their collections and getting out of the hobby.
