Since the top speed of the Australian Ghost Bat is a closely guarded military secret, the guess quoted here has very little believability. The Ghost Bat is designed to fly into combat along side the F35 which implies a much higher speed than the Turkish aircraft unless you are suggesting that the F35 flies at piston-engine aircraft speed. The whole point of the Ghost Bat is its interoperability with crewed jet aircraft, including fighter jets. Wikipedia states a combat range of 1,700km (1,000miles) but does not estimate a speed.
5 Ghost Bats have been built so far.

@@FalcoForum2004 The Royal Australian Air Force has been very successful in keeping secret almost everything about this aircraft other than telling us it has changeable nose cones to suit various mission types, footage of the Ghost Bat taking off and landing, and that the first order was for three, later increased to siox. The aircraft has been seen by the public flying in both Australia and the US
We also know that the RAAF F35's were made with wiring for an unexplained networking capability. No other F35's had this wiring. Almost certainly that was in preparation for the Ghost Bat but at that time the Ghost Bat was still an unknown secret project.
Interestingly the Royal Australian Navy has an AI controlled large drone submarine called Ghost Shark which is in the testing stage, but has been operating for a couple of years, and is similarly secretive about its capabilities other than that it exists.

The government has announced an additional investment of $454 million in the Loyal Wingman Program.
Minister for Defence, Peter Dutton, said the investment will deliver seven uncrewed autonomous aerial vehicles - recently named MQ-28A Ghost Bat - to come into service with the RAAF within the next two years.
“Since 2017 the Government has invested more than $150 million dollars to support the joint venture between the RAAF and Boeing Defence Australia to deliver a world-leading air system that will team with existing air combat aircraft and conduct air combat, reconnaissance and surveillance missions, ” Minister Dutton said.
“In just four years our partnership with Boeing has successfully designed, manufactured and flown the first Australian-built military combat aircraft in 50 years.
“This investment today will see the MQ-28A systems expected to enter service with the RAAF in 2024-25.”
“Over 70 per cent of each aircraft is sourced, designed and manufactured in Australia, by Australians,” Minister Dutton said.
“This investment will more than double the Australian workforce directly associated with the program, generating a significant number of advanced engineering and high-tech jobs in the aviation and Defence advanced technologies sectors, particularly in Brisbane.
“In addition to the direct engagement with Boeing Defence Australia, our investment will see the program expand to support engagement of an additional 46 Australian companies, alongside international partners and allies.
“This will result in the number of businesses engaged in this program growing from 35 to 81 companies, along with many more highly-skilled jobs.”
“This investment in world-leading technology further advances Australia’s first-mover status in a highly competitive industry and establishes the Loyal Wingman Program as a serious competitor in key export markets.”
Minister Dutton also said the rapid development of uncrewed air combat capability could offer "potential benefits for allies and partners in the region and around the world."
“By sharing technology and leveraging the expertise of our US partners, the MQ-28A aircraft will be interoperable with our allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region ensuring that our combined air combat forces are enhanced and stand ready to defend Australia and its national interests."
The MQ-28A aircraft first flight took place in February 2021, just two years and three months from project commencement. A second aircraft has joined the flight test program, with a third aircraft being readied for flight testing later in 2022

You cannot compare the Drones. Kızılelma is a fighter jet drone, MQ28 not. Turkey has a Drone with Akıncı, that fullfils the complete parts of MQ28. Akıncı Speed 361km/h, 1500 kg Payload, 25h, 10000 km Range with 45000 ft (13,7km). Air to Air or Air to Ground Compat, with all Sensors of Kızılelma is Akıncı better than MQ28. And costs lesser.
Back to Kızılelma. Max Spped is 1100 kmh.(0.9 Mach). MQ28 has no chance. Kızılelma-B gets two Motors, the Speed increase to Supersonıc Speed ( think 1400kmh) and C Version should arrive 1700kmh
There is no drone on the Market that has better or same specifications.

Turkey has develop Drones example Aksungur, which kann manage a lot of Drones at same time automaticly with Aİ. MQ28 is a good drone but oversized with jet Motors, to much cost. See Akıncı Drone and you will understand what i mean. Kızılelma is a fighter jet drone, it is plan to replace F35 with them. They cannot compare apple with pear😉

That means that this fighter will indeed hurt those who are scared about it! And what none dare to discuss is that Kizilelma is an upgradable platform. The Ghost Bat is stealthy and is fast enough to keep up with fighters.
It is extremely versatile due to its modularity.
The modularity offers air to ground, air to air, search and rescue, CAS, electronic spectrum jamming, recon, and forward targeting across all spectrums and bandwidths.
She is fast (not quite supersonic), she can travel at high enough subsonic speeds to be included in a fighter strike force. She can also dog fight as she can manoeuvre at G levels a piloted aircraft could only dream of. She can pull turns well in excess of 16G's in testing so far with greater levels planned.
The avionics is from the USA and Australia.
For those worried about Australian electronics, Australia is in the top 10 countries in the world in the field of scientific research. The CSIRO (owned by the people) is one of the largest scientific and industrial research organisations in the world. Australia is the world leader in radio astronomy, WIFI and the algorithm used in mobile phones being some of its spinoffs.
Here in Australia we have her linked to the F/A-18F Super Hornet, F-35A, EA-18G Growler, and the E-7A Wedgetail. She will be linked to the P-8A Poseidon for maritime mission profiles.
Those who wish to dismiss the Ghost Bat had better not be on the wrong side.

I rather buy the Bayraktar Kızılelma because once I buy it, it's mine for me to do what I want with it for my own national defense. If I buy American, it's not really mine because the purchase would slapped with all kinds of restrictions of what I can and cannot do with it. It's more like I am renting MQ-28 Ghost Bat from the US while paying full purchase price and giving up sovereign right to defend my own airspace to the US who at any point in time without warning can turn against you. This means that one day when you are using it on the battlefield the US could suddenly press some button at the Pentagon that would brick, jam, or worse hack control away from you and hand the American drone over to your enemies because the US decided that very moment it was to their benefit to side with your enemies against you. All US military export products should be slapped with a BUYERS BEWARE label on them to make buyer nations serious consider if it is worth giving up their own sovereign right to defend their own freedom and nation for perceived advanced capabilities that would slave them to an American network system that could easily turn against them with a flip of a switch.

Why is still solely built in Australia and even the AI does not belong or built by Boeing but by another Australian company.
Even Australian RAAF head of the Ghost Bat programme said it will always be a Australian sovereign built product earning Australia the trade from it.

    And proved its success.
    But as for Australia ?
They haven't done that much in any battlefield
So far to prove what they invent . They should sent one or two to Ukraine to prove the effectiveness of their drones in a modern war challenging Russian Missiles.
