My 2007 Civic is a pretty good car, it's the paint, it's recall, and the dealers bad repaint that is the only real problem. When I took it back to the dealer for peeling clear coat on the roof the manager told be it looks like something fell on it, like acorns. Nope, it's bad surface prep from when YOU repainted it.
Malcolm Rowley 😂😂😂😂 damn. I hope this doesn’t happen to me. Mine is 8 years old now. But I just bought a brand new one so as long as she works for another week I’m ok with it.
@@raquelm6086 My wife has one that's a 2007 Mini Cooper S so almost 13 years old but still going strong. Of course I do most of the work on it. Had one recall but that was a free fix. replacing the clutch on these things is a pain in the butt and costly just for the part. BMW don't mind putting high prices for parts on these things. But I can't argue with 512 miles to a tank :)
I thought so too after the engine in mine blew due to a common issue with these engines. Fixing these last few things and getting a Challenger. I spent 16k on repairs with mine...and I got it Feb this year...
@Valerie from Oregon I think that depends on the owner and how well they maintain their Mini. I've known people who've had their Mini's for 10+ years and didn't have any major problems.
OMG you too? This is so depressing. I had my heart set on a '14 Mini Countryman with 64K miles and was THIS close to going to look at it in Parsippany. Now? Scotty has me scared to even consider it at this point. Thanks a lot Scotty...I think?
He is right about the Nissan Altima and the Mini. Have had both and they are CRAP. Sold my brand new mini with 12k miles on it because it spent more time in the dealer than on the road
Is funny on a Peugeot which uses the same motor 1.6l btw the belt Is a one minute job in fact everything is easier to work on the Peugeot engine then the mini
@@mjwmotorsport No, it often is. My Japanese capacitor ASUS motherboard is past a decade old now. How many phones still work after 10 years? I think the best rants are those made while the frustration is fresh while working on the car as long as they're decently conveyed like here. I once gave a shout out to the Ford engineers on a Taurus forum while trying to change the radiator in mine. Had it been more controlled, it would have been really great. Instead most of the paragraph was censored with %@!%@ & @ @@.
Wait till the owner finds out the small fortune it costs for the required 100,000 mile service, as in sell it or trash it the cost is so high... wait til' Scotty rants on about when the owner gives him the car for free when the 100k required maint interval is due... LOL
The English and the Germans continue to fight to this day... what about the V.W. Variant/Fastback... Did you notice what drives the pressure for the windscreen washers? A pipe connected to the valve of the spare wheel which has to be pumped up to about 80 p.s.i. So when you run out of air pressure for the washers you also have a flat spare wheel..
I had a 2002 Mini Cooper S (first year) supercharged, 6sp manual and I drove the piss out of that thing for almost 180,000 miles. Tires, front end alignment and oil changes is all I ever needed to do. It was a blast to drive. I paid $17K for it new. Sold it for $6K. Worth every penny.
@@oscarwilde5473 If you don't buy intelligently you can get a pig in a poke. If you take it to the dealer for repairs you can get screwed. Both of those are the owner's fault. My 03 MINI Cooper S R53 has been very reliable and cheap to maintain. The supercharged four is far from too small and accelerates easily, especially with a reduction pulley, one of the best power to $$$ ratio mods I've ever seen. Scotty's going for sensationalism on this one. I'm cool with anyone else buying a Camry instead. 😆
@@oscarwilde5473 The early cars aren't that hard to work on once you get past the shock of putting them in front end service mode, which doesn't take very long. Independent shops for the win.

Yep, tear apart all the dumb stuff on em' to keep people informed! Reminds me of when I was a teen back in 02 and saw my first new car using a plastic cooling hose coupler. I flipped out over how failure prone that would get with age..... And guess what......
I've been driving mini for 6 years now and do my own work on it honestly some of the easiest home repairs to do I bought my wife one because I love them so much
Glen that seems to be the secret....I do the vast majority of the work on our 3 cars and surprise the dont seem to "break down".....had a few really bad experiences 30 odd years back and I vowed to take it on myself. Chain stores "fix" stuff to ensure you have to keep spending $$$$$$.
I've had two civic si's, two Toyota MR's, and an Evo VIII. None of them are nearly the fun of my 2004 Mini Cooper S. Only the Evo comes close and I paid a lot more for it.
Out of fear, I never pulled the trigger on one, but I gotta say, if you like driving a manual transmission, you will never find a more fun to drive, more responsive car than a mini.
Haha. We do! People don't realize we are mostly all car guys who love to design a robust product. we're not just hunched over nerds behind a computer solving differential equations. The real bad guys are the product managers who are essentially businessmen out to make the quickest buck
@@supersabrosinho The guy who designed that belt may not be a car guy. Or, at least, doesn't care about the people who want his car design to be fixed easily.
Imo being a mini Cooper owner I personally love them. I completely agree with the fact that they are difficult to work on, truly is. I love it because of the interior comfort, quickness, exterior look, etc. It's certainly something you either like or you don't, but personally I love them. My 2012 Cooper countryman S, inline 4 cylinder is pretty great for me. Never had any mechanical issues either
I had a 2012 countryman s manuel and loved it! I was around 110k on it when I traded it in for a 2018 countryman. Only reason I traded it in was the dealership was offering a crazy deal. And all the new bells and whistles. I miss having a manuel though
@@pilotresidentdoc extremely sorry for the late response, I wasn't getting the notifications. I have near 80k miles on it now. It is still going great, actually about to some slight upgrades, nothing too serious. As far as issues go, my year of mini had a problem with a housing unit that holds the intercooler and some other electrical stuff, it cracked and had to be replaced. Nothing braking the bank though, a few hundred dollars. I also had a fluke issue with my turbo, had to have it worked on a bit. That was $800 I believe. Other than those two issues, nothing. Standard oil changes, tires, brakes, etc. It's been a blast
I love my mini (I found this video researching a potential new mini because I need All4). This guy is bagging on the Mini without knowing why Minis are the way they are (and not aware that the "R"-word is not a word to still use). Those two things is why I kind of invalidated everything he said. For those that don't know: Mini's were made to be good in the small streets in London, but also maintain room to accommodate four people comfortably. To do that, they turned the engine sideways and revolutionized front wheel drive, which is why the engine is a bit more "difficult" for American mechanics. Every time a new person gets in my car they are surprised by the space.
I still drive my mini since 2003! and the only problem i had in this whole period was to replace the window el. motor on the driver side and stearing servo, for me a real super solid fun car. Almost no costs after buying and a lot of personality, hard to find something similar, just love it.
I’m still driving my R50. When they say Minis have feelings, they do actually have one. Someday it drives really well, but someday, it kinda sulking😅 Tbh, I love my Mini. Cute, fun to drive, doing quite well at the corners. Driving at 80km/h felt like drving at 120 lol. It gave u the sense of driving fast without actually breaking the speed limit. It’s fun!
My wife is a huge Mini fan, we have owned 4 of them so far. They may not be reliable but hey, they cost a lot and have very low resale so you have to take the bad with the bad.
I've always thought of them as a car that some middle management dad buys his daughter to go to college. That or a Jeep Wrangler. Both bad choices but what the hell. Not everything a person buys in life is well thought out and practical.
My R60 Countryman just reached 560000 kilometers and still running fine. 1.6 litres n16b16 psa petrol engine. Just oil change and filter every 15000km and other services as manufactor recommends. It is a fine engine if you take care for it.
I completely disagree with you scotty - if you bought a brand new mini, you could easily get at least three weeks of worry free motoring before anything goes wrong....
My co-worker had 6 months of problem-free Mini ownership. Note I said "ownership," and not "driving," because she bought it before passing her license test... the car sat in a garage for the 6 months it took for her to get it!
So rare to hear the words “retarded” and “wazoo” in the same video! We done Scotty, well done! I own a cooper and confirm that the car is a nightmare to work on.

The first generation of the new Mini (2001) was 28th in reliability for its class, no surprise considering it was a frankenstein's monster. The 3rd gen from 2015 has climbed to 3rd most reliable sports car now that's it's 100% BMW. Don't be scared away by this video, they're an absolute joy.
My 04' Mini has 235,324 miles on it. Only had to tow it once when my clutch slave went out because of corroded line, due to road salt. If they'd just stop pouring so much salt on the roads, we just may be able to keep cars around longer.
Well. That information is either not reliable, or the consistency of manufacture wasn't reliable, because mine hasn't let me down yet. Limped home a few times, sure. But, I got me a runner.
I bought a 2004 2nd hand mini for my sister in 2009. I wasn't to happy about it to be honest because I knew I'd be dealing with the headache if anything ever went wrong with it. In 12 years I've only had two issues to take care of, the power steering failing (which is a common problem in that mark mini cooper apparently and the alternator. That's it, apart from those two issues nothing. Don't even service it regularly. Still drives well, fun little car. Scotty is just pissed because working on them is a headache. That's why you should go to someone who has experience working on mini's.
Yeah. He's obviously not a serious mechanic, or he would find a way to get the job done and stop bitching. All vehicles wear out, and succumb to elements. There are some problematic parts here and there, but nothing that is going to keep you from getting to work reliably.
Sometimes Scotty talks utter bollocks. The mini isn't less reliable than many other makes. The original mini was very reliable and the electrics were rarely an issue.
I'm British,I used to own an original Mini Cooper back in the day. They were great little cars, fun to drive, cheap to run and really easy to maintain.I remember when I was a kid (17) I needed to change the head gasket and it was freezing cold in the garage,so a friend and I lifted the engine out and did the work on some old carpet on the kitchen floor !!!!! My mother wasn't too pleased :) I had that little car for years, and as long as I took care of it, it never, let me down. I'm not a fan of the modern BMW Mini.
Yes thats the mini I adore. The mini today is not small or simple. It's just an expensive turd. Most people who buy them don't intend to keep em for long.
I love the classic Minis! Sometime in the future I would love to own one. Right now my car is as close as I can get to the Minis simplicity - a Peugeot 107. Fantastic first car.
Two stages of car ownership. Before Scotty: "those cars are soo cool, those people driving them are soo eccentric and sophisticated" After Scotty: "those people are stupid"
Vitaliy Juterbog people with the before and after opinion : “Maybe I shouldn’t jump on a bandwagon and take a single internet video for gospel, baaaaa I’m a sheep baaaaaa!” Minis are good cars inside and out, professional non biased mechanic here... worked on more minis than I’ve seen driving around, they are pretty solid, if you like one get one, and like any car... respect it and look after it, try not to buy an abused one like any car. Also the fact that you wanna buy car because it makes you eccentric and sophisticated made me realise that I’m wasting my time replying anyway right?
Sister n law had one. I worked on it. Told her to sell it asap. Then timing chain has a piece of plastic as a tensioner snapped right off. Was a NIGHTMARE. LISTEN TO SCOTTY IF YOU HAVE ONE GET RID OF IT!!!!!
2006 Mini Cooper S owner. Daily driver 200k+ miles, perform maintenance myself all you need is a few "special" tools and a bit of know how (I am a nurse not a mechanic). I love you Scotty but honestly mechanics only see cars when they need work, might be a bias there.
I could already tell this was going to be savage when it starts with Scotty holding the camera rather than taking the time to set the tripod up first, he's getting too excited xD
2003 MCS ordered to my specs. 230k and ORIGINAL clutch. Still shifting like new🤞. Have I had repairs? Oh yes,😢quite a few. It’s got no resale value, but it drives great and looks better than what’s available. You take care of it, it takes care of you.
The MGB used two six volt batteries down low just in front of the rear axle, for weight distribution. That was good. The carriers rusted and the batteries fell out. That was bad.
Had my MGB for 45 years and still going strong. Batteries have improved a lot since I bought it so now a single 12 volt battery fits in where one of the 6 volt units sat. Where the other was now makes a nice storage compartment hidden away where I keep tools and things.
Hi Scotty. That "dumb" idler pulley/friction wheel is there to help make the Cooper fuel efficient. Unlike most cars, it allows for the water pump to be disengaged when not in use (so that the car is using energy powering a pump unnecessarily). I think that by necessity, making cars more fuel efficient involves complicating their designs somewhat. I think that Mini is generally marketed to a crowd who want something fun, cute and relatively peppy, which being fuel efficient. But I'm not denying that they're generally terribly unreliable and a nuisance to work on (I've owned one).
I don't know where this "unreliable" thing comes from. But, yeah. Working on them is a challenge. Small spaces, and time spent moving parts out of the way so that you can get to other parts.
Oh man these are my favorite kind of Scotty videos. You know he wasn't planning on making a video he just worked on something that was so freaking ridiculous he's like this is completely stupid I'm going to make a video and he makes the video while he's still outside hot sweaty and pissed off. This is classic genuine Scotty right here. This guy is awesome.
John Singleton hmm strange I look after and maintain my vehicles, and as a working mechanic I’ve never had a problem working on any mini or having any particular issues that other cars won’t deal with
one guy says "If I listen to this guy all the time I will only be driving Toyota or Honda." I say if I listened to this guy all the time I'd jump off a cliff!! Trouble with the belt is only when you want to change the belt which is seldom. On my R56 I have issues with the really hard to press outside door latches. Everyone getting in says Oh my door is locked. Plastic? expensive converters? Where have you been? that's on every car. Why not get yourself a horse then be careful not to step in the exhaust!
I disagree to a certain extent. Love my R56. I have a RUclips mechanic certification (HAHAHA) and I Changed the water pump and belt in about an hour. And the Timing chain and guide is one assembly that can easily be changed from the top of the motor. I agree with you when it comes to the plastic. My plastic water pump cracked when the belt snapped. I replaced it with a metal one for $50. The engine is designed so that minimal space is taken up allowing for the engine bay to be smaller and the cabin to be larger. These things are incredibly fun to drive and I don’t regretting purchasing one for a minute.
I got one that kept costing me a fortune to fix all different kinds of problems one after another, my mechanic also not recommended to buy as problems will starts to emerge when reaching 6 to 8 years, I totally agree with Scott advice.
Mini Coopers are no Toyota’s when it comes to reliability by any means, but like any car, if you maintain it properly it’ll treat you pretty well. These cars all have quirks, but if you stay on top of them they last a very long time. I have a 2008 base r56 with 185,000 miles on it and it’s still running strong (knock on wood).
Philip Malaby Well that’s just not true, try doing some research and getting some real world perspective, I’m a professional mechanic who has works on countless minis, the build quality of modern minis is more than adequate.
Watching your videos has stopped me from buying a mini, and s fiat. I picked up a low mileage Honda accord, for about 1/3 of the price of the other 2 cars. Great video Scotty. Blessings to you and your family
I just purchased my wife her second Mini CopperS! She loved her first one so much. Unfortunately, our red countryman Mini Copper hit a deer! The car was totaled out. Know one in the car was harmed. I asked my bride if I could retrieve her some refreshment. Once the dust settled, I sat down with my wife and asked her what kind of a car do you want now? She immediately turned and looked into my eyes and then said one word, Mini, another Mini of course. I love my mini cooper's sweety, you know that. Sometimes, somethings, are worth fighting for.
Actually early 2000-2013 models are the unreliable ones before BMW bought them..BMW resolved many issues these cars had.it’s all documented in various UK reliability surveys.the BMW designed Mini Country Man is among the top list of reliable cars right next to Toyota and above Honda.
So true, Scotty. The original Mini was even tinier and space under the hood was tight, to say the least. On the plus side, it was quite reliable, mechanically simple and got good gas mileage (as you say). You could fix it yourself, it was fun to drive and had great handling, too. The new ones are crap by comparison. All the best from the UK.
I have to agree. I too am 53 now, and have had a Honda Accord, three Camrys, and Toyota Tundra. I bought my Cooper S, 4-door, hard top new in 2016 and have had no problems with it. It's the best handling and most responsive car I have ever owned. Currently at 81,000 miles. I'm still on original brake pads. I have heard the older ones were much less reliable. Paid for four extra years of service, so I just take it in twice a year.
Scotty you’re gonna love this. My buddy had an 08 mini cooper s that threw a rod because it burnt too much oil and went dry. Swapped the motor, and guess what. It happened again. He fixed it, sold it, and got a 2010 corolla.
Cameron Owens, The question is why is it unreliable? Can’t say because it’s a Mini, It’s a BMW, there isn’t enough space to work on it or I don’t have enough money or the tools to do the proper maintenance. Did you just buy used and except it to last? Mine is at 141k miles 2009. I do the proper maintenance on my own. And it runs like brand new.
I think the biggest issue is not everyone works on them themselves. I have an R53 and it hasn’t given me any issues... and the times it spent down is because I keep adding performance mods 😂
Christian Alberto exactly, everyone is spergin’ out and acting like their trash uneducated opinions are fact and gospel... it’s like they’ve never heard the phrase “take care of our vehicle and it will take care of you” which is very true in general, most people that complain buy cheap minis that have been abused, and then continue to abuse them further themselves, not looking after them or caring for them.
I just changed the serpentine belt on our 2013 Hyundai Accent. I loosened 3 bolts- 2 on the alternator and 1 was an adjuster. It took me all of 10 minutes. The alternator is on the top right of engine, it was so easy.
@@vasiliskarakasis4045 Mine has about the same mileage and no major problems. I replaced a shift cable and 2 brake calipers. Some people need to replace melted plastic reservoir tank with metal. Also check for bent shock towers from hard driving. Fun car.
I bought one before I started watching channels like this. Sure was fun to drive. Their CVTs are terrible and they put the power steering pumps right against the exhaust manifolds. And the repair shop at the Nashville dealership tried to rip me off. Never again.
They all try and rip you off. Not the Minis fault. The St. Louis dealer charged us $200 to fix the problem that was causing the check engine light to come on. It came back on the way home. Ended up being the gas cap gasket after doing a google search.
I have 2 classic minis. 73 & 78. Best cars I will ever own. And they will last a lifetime as a mechanic that can replace the parts, and tune it up. So easy to work on, and great gas mileage.
Got a 2019 Countryman S in British Racing Green. Never had any problems. You gotta do the maintenance, and not that 10,000 oil change crap. Change the oil every 5,000 miles, brake fluid every 20K, transmission fluid every 30K and treat the battery as a preventative maintenance item. I'm gonna have this thing for 20 years. It's a fantastic car.
Absolutely!!!!!! Scotty you nailed it!! I USED to have a 2008 Mini Cooper S, bought it with 150,000 km for $10,000 in 2014 😞 at 200,080 km, every valve bent, all crank bearings gone, piston rings the list goes on, priced out a new engine...$8,000. Not to mention the manual transmission, it’s sealed...who seals a manual transmission!?!? Need a syncro for 6th because mini can’t design anything?...new transmission $6000 used one $3000 and prey it doesn’t have the exact same problem! Every one said do the oil changes every 5000km, I also wasn’t used to turbo motors that’s my bad for sure lol then I go on the forums and people say it needs one every 1500 km to keep the turbo working well... found out the hard way that bmw minis and original minis are two very, very, very different cars lol
It's fwd but doesn't feel like it. Handling is very neutral with almost no understeer. I'd take off/on ramps at 65 mph just because I could. Even with 260 lbs./ft at 1,800 rpm torque steer wasn't an issue. I've owned an E30 and E36 325is and neither were as fun to drive (or fast) as my previous MINI Cooper S. Specifications on paper (fwd) are just that.
@@rootsmanuva82 Minis are riot to drive. I have Mini Cooper and Fiesta. They are very similar. Although I prefer Fiesta. Both cars you can rotate rear and control them when you pushing them. Great chassis.
You'd be surprised. I'm 6 foot 3 and have to push the seat up to reach the clutch and my buddy who is like 400 pounds and my height fits in there with me lol
The only car I ever had that had a seat that wasn't at the furthest back position was an MGB, for some weird reason tiny little British cars seem to plan for tall drivers better than US makers.
@@davidjacobs8558 that's more changable, airplanes, showers, and RV's are not adjustable for height and no amount of dieting is gonna shorten my femurs.
Absolutely the best video yet scotty! I worked on one last week and was replacing the thermostat housing, the water tube cracked somehow taking it off and you can't see it from the top or bottom. Had to take the intake manifold off just to get to it. Worst car to work on by far so far. I'm 29 been a technician for 8 years and this takes the cake so far. For those that don't know: Mini's were made to be good in the small streets in London, but also maintain room to accommodate four people comfortably. To do that, they turned the engine sideways and revolutionized front wheel drive, which is why the engine is a bit more "difficult" for American mechanics. The carriers rusted and the batteries fell out. That was bad.

And for very short people, it fits us. We can see over the steering wheel and our feet reach the peddles!😂
@@KathyM it fits tall people as well! Pretty comfortably too!

Absolutely no one :
Scotty Kilmer : Why you should never buy a cycle
😂
2 wheels is fine, if it has a big frickin internal combustion engine pushing it along !
Scotty is absolutely right, I sold my Mini and I bought a Lexus IS 250. Thanks Scotty, thanks for sharing you knowledge.
The power of branding is amazing. People will keep buying junk because they are brainwashed by brand loyalty.
It's a mini. It's fashionable. It's made for women. They only care how it looks.
Yup I work with a guy who is a huge Chrysler fan. Buys nothing but.
@Captain Caveman Yeah, that...OR...observation teaches that most TOY models are much more reliable and longer lasting than just about everything else.
That's true cuz my father always believed in GM and I always bought Chevys and always have problems you're absolutely right
@Captain Caveman You must own a Dodge! Hahahaha!!
These car designers make it harder for the average man to work on a vehicle, therefore, making you take it to one of their rip-off shops.
Best car I have ever owned in my life and I am 53. I take it to the dealer when it needs maint and let them do it. Car is tight and very well built.
Brad Darnell totally agree, my favorite cars I've owned and super reliable
I have to agree. I too am 53 now, and have had a Honda Accord, three Camrys, and Toyota Tundra. I bought my Cooper S, 4-door, hard top new in 2016 and have had no problems with it. It's the best handling and most responsive car I have ever owned. Currently at 81,000 miles. I'm still on original brake pads. I have heard the older ones were much less reliable. Paid for four extra years of service, so I just take it in twice a year.
The gen 3 ones are much more reliable 2013 on
Scotty you’re gonna love this. My buddy had an 08 mini cooper s that threw a rod because it burnt too much oil and went dry. Swapped the motor, and guess what. It happened again. He fixed it, sold it, and got a 2010 corolla.
I'll agree about the old one, but the newer ones are a lot more reliable and fairly easy to work on
I had a 2007 Mini Cooper S. Fun to drive but a HORRIBLE car. Most unreliable thing I have ever driven.
My sister in law asked what I thought about a Mini Cooper. I said stay away.
"had" Is the best part of this comment
My mum bought a brand new mini about 2 years ago, was in the shop for about a months due to transmission failure and an engine problem
I just changed the serpentine belt on our 2013 Hyundai Accent. I loosened 3 bolts- 2 on the alternator and 1 was an adjuster. It took me all of 10 minutes. The alternator is on the top right of engine, it was so easy.
Bought a mini Cooper brand new in the first year brakes and front end went out! This gentleman is correct!
I’m an engineer and I still like my 2006 Mini.
I can see it in your pfp
Is it worth buying a Mini Cooper 2006 petrol for 150.000 miles?
@@vasiliskarakasis4045 Mine has about the same mileage and no major problems. I replaced a shift cable and 2 brake calipers. Some people need to replace melted plastic reservoir tank with metal. Also check for bent shock towers from hard driving. Fun car.
@@jeffweber8244 thanks man for the advice!
A train engineer ?
I bought one before I started watching channels like this. Sure was fun to drive. Their CVTs are terrible and they put the power steering pumps right against the exhaust manifolds. And the repair shop at the Nashville dealership tried to rip me off. Never again.
They all try and rip you off. Not the Minis fault. The St. Louis dealer charged us $200 to fix the problem that was causing the check engine light to come on. It came back on the way home. Ended up being the gas cap gasket after doing a google search.
I can change the fan belt on a mini without even getting my hands dirty, just take it to a garage.
I have 2 classic minis. 73 & 78. Best cars I will ever own. And they will last a lifetime as a mechanic that can replace the parts, and tune it up. So easy to work on, and great gas mileage.
English/German combo, there's the problem right there!🛠
Engines built by Peugeot ,French.
Just wait for the New Toyota Supra's with the BMW engine. Start making bets when those will start blowing up.
Not English my good fellow bloody German BMW 🇬🇧
@@MatrixDiscovery BMW inline 6 cylinders with manual transmissions are pretty reliable. I own 3 of them.
Earlier version of Mini used Chrysler engine as BMW designed engine can't fit into the small engine bay
Good friend has a Mini Countryman - rear diff went out and had to be replaced at 50K!
You're absolutely right. Great car when it works, but that is short lived
A sealed transmission...What...Why? Are you sure!?
That Union Jack is about the extent of the commonality!
That Union Jack is about the extent of the commonality!
Scotty Kilmer is my favorite anime.
Mini Cooper, 4 cylinder fwd with. BMW unreliability and prices
B. None No no no, MG reliability, BMW repair difficulty, and Pagani repair cost.
You can't even gets parts or work done at a BMW dealer. Has to be a Mini Cooper dealer.
@@JetSkiBuyFixPlaySellChannel In Europe you can repair it at any BMW dealer. Though you must be nut for that.
I agree! And on top its a expensive car with most rubish ,cheap things on it!!!
I've had my 2002 CooperS since '06. I love it and it's never broken down. Sorry, had to go thumbs down.
As you should 🙂🤍
Minis forever
I won’t buy because I can’t fit..lol
You'd be surprised. I'm 6 foot 3 and have to push the seat up to reach the clutch and my buddy who is like 400 pounds and my height fits in there with me lol
R u khali ?
The only car I ever had that had a seat that wasn't at the furthest back position was an MGB, for some weird reason tiny little British cars seem to plan for tall drivers better than US makers.
well, some people aren't tall, but fat, and can't fit in tiny cars.
main reason why Americans prefer large pickup trucks or SUV's.
If I never work on one again I'd be ok haha.
I get a thermostat in and out in 20 min never broken the pipe that runs to the back. You should stop working on cars.
