The first video I ever saw of Mr. Girl disgusted me to no end. I literally had to switch off because his behavior toward whoever the other person was (his partner? idk) was so downright abusive and manipulative, it genuinely made me feel bad to the point of having to switch off the video. Then, even later, I learn that Destiny befriended this person to the point where he shared secrets with him. - I just don't understand this. Destiny likes to say he can read people. I myself would not say I have any special skill at reading people, but it took me no less than a few minutes to understand on the basis of that one interaction that Mr. Girl is a person who leans heavily into being a cluster-B personality that you should avoid at all cost. The red flags are endless. So if this is so obvious, why did Destiny ever befriend him? This question interests me. Sometimes - and I'm gonna go armchair psychology guy right now - I think Destiny is a person who enjoys conflict. And I wonder if maybe that predisposes him to being attracted to forming personal relationships with unstable or dysfunctional people that are more likely to cause conflict. If so, then in some cases this can be extremely dangerous. Not just for you, but everybody who you love. There are truly people in this world you do not want in your life. Imagine you seek out contact with a person like that and invite them in your life because for some reason you are attracted to conflict? It was a younger guy who I was chatting with and often givinf advice, rooting for, etc. He was obsessive with me and would start acting agressively when i wouldnt respond for a while. The first video I ever saw of Mr. Girl disgusted me to no end. I literally had to switch off because his behavior toward whoever the other person was (his partner? idk) was so downright abusive and manipulative, it genuinely made me feel bad to the point of having to switch off the video. Then, some time later, I learnt Destiny had actually befriended this person. Then, even later, I learn that Destiny befriended this person to the point where he shared secrets with him. - I just don't understand this. Destiny likes to say he can read people. Who in their right mind looks at a Mr. Girl video and thinks to themselves: "hey, this is a person I can share personal secrets with"?
I myself would not say I have any special skill at reading people, but it took me no less than a few minutes to understand on the basis of that one interaction that Mr. Girl is a person who leans heavily into being a cluster-B personality that you should avoid at all cost. The red flags are endless. So if this is so obvious, why did Destiny ever befriend him? This question interests me.
Sometimes - and I'm gonna go armchair psychology guy right now - I think Destiny is a person who enjoys conflict. And I wonder if maybe that predisposes him to being attracted to forming personal relationships with unstable or dysfunctional people that are more likely to cause conflict. If so, then in some cases this can be extremely dangerous. Not just for you, but everybody who you love. There are truly people in this world you do not want in your life. Imagine you seek out contact with a person like that and invite them in your life because for some reason you are attracted to conflict? They may end up destroying you and your entire family just for the pleasure of it to prove a point to themselves that they can do it.
Anyway, I find the whole affaire strange. I liked Destiny more when it was mainly politics or generally talking about substantive topics. There is too much drama recently, I think. A lot of toxic unstable people as well. There was a long time where I avoided Destiny because he had Max on too often. I find Max so disgusting as a person, that I think to even listen to him speak puts me at risk of me being in some way manipulated or deformed by his influence.
I still wonder why one would want to befriend a person like that. Or share secrets with him, or a person like him.

I had a stalker a few years ago. It was a younger guy who I was chatting with and often givinf advice, rooting for, etc. He was obsessive with me and would start acting agressively when i wouldnt respond for a while. Long story short, once I finally blocked him, he started sending the most insane messages to me and my friends, coworkers. It was unbelievabely uncomfortable and scary, made me feel suicidal for a while. Mrgirl gives me exactly the same vibe.
