I love it. My favorite flavor is Mixed Berry. I get so many compliments on my face. I sleep so well. I have been taking it for over 6 months. A dermatalogist recommended it on their platform.
how are u taking it ? i mean do u mix it in anything or just take it as it is and how often do u take it are u still taking it ? any other benefit have to noticed since taking it ?
Awesome review and thanks for sharing. I’m just curious will this brand help with sleeping if taken at night ? Which collagen will be good for sleep, hair, nails and joints ?
Thanks! Yes, this brand may help with all of those things mentioned. "May help" is the best way to describe it because we all respond to things differently. Too put it differently there is a good chance it will help. Thanks again.
Hi JT 👋🏼 New subscriber here. I really wanted to purchase this collagen as I am looking for a verisol collagen, grass fed and with all the ingredients in Sparkle, however I'm in Canada and sparkle is not available on Amazon, but if I were to ship it from the states it would cost me $100 for one container! 😭 I'm looking for an alternative. Do you have any suggestions?
@@JTJaredTaylor I just had a look on the American website and this specific one will not ship to Canada. The professional one doesn't exist on Canada's vital proteins website
@@blondie9933 Hmmm. That's frustrating. I wonder if any else has found an option for your area. Hopefully someone who knows will comment here. Sorry I can't help you very well with this.
I haven't yet. I'm an affiliate for DoNotAge. I've been hesitant to make a "review" video about their collagen specifically. But maybe I can come up with a way of doing it that isn't biased. Since I've taken so many different brands. In short, I like that theirs is very high quality and I don't have to worry about the ingredients at all. That said, I don't feel their collagen is "better" than the top brands we have available, but a very good option and competitive. Certainly better than a good number of them out there. I believe that Sparkle Wellness (in this video) is a better option but it's more $$$. Though that would not be comparing apples to apples because verisol collagen is more bioavailable than other forms of collagen. Now I'm just rambling. I hope that helps.
YES you can. I've seen countless comments across multiple collagen videos of people your age and older sharing very positive results from supplementing with collagen. I hope that helps.
Hi, JT, a question about these collagen peptides supplements in particular the Vital Proteins. There seems to be a type list of Type I, II, III, IV, V which most do not list these on the packaging. Do these naturally have certain types included and are all identical.
Hi! Sorry for not responding sooner. There are believed to be as many as 28 different forms of collagen. The most common and abundant in your body are Types I,II,III IV AND V as you've listed. Of those the most abundant is type I. About 90% of the collagen in your body is type I. Collagen from different sources generally contain a particular time of collagen naturally. For example Bovine collagen (from cows) contains type I and type III. Marine collagen (from fish) contains type I. Type II can be found in chicken and other poultry. Most of the collagen supplements available, a good portion of them anyway, are made from bovine collagen. Which is good because after all 90% of the collagen in your body is type I. That said there are "multi-collagen" products available. Here's a video for one I think is a great option. ruclips.net/video/2ez-ue1u2AU/видео.html Hope that helps.

can you review Zint collagen peptides and ZHOU collagen peptideS? these are two very good brands that are somewhat more affordable as other brands
I haven't hear of those but will have to check them out. Thanks for the suggestion.
Would love to see you review thorne’s youthful skin collagen powder, it’s called “thorne collagen plus”
It's crazy how much better you look now than in your older videos.
Thank you!
@@JTJaredTaylordo you attribute your results to collagen supplements intake or other factors?
@@MichaelT83310 I think he does.

Glad to have you here! Have you looked at Vital Proteins Professional? Not sure if you'd run into the same issue.

This statement of Gelita „Verisol is much more bioavailable than usual collagen“. Do you believe that? Could it be just a smart marketing trick?
I believe it. I base my believe on reading through the studies as well as hearing some dermatologists discuss it. Seems to me to be legit.
Have you reviewed "do not age" collagen, if so, can you post link to that one.
