I built that guitar by request for him. I'm proud to hear the way he makes it sing. 😊
I was just thinking how awesome that guitar is.
Beautiful guitar brother.
A beauty
I'll never forget Micheal Burks. One of the greatest blues players ever.Well, just a tremendous guitar players period! His 🎵 music runs all through me
Wow! this guy can play. Feel honoured to hear that
This is the video that wound up turning me on to Michael "Iron Man" Burks several years ago. I now own all of Jarekus's and Mr. Burks' releases and can't play them enough.
THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR KEEPING MICHAEL BURKS MUSIC ALIVE, JAM ON JAREKUS
Love this version as well as Kingfish. I love the history my man gives on the song because its such a beautiful, pain filled song.
Both got skills..but kingfish sound is more technical n mind blowing and solo out this world
You should check out Eric Steckel. Another awesome player who shreds this song ;)
@@texaswhites yes My Brotha. Eric is Sick as well. Im really trying to learn this Song
@@texaswhites Also Iron Man. All excellent. This is a great song though, so that helps.

That's a great rendition...thanks for giving Iron Man the credits...Michael Burks had so much blues man he could slash your heart into pieces with his music...may the Lord bless his soul forevermore
This cover and the one from Kingsfish are by far the most emotion-filled tributes to MB masterpiece. Give me chills every time

Classic rendition!
Keeping it alive, one emotion-filled note at a time. This is something I will remember...
Two years later.... and I still remember this...and I still feel it

I have loved this song for a longtime! I am new to this artist though. I am really liking what I am hearing from Jarekus! I will be checking out more for sure!
Nice tribute to the Iron Man!
Yes it was.I had planned on seeing Iron Mike at Biscuits and Blues in SF because he had played there before and I have seen some top of the line BLUES people there. And I do mean TOP OF THE LINE.MICHAEL BURKS R.I.P.
Great rendition of this Michael Burks classic!!!
Speaking about weight relief... it shows again that attitude makes much difference than any gear itself!

I have no idea what kind of guitar you are playing: but I like it! Nice work. I am motivated by you and Michael Burks. He was a great soul. I met him in iowa. No idea who he was : He was a BLUESMAN👍🏽
Jarekus is signed with Clevenger Custom Guitars of Hot Springs, Arkansas
Yeah Maya kyles on the drums
It comes from above
Iron man would be proud
This is a tuff version of this song…kingfish does a great one also
Nice work man!. I didnt know Michael Burks passed
930 BLUEEEEEES CAFE I LIKE HOW YOU ARE KEEPING MY FRIENDS LEGACY ALIVE, MY FRIEND, YOUR FRIEND JERMAINE
nice!
Dude corrected that drummer kick pattern quick lol
One word - DAY yum.
👏👏👏👏👏👏
💫
Musique !
"Ease my worried mind ....."
Did the woman in obvious pain in the audience finally bear that child or is she in perma-labor?
J'ai également un faible pour Eric Steckel !! Une grosse bête !! Clapton aussi....!!
This magic was damn near ruined by the chick who felt the need to be heard throughout the entire song. You don't need to say "awww, yeaahhhh and ALRIGHT NOW" every 2 seconds...we're all diff' but damn!!!!
You're right. She was incredibly annoying
Who is the Drummer??
Maya Kyles. Her name is listed in the video description
@@1AnitrasDance Thank you, she is very good. 😊
I was in the front row that night in Sellersville and the drummer was indeed a black lady and she was kicking ass all night long.
@@Defundemorats Thank you....
How sad about Michael Burkes. What a shame. It’s a really nice song.
First heard Christone play this, then Burks. Then Steckel and just now Jarekus. May not be expressing this the best way but to my ear Burks is the purest and most soulful which I prefer. I do like Christine's version even more though primarily because of his use of wah wah and overdrive. I find this man and Steckel's versions are too busy. Excellent guitarists yes but they play a lot of extra notes just because they can and for me that adds nothing, quite the opposite. Just my opinion.
Cut those strings! Otherwise, Killer version.
Эрик Стекел👍🏻
