Im another lad from malton. My mum is mates with your mum and she told me to watch this.ive just come out of psychiatric ward myself after a failed suicide attempt. I suffer from depression, anxsyity and ptsd. Massive respect to you for doing this mate. I know first hand how hard it is to voice your feelings and open up but its the best thing to do.

This is great my man, glad to see more RUclipsr's raising awareness for mental health, it's really something that needs to be discussed and understood much more keenly by everyone.
