Jon the ancient structure is an actual temple of Mithras which was discovered during construction work and is now on display under Bloomberg’s London office.
Kinda suprised John didnt recognise it tbh given his study and interest in the ancient world. I would have thought he'd have a few words on the cult of mythras, but maybe Greece is more his forte than Rome. Its an interesting and uncomonly complete temple though and im glad to see it represented in Fallout London, it fits the eldrige horror themes present in Fallout well.

Ah the first thing I see when I start the video; Jon listening to the murderous hermit crab in his brain desiring a grander shell.
Every pub has a coaster that boosts a skill or attribute! If you didn't pick it up off screen, it's definitely worth going back and grabbing it, and in general collecting them when you go into pubs (and worth going into every pub you come across specifically for them).
I've been unable to find the coasters in a ton of the pubs, so have been starting to wonder a) how blind I am and b) how true it is that _every_ pub has one...

@@TheMattSturgeon I’ve completed the game and gone to all marked locations and each pub has one. Some are really tricky to find, but they’re present and correct.
Also if you dont know, there is a man in Trafalgar Square that gives you the quest. He is a vendor near a long line of tables outside where ppl sit and eat. He buys them from you and when he gets them all he gives you 1 more : ) I found I still have the coasters even though he bought them and he puts them up on a wall behind where his stand is.
Btw a warning that The Nags Pub has a lot of creatures in it so be ready as I had 2 Famished, 1 Scorpion, Bloatflies and Glowing 1 in the freezer I took out with grenades. Down is a door behind pipes that leads to underground so worth exploring and go up the ladder and you come out near a Tardis 😉

I like the Hooligans even more after seeing they changed it from bank to wank. Like how I call the perk Critical Wanker instead of Critical Banker.
Honestly im kind of surprised Jon didn't seem super knowledgable on the London Mithraeum given its an actual space. So its an actual Roman temple to the god Mithras and so would have been dug up pre-war for archeaological reasons.
My favorite hat I found on a picnic table randomly somewhere near the river. It is a top hat with bunny ears. Had a special name and perks, too.
This is the best hat so far.

You should have helped Lazarus back into St Pauls as the Bishop is glad to have him back and he becomes a Vendor with more healthy goods and you get a discount from him. Plus you get XP for helping him.
Btw next to the Generals bed is an interesting item but you have to steal it by carrying it around the corner to drop/pick up, then wear it for Charisma and its a torch.
Remember to turn your torch off Jon!

I'm glad your hat-stealing ways can be suppressed long enough to complete all the necessary quests -- poor Whaler, though, he may be a dead man walking unless he agrees to give you the hat... And yes, Archie, maybe -- maybe don't talk loudly about the dryads right in front of you so Aria can sneak attack them. At least you got your perk and thus was able to send him away! And I agree with your handling of Lazarus -- I feel like he's had his punishment for at least some of the shit he did, so letting him go but not helping him any further is good. Let him figure out his own shit.
The 5th Column IS Londons equivalent to Caesar's Legion except the difference is less slavery and more book burning.
Wonder why john is still using the flare gun as a shotgun when hes found multiple double barrel shotguns and found a guy selling a combat shotgun.

This mod does some great stuff with areas changing after you've done things in them or for people involved in them, like the DIY store getting cleaned up after you claim it for the Vagabonds. Really cool details Bethesda were way too lazy to do in 4. People in London seem to know that brooms exist.
By the way if you upgrade an arm or leg armour piece with 'Strengthened' you will not get crippled anything ever again. I also put asbestos (fire protection) in my chest and dense (explosion protection) in an arm and muffled in the legs for sneaking better.
Jon is being way to reasonable with his perk choices. Still no Cherchez La Femme or Cannibal.

Jon..... when you DISMISS your Companions, YOU DON"T HAVE TO SEND THEM TO A SETTLEMENT!!!!! Its not obvious and the game never tells you this, but if you just..... don't send them anywhere they will just go to their "default" Home. For Example Piper and Nick will go back to their respective locations in Diamond City.
Geeze, I have about 2k hours in that game and never knew that. I thought when you didn't send them off somewhere specifically, that they continued to follow you.
@@mephistophelicpierogi As I said, the game NEVER tells you this, and your natural impulse is to send them to a settlement cus that screen pops up. I think I found it by randomly reading it online, or maybe I tried it just to see what happened.
Cus yeah, when you dismiss them they do part ways with you. The game just be like "do you want to send them to a settlement?" and if you say no they just go back to their "default" Home.
Like Dance will go back to Pridwin (or later the Bunker he hides in),
Piper will go back to her newspaper.
Nick will go back to his office.
Which would mean Cait goes back to the Fight Club.
Strong just hangs out in front of Trinity tower.
Decan just hangs around Railroad HQ.
Hancock.... I actually don't know but Id guess he goes back to the statehouse in Goodneighbor.
I6-88 probably goes back to the Institute.
And last but not least, Dogmeat will just go back to the Red Rocket Truckstop.

I feel like a huge opportunity was missed vis Blackadder and that general guy. Or would that have been just too obvious for the real Brits?
Will Jon be installing the new patch, which is meant to fix a bunch of errors and crashes. The downside is it can make previous saves a bit flaky (my old save now can't show the ATTAboy, which hopefully can be fixed, and any mods put in to fix issues previously may need to be removed).
