Two reasons, the first being privacy, and the second being the house and lot size you can buy in the Hidden Hills. This house and lot in any of the places you mention would cost two to three times what it does in the Hidden Hills.

I immigrated from Hidden Hills to Malibu to Santa Monica to London lol. I own in Notting Hill. NO PROPERTY TAXES, y’all. And the NHS makes it cheaper for me to live here rather than in California. I built 5811 Round Meadow with my ex Gary Simons and bless him and his many mansions. 😂😂😂🇬🇧

I realize this music may be generic RUclips freeware, but I can't help but think how therapeutic and fitting it could sound in a Sonic game. On topic - this is a stunning home. I'm always surprised how much I enjoy the lighter millwork - because my preference is (or has been) on the darker side, or at least mid like walnut. One problem though, that open stall shower in the master is a no-go. Who wants cold air on their body while showering and upon completion (lol). I'm sure the developer would throw the enclosure in for "free" ;) Otherwise PERFECTION!
