Stick Chokes (single stick)

This is my latest video for black belt magazine. It involves choking with a single stick.

Great video. I teach traditional Kenjutsu, Hapkido
and Jujutsu. I use very similar techniques with the saya. Of course, saya is not as strong as a stick, but good to know regardless.

I need a cane to walk and think these great techniques could easily transfer over to a walking cane.
