Her voice is OK, though there are loads of singers with voices much much more "out of this world", but much much less hyped.
@@Wanderer_1877 shes got excellent vocal control and tone. I dont know what is only "ok" about her vocals. Other than maybe she's just not your preferred style of vocals.

21 years later and Melanie performs this classic with just as much passion and energy 💯♥️ thank you Melanie for this gem of a song and transforming it into an amazing acoustic version. I’ll be streaming it forever! I’m confident in saying that this is my #1 favourite song since day 1! I remember dancing and singing along to this song when I was a kid. I had flashbacks watching this video because my childhood music room had the same wooden interior walls (without the pro recording equipment) 😍

What a treat!! loved to see her so enthusiastic singing this acoustic version, that by the way is sooo lovely!!!! I remember when this video came out, I live in Sao Paulo Brazil and the song was released first in the UK so I had to download it using Shazam, as the songs would have a delay of 2 or more weeks to arrive here. And by the time I was already a huge TLC and Spice Girl fan, so I was delighted that they were doing this song together! I love Mels hair in the video, and the energy between her and Lisa. And of course this was a big hit here and it was playing on the radio 4, 5, 6 times a day, even more!!! Thank you Melanie for continuosly giving your art, your professionalism and your amazing artistry to the world. Love you since day one and will continue to. Thank you!!
