As someone who loves cooking but has a small indoor kitchen. This has actually given me the idea that I could just create an outdoor dream kitchen instead of renovating my indoor. This actually gives me hope. The only thing that is kind of making me weary about this is that I live in the northern half of the U.S and it snows up here.

Amazing job! Could you consider doing a video about how to plan your outdoor kitchen cooking equipment? Most people cannot or would not go to the extent you did, and that's a credit to you and your family. What surprised you now that you've been using it all? It would be really cool to see how you rank the utility of each thing to you... Kamado, Propane Grill, Pellet Grill, Power Burner, Flat Top, Pizza oven. I know everyone's needs are different, and some of the extras are because you review things, but I'd enjoy seeing how you rank what gets used the absolute most, and what you could have lived without to help guide people that don't have the space or budget to do such an awesome setup.

This is absolutely beautiful ! As a young new home owner I dream of turning my backyard into the oasis that you have created ! I am interest in the Pavilion build as well as the kitchen build from framing all the way to the cabinets & countertops ! Job well done !
WOW what a great project! Love it! What I have wanted was something like an outdoor kitchen that is an extension of my Kitchen, here is why. I want something that if I wanted to make a large amount of food that requires high temps like making brisket and or barbecuing a whole slab of meat that I have the room and the gear to do that. So essentially the outdoor kitchen is an extension of my own Kitchen and also an outdoor space for entertainment. It has the ability to be enclosed or wide open. The only thing that I see that is missing from all outdoor gear is the lack of seals to keep critters out. Anytime there is food the critters come. So it has to be Varmint and critter proof. If you have Bears ain't nothing keeping them out. Except maybe some Badger piss.
Please post that complete video! Not like the husband will all of a sudden wake up and decide to make his wife’s dream come true, but just the satisfaction of knowing we could do it ourselves too if we’re committed enough…

Take that pellet storage container out and place a spice rack. Double sided free standing rack you can easily see what your looking for would be far more common than refill pellets storage.
Bit late to the party, but recently got an Ooni Karu 12...and it's got me wanting an outdoor cooking area, yours is beautiful! I need to sort the drainage in the garden first, but after that, it begins!
I know what that's like, sorting the drainage... Ugh. Not my favorite part of the job, but made the final project so much more enjoyable since I knew that was sorted before we built.
Man! Dream goals right here, I'm planning on a garage build soon, debating on have a covered patio added on the side for an outdoor kitchen! Great work! New Subscriber here!
