I made your easy pho and dude I gotta tell you, its was so good. The only thing I did extra was add some beef bones I had in the freezer. Not sure if it made a difference since they simmered for no more than 1 1/2 hour.

@dkd da thanks for your input, but I have to disagree, Jet Tila this tastes delicious. dkd da, you can always doctor it up. I added a couple of things to make mine even better. Cooking is personal. My taste buds and yours will always to some varing degree be different, that is why you can add or omit ingredients as you wish. Have a wonderful PhoNomenal Day 🍜🍜🍜

No offense but carrot doesn't belong in Spring roll. Other than shrimp, spring roll needs to have boiled pork belly or boiled pork shoulder. Can use chicken breast if you don't like pork but shrimp alone doesn't enough. Meat and shrimp are what make spring roll flavorful. People, especially Vietnamese, in the US modified a lot of recipes. Shrimp spring roll is not really a spring roll in Vietnamese cuisine. Once again, no offense, just opinions.

I eat pho almost everyday. And I think that I make an excellent pho. But I’m down for a short cut. So going to try this! Excellent.
