These noodles are my favorite!!!! Whenever I visit a Thai restaurant in China Town in NYC I always order this dish. Love the spiciness in this dish and the wide soft noodles make a dance in my mouth. Thanks for the recipe.
I love this series Jet, thank you so much for sharing all your recipes! I definitely want to try them all. I would love if you gave us a link to all the different pans/kitchen utensils you use
I am loving watching you channel. I am in a small city in Croatia and have had to improvise and learn to make my own oyster sauce and do without Bok Choy.
The first Drunken Noodle I ever had was the best. It was a drier noodle with a deep brown sauce. I found this dish at a small Thai shack in, of all places, Salt Lake City...Laan Na. I believe it is just an elderly lady and her granddaughter who work the shack.
Thank you for this video... love noodles 😋😋😋... new to your channel and I love it already and Subscribed! It's cool that you go and actually buy stuff at your mom's market... wish that they had Thai grocery store in NorCal. Can you pls do a video on green papaya salad and sticky rice with mango? TIA
I know I am not Jet - but I don't think he would do so, unless the recipe specifically calls for it. Rinsing noodles is generally a bad idea, no matter what cuisine you are cooking. It ruin the consistency of the noodles, and also removes the amount of starch needed to naturally thicken whatever you are working with. Hope that helps :)
@@jettila Funny, I just answered this same question on another one of your videos for someone with the same concern. One question though: Is Vegan fish sauce any different than Vegetarian fish sauce? If so, which one do you think is better? Thanks for all of your excellent recipes!
Your vid's are great, and you are probably a genius. I'm hearing the repitition of a term that another genius artist Blacksmith I follow uses: 'A-Little-Bit'. . .
You don’t wash veggies? 😳🤢 I totally understand homegrown ones ok but in market it’s been touched by many dirty germy hands if not more other dirty surfaces I’ll pass on foods you cook man!
Thank you sooo much for providing cooking instructions on how to cook, my favorite dishes, Thai food! Yes!!

Excellent chef, decent style.
I'm so glad I live in Australia where authentic dishes' name from particular country would never be anglicized to "drunken noodle" LOL..
It would be nice to have printable recipes. Other than that it looks YUMMY
