I like having a mini fridge and a fully plumbed sink with hot and cold water. I could care less about a grill or cooktop. I use my portable grill with a quick connect on a folding table.

I personally don't want either. I don't want to watch TV outside and disturb my neighbors, as happens in campgrounds.
As for the kitchen, a drink refigerator and storage drawer would be nice, but I'd be nervous with a fire that close to the trailer.
But that's just me. 🤷‍♂️
