So David Sinclair who promotes resevetrol is literally one of the biggest scammers of all time then right?

Thanks. Dropped ResV years ago. I try to eat a variety of foods high in polyphenols, which includes berries, decaf black coffee, and tea. Plus green leafy and cruciferous. Exercise. rely on no single magic bullet.

Intravenous NAD+ is not cheap, but has had a HUGE effect on this 40-something's body and mind. The important distinction between Kaeberlein's NAD+ precursors and IV NAD is that I have done both, and IV NAD is way, waaaayyyy more powerful. Uptake of NAD precursors is 30%, and uptake of IV NAD is 95%.
I found out about the bodily effects of IV NAD by accident, when I got it to treat a devastating benzodiazepine addiction in 2019. I got of the benzos (which I had tried to get off of for 12 years, without success), but I also noticed all these rejuvenative effects on my body. Today, I get IV NAD every three or four months or so, which is all you need to maintain the benefits, and also take a _pure_ NAD pill, 300 mg (not a precursor) every day. But the IV NAD - wow, it is hella purifying and energizing to this middle-aged man.

What about Niacin (B3) as a precursor, any experience with that?

I think if you’re young, it makes sense to wait for solid evidence before trying a supplement. I’m 81, so I take some that are promising and safe but not proven because I don’t have time to wait for big studies.

No Matt Kaeberlein is just envious and resesrches rapamycin so sinclair must be wrong. Oh yeah, Kaeberlein has no lab or team.
