Thank you Tim! I feel you are giving Bosnia attention this land deserves. There is much more to say about this land other than war and landmines, and you are doing great job. Thank you on that.
I'm really enjoying this South East Europe series of yoursTim.It's like taking us through travelling in time in some of the towns that you visited. So in awe with the waterfall.😮 The guide in Visoko is very knowledgeable. You seem to have lost a bit of weight since leaving South East Asia though.😂Faithful legend......💕🇲🇾
Pyramids or no Pyramids Bosnians are very protective of the trees and don’t like nature to be destroyed. Many Bosnians like me hope that there’s no Pyramids so that the nature stays intact.
Most of the people you saw in this video are visitors from Arab countries, both Europeans and them find this part of the country interesting. Both because of the culture of history and because of the natural beauty. Our country is rich in forests, mountains, ores, rivers, lakes, we also have the Skakavac waterfall with a height of 99 or 98 meters, and I think it is the first or second in Europe in height. It is located not far from Sarajevo, about 10 km in the direction of Nahorevo. moreover, we have all four seasons, we were even the organizers of the Winter Olympic Games in 1984. the history of Bosnia is very rich and it can be said freely that it is a thousand-year-old country, they have written documents and it is one of the oldest Balkan countries for sure. Also, by examining genetics and haplogroups, we in Bosnia are among the oldest Europeans.. Everything can be started and checked. Mostly a beautiful country, good people still, we lived for hundreds of years together with different cultures and religious affiliations.. You can see that even today in Sarajevo, regardless of the fact that it was bombed for almost 4 years, the mosques of the Orthodox Catholic church and synagogues remained in that city.. They are not destroyed and all four religious denominations are within a radius of 300 meters.. We have known and respect multiculturalism for a long time.. I can say freely that Bosnians are a good and hospitable people.. The war has done a lot of harm, but you can still feel that beauty in our to the people... I hope that in the near future politics will turn over a new leaf so that this nation will truly turn to itself and its virtues and qualities and offer both Europe and the world its blessings in the best light. Tim, thank you very much for presenting our homeland ..Legends always remain until the end :))) Have a good trip and you will have to come back to Bosnia again because you haven't explored much yet :))
Let me tell you, you won't find better ćevapi than in Travnik...best in the world :) Looks like you really like Bosnia and I'm very glad about that :) you're welcome back any time ;)
@@timtense tips for your next Bosnia trip: National park Sutjeska, National park Una, Nature park Tajan and nature park Blidinje. In NP Sutjeaka is place where the last jungle in Europe is located. I recommend rafting on rivers Tara, Neretva, Una, Drina, or evan Vrbas. In Livno you can find herd of few thousend wild horses. As for the cities, go to Sarajevo, Mostar, Trebinje. If you like caves, there is two caves worth visiting especially cave Vjetrenica which is under UNESCO world heritage protection and cave Bijambare near Sarajevo. Greetings from Travnik 🙂🇧🇦

Beautiful mountains.. but population looks like they are in Saudi Arabia ..( some ladies are completely covered and we see mosques everywhere ).. are those people from Middle East or local population converted to Islam ?
Bosnia has a sizeable Muslim population due to the Ottoman Empire, but the country is secular and not everyone is religious. The hijab is worn by some of the more devout population, but the niqab (face covering) is mostly worn by tourists from the Gulf countries.
