They say it doesn't affect 99%+ but how can we really trust them on their word. It could be something else and they are just minimising the effect to keep it on the low down.
You can easily tell if it's effected you if you have gone past ancient pity. Also players are pulling ancient heroes, so the inability to summon lords and legendaries clearly isn't effecting everyone. So the fact affected players couldn't summon an ancient at all is actually worse than most players knew and the devs announced that.
My issue is if they can confirm who this affects and track down the accounts, why can’t they do so with those who were affected by the rigged summons before? Of course, it would be much more people but surely it’ll be about taking the exact same steps to find those accounts as they’re taking to find the accounts right now.
I think its because it was a bug from the last update its simple to say ok this effected 10 people who went over pity once. Not ok we have to find every account over the last year who was effected by this at all at any point as some were not, then on top of that find out who was negatively and not positively effected as some got better luck, then how bad they were effected was it just the 6th every time or was it he 30th and every time did they pull to that pity or let it reset for the next week, then if they did did it take to full the next week or were they close to guaranteed pity so how many times did it actually affect them every time. It becomes a hell of a lot harder over a larger population and longer time frame. This also only affected America and Europe where the other one effected everyone. So yeah that's why everyone got compensation on the last one instead of just picking the 10 effected from the last update. sucks but at least this wasn't a year long issue it got caught
problem is scale if they have 1 million accounts and the divine bug affected 10% ( just guessing here ) that 100k accounts that would be an insane amount of work to sort out specially ( and im assuming here ) since im guessing you would say that someone that summoned 1000 divs sould get a bigger comp than someone thats summoned less then a 100 so the amount of man hours required for that they might as well just shut down the game, if you wanted the comp to be done in a reasonable amount of time they would have to use all there staff on it. And dont forget atleast as far as i understood it the Div bug was that some ppl were getting to many leggos by spacing out there summons while other ppl were "just" getting the normal rates so if anything there should be no compensation and the ppl that used the buggs should just lose the few leggos they got from the bug.

They have already identified affected accounts - everyone who pulled on rares and ancients! That entire part of the game was broken. All they need to do is setup an avenue for players to submit a request for compensation and/or monetary refunds, and players can then decide on their own what they want to do. It's not hard, but they are refusing to do it because they know how much it will cost them.
I'm sure Moonton will fix this and give players some goodies along the way. Which is perfectly fine for ftp-players or low spenders like me. However, the reaction that probably matters the most to Moonton is that of high spenders. After the report about summoning luck being pre-determined, one of my guilds whales went ftp while now spending his money on another game, the other one hasn't been on for 8 days. I really hope they hire some qualified people for quality control, else this game could be in big trouble.
Well... Honestly i dont want to be a hater. To make and sustain a big game like this require a lot of work. I belive that there was just a line written wrong in the Code that they didn't saw that made that glitch happen. Not that they are not competent. Every game has problems when an update drops but some games hide The mistake and dont care about The community. For me The way The games handles The problems is better than any other game. The Free stuff they gave us was just huge,Account changing for f2p players. I belive we should understand they are human too and they want us to have fun and enjoy The game because thats why they made The game we like.

Has anyone played a gacha and not had "good" or "less good" acct luck? I think the "predetermined summoning luck" is everywhere in all the gachas. This is the only game with the only player base that bothered to cooperate and prove it with the corresponding data to back it up.
Well, tbf, they did said "players who had reached a pity count of 197 or higher" and "This issue is limited to the global servers in the European and American regions". So they would've had to test it with an account that's 197 into pity and in those servers. I don't think anyone would think of that scenario when testing. Also, the people who summon are getting all the ancients back but are keeping the normal legos and all the other heroes? That's not okay. This guy, is getting 100 ancient summoning crystals back and he gets to keep all the legos (including ancient exclusives) on top of epics and rares that they can sell for gems? I'm not ok with that.
I feel like this is a very obvious scenario they shouldve looked into. "We are changing the mercy what about the people that are already past the old mercy"-Said no Wor dev ever. But Its more than likely that something shady is going on.......again.

Like a y2k clock glitch...they changed pity and lowered it and those that were already past triggering pity timer got left in a weird glitch state cause the game didn't recognize their "clock" (pity timer.) Dumb as hell to let that be an oversight but at least it was addressed and supposedly fixed now before the praetus Ingrid banners later in the month. Could u imagine the drama had this happened on praetus banner? Be more like 90% of the player base affected while summoning ancients than the 9 people that thought it was a good idea to trip pity now. But had they not done so and this happened on praetus or Ingrid it would have probably killed the game.
This is a massive problem. The amount of people impacted isnt as important as the fact that anyone was impacted. This is the core of a gotcha game. We can't trust them to get summoning right, and if we can't trust that than the core of the game is gone. Less of a compensation issue, and more of a transparency type of fix. Actual rates, in game pity trackers, etc. 2 summoning problems discovered back to back should have everyone ready to quit
I suspected in the first 2 months of downloading WoR the rigged/bugged/twisted RNG for pulls regardless of items used to pull. ANCIENTs never gave me anything but grief. Why are some of the hardest items used to summon generate only 3s and sometimes 4s?
As a leader of software engineering and a developer of over 30 years, I can say that this is usually because there's a push to deliver product and not much time allotted to create "unit tests" or "automated regression testing", which is where you'd typically find a problem like this. Manual testing is usually subject to issues of scalability where super easy-to-test or critical paths are tested, not ones that require a lot of math or a lot of intricate negative path testing.
Must be nice to rig the summons and just call it a bug when the players find out, and say it only affected a few people until more players get affected. People who still trust these evil devs are idiots.

This is significant more on how it can affect future spending from whales, especially with the upcoming Ingrid and Praetus banners. I guarantee you Moonton does NOT want something like this to happen for several reasons. I'm 85 pulls from ancient pity, but I'm saving mine. I'll only know if something's wrong until then.
Well i hope they fix this before next weeks banner.. ive been sitting at 198 into lord pity since the Carnelian banner. Just checked my summon record and i pulled her 78 days ago and havent cracked an ancient since but def plan to next weekend if it is a Praetus or Ingrid banner.

I don't know how it works. All I know is I'm pissed off. I spent near if not over $1,000 going for the featured character. The contest that pitch you against other people in your tear has me doubling the summons then my second place competitor. I am so disgusted with this game and the greediness of it. I love the graphics and that's the only thing keeping me in. But now it's just a spit in the face

I understand your points Destined, but disagree with the limited compensation stance. Many people could have summoned on this banner, but due to this mess decided not to - so this way also apparently unaffected accounts are impacted indirectly. They really need to put their shit together at Moonton. They had a summoning fiasco quite recently and now there is another one impacting one of the most expensive areas - you would assume they would test these things beforehand, where people's money are involved. According to your predictions and leaks, huge banners are planned for holidays - people are really tired of these blunders and might reconsider supporting company which is negligent to its users.

Ancients are pretty hard to track down in terms of summoning data coz a lot of us do one by one not 10 pulls ...at best I've had 60 Ancients at once and that was a full 3months of grinding ....my point is ....we can't know how many accounts where or are affected by this coz the majority of players pull singles and counting back singles to see if ur among is just not doable ....moonton shld just pay up to everyone ...I don't like buggy jeans so my game shldnt be this buggy
Not sure what you mean. Are you saying people can't count by 1 up to 185 or 200? I mean I am sitting at 184 ancient summons since my last lord and 84 of them were single pulls. It takes 31/39 pages to go back that far. I just count the single pull by 1 back to my last lord summon then write that down then count up my 10x summons and add them together. That's not hard to do imo. BTW, you can also just multiple the pages at the bottom by 3(like mine would be 31) if all your summons were single since each page contain 3 lines of 1 and/or 10x summons.
@@papitojon They said they have fixed this bug and people will be summoning this weekend with Praetus banner, myself included. We all will know if it has been fixed or not. If it is fixed then no one else is affected. If it isn't fix then everyone is affected so there is no need to figure out who is affected and who isn't.

A mistake is acceptable. However, this in top of the previous summon issue stinks of the game being purposely rigged. At worse its total incompetence. And just so happens to be in the 1 area where most spending is centered. Begs the question what other "bugs" are out there. Are drop rates working as intended for chest rewards and gear drops?
One more comment ....I'm I the only one who can't pull a Lego on single pulls ...???? When summoning using rare crystals I can't pull a Lego unless I hit pity ....but when I do 10 pulls ....boom a Lego at around 70-120 summon....
@@MickeyValentineLondon I played raid for a little bit, but haven't for at least a couple of years. I enjoy WoR and it's certainly a better game than raid, but the Devs are underhanded and incompetent and show it time and again. It's okay to enjoy something but also call out the bullshit.
@Destined Maybe there is another bug since summer for some accounts like mine. since the first week of august i never got another divine summoning shard from a dragonboss chest. not a single one from nightmare 3 or 4 and thats now for over 4 months. at first i thougt its bad luck or just paranoia but i see my guild members get shards on a regular base even from nightmare 2 chests. how is this even possible with 4 chests every day over 17 weeks now. is there someone else with this problem?
@@Destined_WoR Thats 18 weeks between early august and today and that makes 508 chests...thats a lot of bad luck, especially because it was different before and i started playing end of february. so almost half of the time i played WoR the divines are no longer part of my chest rewards.
Let’s get one thing straight in any form of gambling u would be a complete numbskull to think the house doesn’t have an advantage. I am ftp cause I know this is all rigged no matter what they tell u. U don’t think there is a program that logs people that pay and favors them to win more and get more from the game than ftp. The -30k red debacle put them in a bad situation where they had to go through many profiles and cut them off as if they paid and it most likely caused more issues with the summoning favoritism. I do believe it only affected a few number of players. Last pull before update of a Lego Lord for me was 105 days ago. At 22 days ago at 193 summons I pulled a Lego lord. That’s within the pity reset period.
If someone gets compensated for broken anything that effects everyone - we should all get compensated. You want them to favor a player - the last compensation should've only been given to the effected accounts also. Your login is very flawed on this one.

I disagree, if they dont want to lose faith in the player base they need to give us goodies. If we dont get anything i wont be pissed. I wasnt already spending but this is the nail in the coffin, any ever itch to buy a pack is gone. The trust is gone and will never be back.
This game doesn't work. The randomness is bugged. And it's everywhere and they don't completely fixes it. Probably this kind of randomness everywhere in the game.
You can't even check your summoning historic in Raid. And how many legendaries do you get in Raid ( besides the free ones they give ocasionally ) compared to how many legendaries you get in WoR? 3 years playing Raid I had 12 legendaries ( 8 were free given ) and after playing 3 months of WoR I had 31 legendaries.

Many games release updates that quick thats not an excuse. That's also not the first time they messed up. They should have checked everything when it was discovered the first time
I pulled 7 ancients and got a Demi so I know I wasn't affected. I also saw multiple people in my guild pull leggo lords yesterday so it seems like it really was only affecting certain people.

This is significant more on how it can affect future spending from whales, especially with the upcoming Ingrid and Praetus banners. I guarantee you Moonton does NOT want something like this to happen for several reasons. I'm 85 pulls from ancient pity, but I'm saving mine. I'll only know if something's wrong until then.

Well i hope they fix this before next weeks banner.. ive been sitting at 198 into lord pity since the Carnelian banner. Just checked my summon record and i pulled her 78 days ago and havent cracked an ancient since but def plan to next weekend if it is a Praetus or Ingrid banner.
You are so wrong about ppl pulling on aracha banner. There was a leader board for that banner. I pulled 150 and was not close to top of the leader board
For the guy that used 300 Ancients and got no Lord. Should be refunded his 300 summons.
I've done 300+ ancient summons and gotten ZERO Lego. I haven't even gotten a Lego, NM a Lord.

I don't know how it works. All I know is I'm pissed off. I spent near if not over $1,000 going for the featured character. The contest that pitch you against other people in your tear has me doubling the summons then my second place competitor. I am so disgusted with this game and the greediness of it. I love the graphics and that's the only thing keeping me in. But now it's just a spit in the face

I understand your points Destined, but disagree with the limited compensation stance. Many people could have summoned on this banner, but due to this mess decided not to - so this way also apparently unaffected accounts are impacted indirectly. They really need to put their shit together at Moonton. They had a summoning fiasco quite recently and now there is another one impacting one of the most expensive areas - you would assume they would test these things beforehand, where people's money are involved. According to your predictions and leaks, huge banners are planned for holidays - people are really tired of these blunders and might reconsider supporting company which is negligent to its users.
Great point, probably a bit of a disconnected stance on my part, I figured compensation is meant for people affected generally but I agree with you 100%, they do probably need to give up something for everyone else too

Ancients are pretty hard to track down in terms of summoning data coz a lot of us do one by one not 10 pulls ...at best I've had 60 Ancients at once and that was a full 3months of grinding ....my point is ....we can't know how many accounts where or are affected by this coz the majority of players pull singles and counting back singles to see if ur among is just not doable ....moonton shld just pay up to everyone ...I don't like buggy jeans so my game shldnt be this buggy
Not sure what you mean. Are you saying people can't count by 1 up to 185 or 200? I mean I am sitting at 184 ancient summons since my last lord and 84 of them were single pulls. It takes 31/39 pages to go back that far. I just count the single pull by 1 back to my last lord summon then write that down then count up my 10x summons and add them together. That's not hard to do imo. BTW, you can also just multiple the pages at the bottom by 3(like mine would be 31) if all your summons were single since each page contain 3 lines of 1 and/or 10x summons.
@fabianzd3366 this is fairly a new bug ....very few people have summoned 200 Ancients so the data we have can't shine a beta light on who is affected
@@papitojon They said they have fixed this bug and people will be summoning this weekend with Praetus banner, myself included. We all will know if it has been fixed or not. If it is fixed then no one else is affected. If it isn't fix then everyone is affected so there is no need to figure out who is affected and who isn't.

A mistake is acceptable. However, this in top of the previous summon issue stinks of the game being purposely rigged. At worse its total incompetence. And just so happens to be in the 1 area where most spending is centered.
Begs the question what other "bugs" are out there. Are drop rates working as intended for chest rewards and gear drops?
I think they started to adding new content too fast and often. Before the game was very good and even without bugs.

One more comment ....I'm I the only one who can't pull a Lego on single pulls ...???? When summoning using rare crystals I can't pull a Lego unless I hit pity ....but when I do 10 pulls ....boom a Lego at around 70-120 summon....

@Destined Maybe there is another bug since summer for some accounts like mine. since the first week of august i never got another divine summoning shard from a dragonboss chest. not a single one from nightmare 3 or 4 and thats now for over 4 months. at first i thougt its bad luck or just paranoia but i see my guild members get shards on a regular base even from nightmare 2 chests. how is this even possible with 4 chests every day over 17 weeks now. is there someone else with this problem?

@@Destined_WoR Thats 18 weeks between early august and today and that makes 508 chests...thats a lot of bad luck, especially because it was different before and i started playing end of february. so almost half of the time i played WoR the divines are no longer part of my chest rewards.

U don’t think there is a program that logs people that pay and favors them to win more and get more from the game than ftp. The -30k red debacle put them in a bad situation where they had to go through many profiles and cut them off as if they paid and it most likely caused more issues with the summoning favoritism. Come to closure it’s all rigged and just play the game and take it as it comes. I’m ftp and enjoy the game cause I know it’s a hustle but this game is generous with supplies so I stay
I do believe it only affected a few number of players. Last pull before update of a Lego Lord for me was 105 days ago. At 22 days ago at 193 summons I pulled a Lego lord. That’s within the pity reset period.

If someone gets compensated for broken anything that effects everyone - we should all get compensated. You want them to favor a player - the last compensation should've only been given to the effected accounts also. Your login is very flawed on this one.

I disagree, if they dont want to lose faith in the player base they need to give us goodies. If we dont get anything i wont be pissed. I wasnt already spending but this is the nail in the coffin, any ever itch to buy a pack is gone. The trust is gone and will never be back.

You can't even check your summoning historic in Raid. And how many legendaries do you get in Raid ( besides the free ones they give ocasionally ) compared to how many legendaries you get in WoR? 3 years playing Raid I had 12 legendaries ( 8 were free given ) and after playing 3 months of WoR I had 31 legendaries.

I mean tbf to Moonton they do release tonnes of new content and updates (about from when apple blocked the update), much faster then most gatcha games, so some more bugs is kinda to be expected and honestly if the cost for lots of content and QOL is a tiny bug that effects almost nobody im fine with it. (obv the main summoning bug was not okay)
Many games release updates that quick thats not an excuse. That's also not the first time they messed up. They should have checked everything when it was discovered the first time

I pulled 7 ancients and got a Demi so I know I wasn't affected. I also saw multiple people in my guild pull leggo lords yesterday so it seems like it really was only affecting certain people.

Chill people? Their fucking developers are coding and missing issues related to the SOLE PURPOSE of the game. This is a SUMMONING game and not just 10 people are spending. This is becoming common place and not acceptable. The fact the PLAYERS have to find these issues means these people have no idea what they are doing....or even worse they do know what they are doing
