Little clarification. I define must-build as "ASAP after you get them, you should build them." - Heroes like Marri are viable deep into the game at level 40. Must use for sure, but not must build. - Heroes like Isolde are amazing but inferior to other free must-build heroes (in this case Olague). Thus functionally, she is second tank. You will not need a fully built second tank for quite some time into your progression. Thus not immediate must-build - Heroes like Baron are incredible vital but the key place he is needed (GR2) he is totally functional at level 1 and unbuilt. Hope this clears things up.
Agree with the list, to genuine beginners though, note that while wrath, deimos and idril are monsters they do get a huge chunk of their value over legendaries at A5 imo. So do tide and guild boss 1 to get epic soul stones and put them into the rarer epics like wrath and deimos (unless their A1 is amazing). I remember being very underwhelmed with wrath and deimos but they had no awakenings.

@@Jiimgym If you cant get him to a5 I wouldnt use my soul stones until you can, there is a decent amount of content where you need to have an isolated unit that you can't/dont want to have to heal where you can leave him and forget him. he does pretty decent damage and you will often bring him anyway as a lord. To me who only maxed him a few weeks ago, its night and day

I acquired dolores not long ago (lvl 63) now she is A3, unfortunately I only use her in arena, gr1 and gb2. I don't feel her power basically I prefer to use the extra fighter.

ARTIFACTS ARTIFACTS ARTIFACTS if you are ever hitting a wall, take time and farm AMR until all your key artifacts are +25. it's boring but it's worth it
@fastidious_gg I'll do that, thank you. My highest power is Abomination at around 65k. Most of my epics are up to mid 40s, but most are like 20s or 30s. Womp.
Artifacts are only part of this. Being able to clear the first 3 Gear dungeons above level 18, unlocks those better pieces of gear too, so if you can get that far, you will (slowly, because 99% of the drops will be next to useless) build up better sets, which increases your heroes power too.
Hey fast, thanks for the info. Who would be a better shout for mid gamer. I have elowyn and hollow. Would hollow be better due to her range for guild boss 1?
Hollow is better for gb1 if you use laurel since a lot of her regen is based of her ult. Aside from that elowyn is by far the best in the game. Make sure her passive is maxed

@fastidious If you like comedy it is absolutely worth checking out. I’d recommend starting at the beginning. You can enjoy each episode separately but it is best to start from season 1.
Random question! Any systematic way you farm for gear? Example, I want the invigoration set and I am farming Gear Raid 2 - 19 but the drops aren’t happening :(
@@fastidious_gg The Epic Challenge is not a normal player experience though. So adding/saying getting to level 40 would be good, if you intend this video to be aimed at newer accounts.
there are 3 arena modes. not sure what you mean by how to push? can you elaborate? to get higher you just need to win. which gets far too difficult once you climb a decent bit

Deimos is GOAT on gb 1 and 2. Wrath helps on gerar raids, artifact Raid, campaign

That’s how you get it. Drop rates are always low but obviously they are lower on 19 than 21

I genuinely think he's forgotten about her. Wrath, Marri, Olague and if you're lucky Idril will see you a long way early game.
much of her value will be present at 5 star and a0, so you don't really need to "focus" on building her
I certainly did not forget about her. She is functional for a very long time in the game at 4*, thus I do not consider her a must build unit.
