Even though I did not fry kofta for long, it was uncook palak dough, he ate it with lots of compliments on gravy, without any nakhra. When I ate later, I realized that kofta was undone. Then I realized my dad's love for their daughter. Loved papa's style of encouragement and Sanjay kapoor style cooking. I'm 44 now, it was around 90's
My dadda used to compliment every dish of mine. And meals used to end with " Mazza aa gaya aaj to". My mom used to say main banati hu tab to nhi bolte. I lost him 3 years back and miss him like hell 😢

Pata nehi aise kitne hi naye dish invent kiya gaya or bhula bhi diya gaya......mai koi certified chef to nehi hu, but kuch dish maine bhi banaye jo logo ko pasand bhi aaya......phir kuch saal baad bhul bhi gaya. Hume coocking ka paisa to milta nehi......to itna documentation nehi ho pata.
Two major drawbacks of this dish: boiling of spinach and later on frying those. One simple piece of advice to all so called Celebrity Chefs or cooks is to start learning and evolving methods to prepare cuisines that are healthier and not only tastier.
