I actually bought a Quest 3 last week because of your videos and I've been using it daily ever since! I've been having a blast with Beat Saber and was thinking of picking up a few more games so I appreciate these recommendations, I'll be sure to use your affiliate link!
I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying the Quest 3 and VR! The Beat Saber phase is real! It kept me very busy when I first got my first headset, so much replayability. Thanks for the support 🙏
Solid list. My personal favourite is "Crazy Kung-Fu". This one often gets overlooked, but there's a ton of different modes, and difficulty levels, and nothing else gets me into a really satisfying "flow-state" quite like it. Well worth investing some time into...
@@Whalevr123 No, but there has recently been a -90% discount code floating around: CKF90-4A62D5 Not sure if still works, but feel free to give it a try...
Pistol Whip and Beat Saber are my go-to games, for sure. I accidentally injured my left shoulder playing thrill of the fight and haven’t gotten back into it again yet. I think I might take advantage of the slow glove speed and focus on good form. I also like C-Smash because I have a lot of side to side space. I try to never use the joystick to move, so it feels like I’m on a real court.
Brilliant picks! Injuries suck, and VR boxing in particular you have to be so careful with. I always go in with good intentions, but if there's multiplayer, my form goes out the window and just start ripping wild punches haha. Those totf setting make it a bit easier on your joints.
I actually dislocated my shoulder playing beat saber. That sucked and I've had surgery on it since. I've recently bought a q3 so hopefully it will hold up this time =)
What would you recommend to someone who barely did any sport. I bought a VR heeadset and i finally feel like moving and doing acttvities. So far i only play BeatSaber.
What flatscreen games do you like? I really like pistol whip (for legs and hip mobility), guardian of reamls (mixed reality sword fighting game but only if you have a big play space). Most VR games can be modified, incorporate more movement, and work for your current fitness capabilities
I really like Holopoint VR. It's inside of a Japanese Dojo, you shoot arrows at stuff and when you hit it, something flies towards you and you need to dodge. Also if you take too long they shoot at you anyways. Goes mainly into legs and lower body for dodging but just a little bit into the arms.
Thanks! This is using a tool called LIV. You need PCVR, a camera/webcam and a way to greenscreen yourself. I have a guide on it here - ruclips.net/video/KQk4iP-a5sc/видео.html
As a garmin watch user seeing the activity level of the games it’s just 🧑🍳💋 I don’t know if it’s just me but I have not seen anyone else do that. It’s really awesome 😎
Awesome! The data you get from garmins are next level, I could never use another watch now. Thanks for kind comment 😄 will keep including these stats in all my videos from now on
@@thevrcoach Hey mate, thanks for the great video, some good titles in there! I need to get a watch for feedback, can I please ask which Garmin you use?
@psychicEgg thanks! I use a garmin Fenix Pro 7 and I also use the garmin heart pro + chest strap. I find the chest strap quite a bit more accurate compared to just the watch alone when playing vr, as you're often swinging/flexing your arms and wrists. That being said, I used a garmin Forerunner 235 without the chest strap for a long time too.
Thanks for the feedback, I don't have access to one right now, but perhaps I will do a dedicated video on motion tracker enabled games when i get one. BTW do you mean the Pico motion trackers or another brand?
@thevrcoach Any would do. with ur popularity now I think u can probably even get them for free to make a sponsored video. I seen a less popular VR youtuber than u recently get a KatWalk VR for free to make a sponsored video with it too

Great reccomendation!
Any tips on what the search terms are to find chest worn resistence straps like the ones you use?
Something like "boxing resistance straps" or "boxing resistance bands" you could also just use normal bands, but it wouldn't be as comfortable
Nice list but how do you record yourself like this!?!!?!

Thanks for the video. Appreciate it 👍🏽
Anytime! Thanks for the comment :)
How do you check how much calories you lost during vr sessions I wanna check on my vitals too
I use a garmin heart rate monitor and watch. I set the mode to cardio when I start a VR workout
Blade and Sorcery is my go to. 4 on 1 endless melee. I need to try thrill of the fight again.
I got one gorilla tag, TRUST ME when you get good after maybe an hour or thirty minutes you’ll be tired as hell bro
How do you record yourself in the games in the video in third person?
PCVR and a tool called LIV. I have a guide on it here - ruclips.net/video/KQk4iP-a5sc/видео.html
