The recipe idea is a game changer….particularly when he used the word cake! I haven’t ever used recovery products but cake…wow

Yes, great idea to put it in muffins isn't it!

Interesting products. As a vegan I'll have to avoid those "cricket protein" bars, but most of the stuff they have (on the store website) appears to be plant-based. Suggestions for new products - applesauce, pickle juice (for muscle cramps), and ginger/peppermint (for a sick stomach).

Cool! Thanks Arleen, yes the crickets wouldn't be vegan unfortunately, but lots of plant-based options too. Like your suggestions!

So can you have the salted soup with hot or boiling water? Or really does it have to be warm. I remember the soup In UTS and it was awesome. I’m always taking coffee with me on my training runs. Lastly, does the salted soup also contain crickets 👀?

Ha ha ha yes you can have the salted soup with hot or cold water, and no it currently contains zero crickets, though that is disappointing lol!

Not joking. I don’t like who promote that shit! It’s unhealthy and don’t have the same protein value of quality foods! Terrible example for a sport channel. You should give good examples not promoting propaganda false green foods!!! Repeat I wasn’t joking at all! 🤢🤮👎cricket👎🤮🤢
