Recipe (1 serving):
Tagliatelle Pasta (Cooked) - 6 oz.
Heavy Cream - 8 oz.
Parmesan Cheese (Grated) - 1/2 c.
Cajun Seasoning - 1 tsp.
Fresh Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp.
Cooked Grilled Chicken (Sliced) - 4 oz.
Red Peppers (Julienned) - 6 pc.
Yellow Peppers (Julienned) - 6 pc.
Green Peppers (Julienned) - 6 pc.
Garlic (Chopped) - 1 tsp.
Red Onions (Diced) - 2 Tbsp.
Smoked Mozzarella (Grated) - 2 Tbsp.
Cilantro (Julienned) - 1 Tbsp.

Are you kidding me!! I can't believe I'm actually getting this recipe. I was so hurt when they took this off of their menu. I'm ecstatic that I can now make it myself. Now to make this complete, all we need is the Mexico City queso dip and those honey butter croissants recipes and we'll be cooking with grease!!!! Thank you so much! 🤗😀

You can still ask for it. They also had a pasta probably 20 years ago. it was penne with Alfredo, chicken and snap peas. Id order it with the snake pasta seasoning.

I made this back in the 90's and early 00's based off what I recognized in the dish. My friends loved it. So glad to have the "official" recipe!

I really, really, really love rattlesnake pasta, and I miss it so much. I wonder if you can make a Keto version of this using spaghetti squash instead of pasta?
This must be a revised recipe as I don't remember it having an alfredo sauce I remember a butter garlic sauce, looks good though.

What is in the spice?
While we can't give out our exact spice we use in the restaurant, we are recommending a cajun or southwestern spice blend with cumin for this recipe!

His accent confuses me. lol it ranges from southern American/bayou to English to Aussie lol
