Thank you for your video, this has been very helpful. I'm starting a podcast in an old barn and we will be sectioning it off just like you have done here
I made acoustic panels to treat the ceiling and walls (you can see them in the background of this video), and I use rugs on the floor in sensitive locations like the desk and anywhere a mic is placed. My main goal is to stop harsh reflections (esp. flutter echo that occurs between parallel hard surfaces). The panels are more effective, but the sound blankets are great in situations where panels aren't an option (in this case, I wanted to divide the room where there was no wall). Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great video! These blankets would definitely help with my awful acoustics. I noticed this company also sells a Flex Tee stand, but it looks like it might be a little flimsy. I like your method better for a fixed space. Where did you get those ceiling mounts for the pipe?

Thanks for watching and commenting! All the best with that podcast!
Thanks for the video! Don’t you need to install on the ceiling as well?

I think I'd better skip the standup career... haha!

If I remember correctly, I got the mounts, lag screws and the pipe at Lowes. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I appreciate it@@carlculpepperimages! Keep creating. 😄
How did you get Frank Zappa to pose for that portrait?
Haha! I wish that had been the case! It was done by an Atlanta area artist. I hope you are doing well, Martin!
